Ribarska Koliba Resort

Lovely euro boutique hotel that exceeds expectations. Great close in views of the marina from the third floor. Rooms are great, functional and have all the amenities. Very nice outdoor deck. On site Michelin restaurant is a bonus. You will have to Uber bus or drive to the Pula old town. There is a fine sea walk and beaches nearby and a few luxury hotels with nice eating options. Recommended.

We booked a room with balcony with breakfast included. Welcoming at the reception was really nice, very easy and stress free. Room was quite small, but the balcony was huge. Although the room was generally well decorated and everything appeared clean — for example, the bathroom was tidy and the floors were vacuumed — the bathroom had a significant amount of limescale, and the terrace was dirty, covered in what looked like layers of stuck dust. The fridge in the room was a small Red Bull-style minibar that could only fit three cans. Breakfast, although served in a pleasant setting, was quite modest and not up to the standards of a 4-star hotel. There were three types of eggs, two kinds of vegetables, two types of bread, a few spreads, and a selection of basic cold cuts. Water was offered in a single jug, alongside two kinds of juice. The service during breakfast was notably poorer compared to the warm welcome at the reception. On a more positive note, the pool and surrounding area were excellent — everything looked clean, tidy, and well-maintained. In the end, I believe it would be more worthwhile to stay in an apartment complex for this price point, as the standard is similar, if not better. This hotel does not meet the expectations of a true 4-star experience.

Our stay at this hotel in Pula was unfortunately very disappointing. The balcony was not clean at all, with hairs, dirt, many insects and even a broken nail that stayed there for the entire stay. There was even chewing gum stuck on the walls, which shows how poorly it was maintained. It really seemed like the balcony was never cleaned. The price you pay is far too high for what you actually get, and this hotel is definitely not worth four stars. During my stay I also developed very itchy bumps, which did not feel like mosquito bites and may have come from bed bugs or fleas. They are still not gone and it was very uncomfortable. The breakfast was also disappointing for a four star hotel, with very limited options. The staff were friendly and the view from the hotel was nice, but unfortunately that does not make up for the overall experience. I would not recommend this hotel.

I’ll start with the positive the hotel is nested in a great location with plenty of parking.Great breakfast and the rooms were nice and clean. The hotel charged me 40 euros for a sheet that ripped as soon as I sat down on it due to how it was stretched out trying to combine 2 beds together. I personally think this was a money grab from the hotel because the sheet was super thin you could see through it. So BEWARE!!!!!

Incredible stay. We stayed for 5 nights as part of our honeymoon journey throughout Croatia. We were kindly upgraded to the "Fuoco 1" apartment and it was superb, immaculately clean, spacious with fantastic views of the marina from the private balcony. The staff were so friendly and helpful when my wife required some medical attention for her infected insect bite they signposted us to the tourist hospital. We dined at the on-site restaurant twice because the quality of food was so good and was reasonably priced. Aperol spritz only 8€ as an example. Highly reccomended and we hope to visit again in future anniversaries.

Great hotel outside of the business of Pula centre. We stayed for a week but wished we stayed longer. Super quiet and relaxing place with a nice view of the marina. Clean and spacious room with a very comfy bed. Breakfast was included and absolutely lovely. Swimming pool had jets and lots of sun beds. 6 minutes drive to Pula with a taxi, very smooth and easy. Big thank you to Maja for her help and kindness. We can’t wait to come back 😌

Awesome stay at Ribarska Koliba! Really nice service, food, and they kindly upgraded us to a stunning room. I loved the bathrooms. The taxi driver assigned to us was very nice and helpful.

Excellent hotel on the harbour… friendly staff with beautiful pool… very clean and good service. Breakfast could have had a bit more variety but other than that I can not fault . Strongly recommended and would come again ………………………………………..
