Ribs & Burgers

The food was fantastic. I had The Pocket Burger with a fried egg, which was a weird order for me, but it was fantastic. The french fries were too good. Customer service was great, the workers are cool and polite. They have free wifi which is great. Atmosphere was great. My only complaint was that it seemed like an alternative kind of place, but they were playing pop music. Chet Faker would be the perfect artist to play there. In conclusion, great place, great guys, great meat.

This place just opened and they have alot a stuff to work on. The ordering process was very slow for some reason. When I got my burger it was basically rare. I said I didn't want my money back, but they gave it to me anyways (that I suppose is a good thing). My wife's burger was almost medium, but slightly under that technically. We like both of ours medium-well or well done. We were not asked how we wanted it at the time of ordering so we figured it would be medium well or well. SO MAKE SURE you specify if you don't want your beef very red and purple. The beer is offensively expensive. The service people were nice. Will not be back.

Best burger I've ever had. I got the Aussie Burger minus the egg. The beef patty was really good. The fries and sweet potato tots are great. Free refills on the drinks was a plus. Service was good. I'll be back regularly. I was skeptical when the place wasn't busy on a Friday night but I read the reviews and we(my family) decided to try it.

Great ribs and burgers! I took off 2 stars for the service that I received. Not all of the staffs are nice. One of the staffs always had a frowny face and barely asked us anything. We were a party of three and each of us ordered an entree. She brought 2 sets of utensils. I had to ask for another set and she seemed passed when I asked. My drink was empty for so long too. Even when she saw it, she just ignored it and walked away. I had to stop her and ask for refill. Don't get me wrong. I understand they can't pay attention to every little thing when it's busy. But it was a slow day. There were 4 tables with people that day. I liked the ribs and burgers there but not so much of their service... Very disappointing when staffs don't even care about you.

Everything in the menu was just a couple dollars too expensive. The ribs, while tender, were not particularly seasoned well, and tasted heavily of either onion powder or garlic. The booths seats were already ripped (brand new restaurant) and when I walked back up to the counter to refill my drink (no table service) the cashier used the same cup at the fountain machine. That's against health code where I'm from. Overall a pretty lackluster experience.

First, let me say my review is, as a Culinary Institute of America Graduate. Also, I possess, extraordinary taste buds. That makes my review a professional evaluation. That said on with the professional assessment. (review) Arrive early and stay late if you have not been to Downtown Summerlin you are missing out. Parking is abundant although some walking may be required, IMPORTANT! Downtown Summerlin is not an outdoor "Mall." As a pedestrian, You DO NOT, Let me repeat, YOU DO NOT have the right of way. I hate to sound Like an overly protective Guardian. But, the streets are busy with vehicular traffic and except where indicated. NRS 484B.283 Prevails. There is a designated 20 min parking zone across the street, for a smooth PU. Seating both inside and out. The wagyu burger is the only way to go, even cooked a bit over or under the way you like it, both juicy and succulent. When evaluating a new burger joint, I keep it simple just Burger, American Cheese, and Ketchup. I can not say enough good things about it. And the ribs as a fellow culinarian says " Off the Hook"

Great service and friendly workers. Military discount but still genuine nice personality. The food was well cooked and nice flavors. Reasonable prices... I will be back...

I thought this place was pretty good. Got a ribs and slider combo and the burger was juicy and tasty and the ribs were fall off the bone.
