Google
Service, staff and food was all exceptional and exceeded expectations. Special mention to Ryan who was so lovely, helpful and really went the extra mile with customer service. Writing a special note and hand delivering the drink to the car as he knew it was my daughter’s birthday and her food outlet of choice, was really the cherry on top of an already great experience. Meals were delicious and more than filling for the family to share. Definitely recommend and am very thankful to be served by Ryan

Q: What was the overall experience at Ribs & Burgers Woolloongabba? We had a great time here! The atmosphere was casual, friendly and perfect for either a quick meal or a relaxed sit-down with friends. Q: What food did you try? We tried a bit of everything from the menu - ribs, burgers, sides, and a few extras. The ribs were tender, juicy, and packed with flavour. The burgers were stacked well, with fresh ingredients and great balance between the meat and toppings. Even the sides were impressive - crispy fries and fresh salads that really rounded out the meal. Q: How was the portion size and value for money? Portion sizes were generous and filling. You definitely get value for money here, especially considering the quality of the meat and how well everything is prepared. Q: Was the service good? Yes, the staff were helpful and attentive without being overbearing. Our meals came out quickly and everything was served hot and fresh. Q: Would you recommend Ribs & Burgers Woolloongabba? Absolutely – it’s a great spot for hearty, tasty comfort food. Whether you’re craving ribs, a big juicy burger or a mix of both this is a solid choice in Woolloongabba. Took the whole fam here for a big lunch and we absolutely loved it! They have a pretty decent signature combo deals (burger + ribs + chips) which was a steal! Their Dubai chocolate shakes are a must! Stuff were lovely and didn’t have to wait too long! Also basically rolled out of the joint because we were so full 😭😍 great for a fam outing!

Google
Yeah, so I’d read mixed reviews about this restaurant, but my friend had been here before and said "it was alright", so I thought I’d give it a tryyyyy! mainly keen on trying the ribs in the lunchtime as it was near to our area. Me and a friend (we’re both Asian gals) ended up spending over 200 bucks between us. really fell in love with the vibe here, and having a sink to wash your hands is a nice thing, especially when you're eating into messy food like ribs. Portions were decent 😗😗 more than enough, really. This place would be sweet for a date night or even a casual work meet-up. The only bad thing was the waiting time, the food didn’t come out as quick as we expected. All in all, the food was just average, but I wouldn’t mind coming back if I get the chance. Cheers!

Google
For 75 dollars you get 4 beef ribs bones that are mostly bones and a bit of dry overcooked meat. Two very simple burgers that taste and feel average like fish and chips shop quality. And a portion of large chips which are nothing out of ordinary. Free sauces are bbq and tomato. Had big expectations but left felt down. Atmosphere music is nice good volume, seating is nice but even when is a booth it felt too narrow compared to USA booths. It was very cold and windy outside and doors were fully open, so not comfortable at all.

Google
Have been a few times now and it never disappoints. Ribs & Burgers may have the tasty lamb ribs in town. The cheese burger fantastic. All in all a great atmosphere for date night, catch up with friend or similar. Highly recommend.

Google
Awesome food. The rib and burger combo was amazing, ribs were the best I've had innages.

Yelp
I had a burger and rib combo meal, and it was average at best. I have had better ribs and better burgers elsewhere, but it is a one stop shop for both, but neither are great. Grill'd or Getta Burgers are far far better, and I have had Ribs from a IGA hot box that were better cooked and far more flavoursome. Claiming they have ''The best burgers in Australia!'' is so far from the truth maybe they should get sued for claiming total BS. When your burgers are barely better than a McDonald's deluxe burger, then someone at Ribs & Burgers must be sniffing their own farts a little too much.

Yelp
I'm going to start this review with full disclosure. I am allergic to gluten and am forced to live a strict gluten-free life. This means eating out is hard sometimes. It was particularly hard at Ribs and Burgers when I dined there on a Friday at lunchtime with my colleagues. I could order a marinated MUSHROOM in place of a beef patty (all patties have a glaze which contains gluten, or so I was told) on a lettuce cup. I'll let that sink in for a moment. While everyone else in the 10+ group chowed down on all sorts of amazing meaty burgers this carnivore had a marinated mushroom on a lettuce leaf. Oh, and I drank water. As the malt and milo shakes of course contain gluten. The malt version even has biscuit chunks in it. Going by the decor, chirpy staff and funky location it was everything I could have wanted.. apart from the food situation. Don't get me wrong, it was a nice marinated mushroom. Very moist.. and mushroomy.. and herby. I also had rocket and pumpkin on my lettuce cup. So all in all, it was very green and crunchy and healthy. In a sad way. Prices were on the steep side especially as it looked like everything was standard McDonalds burger size (thankfully the patties were medium rare, however). The shakes were huge and by all reports AMAZING but super filling. I can't say I will go here again. It's just too much watching people eat delicious, fatty, flavoursome burgers. At least at 5 Boroughs at Stones Corner I can order a burger without the bun AND eat their cheesy bacon fries!!!

Yelp
I'm a self confessed burger whore! After pizza, burgers have to be my second favourite indulgence food!! I would definitely come here again! I had the cheeky chook and it was absolutley amazing!! Oh...and let me tell you about the ribs! I would go back for the pork ribs alone!! They were cooked perfectly and the glaze was one of the best I have ever tasted! I can't wait to head back and bring all my meat eater friends! While I ate in you can also order take away which I like. The staff were also really friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was nice and music not too loud. Go! Go now!! Go and eat the ribs!! All the ribs!!

