15 of LA’s Best Underground Barbecue Pop-Ups | Eater LA
"As the name implies, it’s hard to beat Ribs in LA. The roving pop-up trailer moves anywhere between La Brea and Downtown, so be sure to find their next location in advance when craving perfectly fatty rib tips with lots of sauce. Don’t sleep on the sides, either. Check Instagram for weekly rotating pop-up addresses." - Farley Elliott

Just saw an older black dude promoting this place on an auditor’s YT video, Freedom of the Press. Not sure if he’s the owner or not. I’ll be visiting when I’m in town next month. Seems like a great guy so my family will be patronizing this business. Can’t wait for that brisket!

The flavor is right on point! The perfect amount of smoke, spice, sweet left my mouth watering for more. I can’t wait to try the brisket on Saturday! Their seasonings are amazing! HIGHLY recommend

We spent $53 for a slab of ribs and potato salad with greens we got home the ribs was tough wasn't even cooked all the way I had to put it back in the oven for about the hour the greens was dry the dry rub on the ribs was too much when we first went there the potato salad was bumping when we went there the second time it wasn't all that looked like it was too much mustard like different people was cooking the food then you had about 5/6 people in the kitchen with the garage is and then it's going to really top it off we seen a sticky rat trap under their step in the garage where the barbecue was being served and I also seen an old school rat trap that was big and it looked like it had some peanut butter or something on it laugh out loud I'm lying go check it out for yourself going inside of the garage when you order your food and look around just take a look start at the bottom first LOL I ain't lying take your chances if you want to everybody

On Nov. 13, 2020, around 1:45 downtown Los Angeles purchased 2 Rib sandwich for a friend, and I was disappointed to open it and both orders had an end piece of bread I thought it was an honest mistake at first, but not in both.