Yelp
The name says it all. Burgers and ribs. They have some sort of salads (but who looks at those?), and they even have a reasonably priced steak on the menu. Full disclosure, I was here for a Yelp event, but I found the food was delicious. I had the Aussie burger, which is reminiscent of the burgers you get at corner stores. Bacon, pineapple, beetroot, etc. I don't recall if it had egg, but it did have pickles, which I found a little disconcerting as they were quite cold, and it's something I associate more with maccas than any proper hamburger. There were normal and sweet potato chips, and both were delicious. Oh, and the ribs? Multiple pork options, as well as beef and lamb. Loved all of them, but probably enjoyed the beef the most. The staff were friendly and it was a nice atmosphere, but I was a little put off by the need to get a key for the bathroom from the bar. You know, sort of like getting the key for the bathroom at a service station? Yes, it's attached to a giant spoon too, so you can't run away with it. I can see that being a problem on a busy night, especially if you're taking advantage of the bar.

Yelp
A friend and I decided to venture and in order to find our next favourite restaurant. A quick look Yelp's 'Hot and New' led us straight to 'Ribs & Burgers' in Wooloongabba. Found in a great location directly across the road from the Gabba on Stanly St, with free parking! Upon our first glance at the menu, it felt like my fathers personal heaven, ribs, burgers, chips, thick shakes and more! I was quite mesmerised in the menu and the layout was clear, concise and drool-worthy. The layout of the restaurant reminds me of a sleek modern take on an older American diner, with comfy booths and indoor, as well as outdoor laneway seating. The marble and woodwork would have you thinking you had just entered a glamorous eatery, however the atmosphere suggests a casual, fun loving theme, with no need for formal attire. The wait staff are hospitable, kind and smiley people, that add character to the restaurant. The staff communicate and bounce off one another like family which only allowed us to settle in easier. Now if you are reading this, you're most likely reading for the review of the FOOD! So here we are.. We ordered 'The Bacon + Cheese' burger, (Beef patty, bacon, American cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion and pickles with BBQ & Aunty Joan's pink sauce) ($14.5), the 'Pork St Louis' ribs in half size (comes with chips or salas) (we chose chips duh) ($19), the 'Halloumi Cheese' (Halloumi cheese, cherry tomato, mint, parsley and olive oil) ($12) and a 'Milo' and a 'Vanilla Malt' thick shake ($8 each). Bringing our total to $61.50........ But oh boy was it worth it! My 'The Bacon + Cheese' burger was both visually and emotionally (seriously), the nostalgic beef patty reminded me of rissoles my dad would cook on the BBQ at home, slightly smokey and cooked through and through, and 100% delicious. The melted cheese ties in the salad and meet with the sweet and smoky BBQ and pink sauces. Overall delicious and I would definitely eat again! The ribs were... a spiritual experience. They held every bit of sweetness from the BBQ sauce yet were smokey and cooked to perfection. The meat melted in my mouth and easily came off the bone. I would gladly come back just for these ribs. The chips that come with the ribs were absolutely delicious and crispy and full of flavour. The best part about the chips too, was that they were not one bit oily or greasy, almost like they were oven baked. "Fall off the bone meat, juicy and completely filling despite only being a half size" - Friend The Grilled Halloumi plate was a great side, and a hint* cut the Halloumi thinly and place the slices on your burger! The thickshakes were so think it was like drinking ice-cream! However, as they were so thick, the gradually melted as you ate over time, and so you didn't drink it all in one go! Personally, the Milo thickshake was the best, but they both were extremely delicious. "Best thickshake I've ever had" -Friend The only letdown on the night was the staff did not provide a free cold drink with the half ribs which was stated on signage throughout the restaurant. Overall the dining experience was exquisite and the atmosphere of the restaurant was fun, vibrant and suitable for date night, or even a family get together. I would highly recommend 'Ribs & Burgers' to everybody and I can tell that this isn't a quick infatuation, but a budding romance and I can't wait to return for some ribs of my own!

Yelp
Had a craving for ribs so decided to come here to kill the craving. Service good , and the food extremely filling . We order the " Farm raised chicken " 2 chicken breasts with lemon & herb, I ordered the "Half rack of Ribs " and added the Butchers pocket Burger. The chicken was so tender, it didn't need chewing, and the burger and ribs where very succulent as well, the meat just fell away from the bone. Both meals filled you up.

Yelp
Meat craving? Look no further. This place has meat coming out of its ears. Ribs, burgers... just like the name suggests and friendly service. It is a tier more upmarket than your standard Sizzler fair, prices are reasonable, servings are generous and the bbq sauce they use on the ribs has a bite to it. Whether you are after wings, ribs or steak... they are the place to go, and the people seem friendly enough. Would be advisable to go for a walk after as it settles heavy in the tummy.

Yelp
Yummy! The burger was a bit hard to eat by hand, also ate a bit of the paper in my bowl but hey! More fibre right :)

Yelp
After reading a few great reviews my daughter (a fellow foodie) & I checked in here for dinner. Great to see the reviews were not wrong we had friendly service and even better food. We ordered 1/2 Lamb Ribs with fries for myself while my daughter had a hankering for the 1/2 Pork St Louis (Smoky) Ribs with Slaw with a side of Haloumi. I was tempted to go a whole rack but my daughter doubted she would get through hers. So bonus of Lamb with a bit if Pork thrown in. The ribs were nice & sticky & well cooked with the meat falling off the bone. The chips were nice & crunchy & the Slaw was fresh, not overdressed so it maintained a good flavor while staying crunchy the way I like it. As for the Haloumi it was a subtle in dressing that didn't suffocate to flavor of the Haloumi & the addition of small Cherry Tomato's a nice touch. The portions were a nice size & if I had ordered the full rack I doubt U would have finished it. The only minor critique/suggestion would be to add of a water bowl of lemon water for cleaning fingers. For as far as I'm concerned you use your hands to eat Ribs which can be a messy affair thing For $66 including 2 Ciders we found Ribs & Burgers a great & we will be back
