I used to really enjoy ricebox but I feel like over time the quality has definitely deteriorated. I still enjoy the food but I got the pokeamazing bowl and in the past they weren't stingy with the toppings, but this time I was extremely disappointed. For how much I paid for this it's simply not worth it! Barely any salmon or tuna

I usually get hibachi chicken for lunch. But the last couple of times I have ordered the Hawaii chicken poke bowl. You honestly can’t go wrong with either one! The food is great and the presentation is wonderful. Very reasonable prices. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love Rice Box! The poke bowls are amazing – the ingredients are always super fresh, and you can customize your bowl exactly how you like it. Been to Ricebox so many times and every single time they never disappoint. I always stick to the Hawaiian rice bowls because it's honestly the best dish here!! No place like this in Jonesboro, especially if you're looking for a balanced but tasty meal.

TL;DR: Amazing Food, Great Service, and less than ideal lighting for photos. Try the Poke Bowls or a Rice Box. We stopped in after hearing great things about this downtown japanase restaurant. The hype was not high enough for how good this food was. I had a "Pick Your Own Bowl". The price is based on the number of "Proteins" you pick among other upgrades. I went fairly basic with 2 proteins (spicy tuna and spicy salmon) on a base of spinach and fried rice ($1 upcharge). I also added mushrooms (shitaki if I guessed right), avocados, ginger, edamame, and fried garlic. I also had some masago (a type of fish egg) added, but it did not stand out enough to be worth adding. On our servers recommendation, I picked Yum Yum for the sauce (and it was delicious) but I believe next time I'll go for something more interesting like Mango sauce and teriyaki seaweed on top. My daughter had the kids teriyaki chicken. She loved it. It came with fried rice (which she also likes) and some story fry vegetables (which she avoided like they had the plague). My wife had a rice box which looked much flashier than my poke bowl, but was every bit as good. Aside from the expected fried rice, she got teriyaki chicken, cream cheese wontons, tempura shrimp, and tempura chicken. The dipping sauce in the middle was some kind of slightly fruity-sweet chili sauce. The sauce amazing, and I think I could eat it and the chicken/shrimp without any other sides (and I'm not a huge fan of shrimp tempura). We are already planning our next visit. Update: on our next visit I tried the milk tea boba drinks. Wow! Best boba I've ever had. I got a Mango milk tea with Mango popping boba and even my wife who doesn't care for mango liked it. Additionally, aside from popping and tapioca boba, they carry crystal boba (less chewy than tapioca). Before we left, I asked for whatever the server recommends to try. She came back with a Lychee and Coconut drink that was to die for. Absolutely delicious.

This is a hidden gem in Downtown Jonesboro. The spring rolls were perfect. The sauce is tangy and hot. We built our own bowls. Everything was absolutely delicious. The service was great and the building was clean. The cost was comparable to a fast food sandwich shop, but so much better as far as taste! We could only eat half the bowl. Put this on your places you must experience.

Coming into this place made me smile! The decorations all around the place made it feel modern as well as the projector spinning their logo at the front entrance. The amazing waitress was so nice to us while we ordered our food, even when we customized most of our foods to the top. When we ordered, the food came quick and the price we paid for them was considerably cheap! The food was massive and we couldn't eat it all! The food was good and I will come again!

Slurped up a shrimp tail in my boba drink. Then they still charged me for it. Food wasn't very good either.

Found this place on our way back to Missouri and was pleasantly surprised. We loved the food & walked around downtown Jonesboro which was really awesome. I'd go again. Service was quick and easy.

First time trying Rice Box. Service was very fast and attentive and the ambiance was welcoming. We started with the shrimp Shumai and it was pretty good, but a little small for a shareable appetizer. I would recommend it for someone looking to eat it by themselves. I got the C02 hibachi dinner, and overall it was pretty good. I asked for steak medium and it came out well done and very tough, but the chicken and everything else was good. I would go back, but probably not get steak again.

I don't know what you guys are impressed by. I have had a lot of poke' and this is very far from the best. Look at my photos. I ordered the Salmon Rice Bowl. It came out looking great. I soon realized that I didn't see any salmon in it. I called the server over and let her know that all I saw was veg and no fish. She took my fork and dug through my food and explained that there are 4 pieces of salmon in it. FOUR. See that little M&M sized piece of fish in the photo? That's what there are 4 of. The photos on their menu on on their walls show REAL poke' bowls with a layer of big, beautiful salmon cubes; not these little nibbles of salmon. The mango tea was candy sweet, so too sweet. I know this place seems cool and different for a smaller city, but they have a long way to go to get it right. Especially with their prices. Rice Box, you're on the right track, but your food needs to match your menus and wall art. *** I want to add one positive thing. The service was fantastic. I didn't catch our server's name but she was wonderful.

Best Poke bowl I have ever had!! Food is super fresh & SO tasty! Staff is very responsive! The dining room is small & cozy! The entire menu is scrumptious!!

Love Rice Box! Get takeout from here pretty often and love how cute the restaurant is too for dining in! I love their Pokemazing Bowl! I was skeptical at first but they sold me on Poke Bowls in Arkansas! The seafood tastes fresh and delicious! They also have great Chicken Fried Rice!

Love the signature rice bowls. I could eat them every day. The dinner for two is great also. I couldn't believe how much food you received for the price. Top of my list for takeout in Jonesboro!

This is a clean little place that offers something different, for this area. The food is good. They've got different sauces to spruce up the dishes and they have flavored cola. The price is reasonable. Parking is difficult, and big trucks should be a no-go. Check this one out for something a little different and maybe even more healthy.

portions are smaller than a lot of other places for the same price or more!! I don't see what the hype is over this place- we went and froze, they had on the air and it was so cold couldn't even enjoy our meal and for 3 adults it was $76 and that was nothing extra!!! I won't be back and I'm sure they won't be in business long.

The service was not great. The server could not explain the menus to us very well, like what is a Bubble Tea? Her response was it's a milk tea with toppings. I'm like ok, we'll what's that? Like seriously? It also took forever for our food to come out....well over 30 minutes. Don't recommend.

Appreciated all the veggies! Would probably ask for the sauce on the side next time. It was good, but a little much.

Might be the best meal I've ever had . I ordered P12 Pokemazing Rice Bowl online. Very simple ordering process online. Order was made quickly and correct. Paid online so never had to touch anything. You walk up and they open the window, put the food on the table and you take it. They are wearing masks and have had sanitizer. They deliver as well. The rice bowl tasted like deconstructed sushi with some added salad components. Healthy and delicious. Just look at the picture! Yummy

Located in the charming area of old Jonesboro, I had the best miso soup I've had in years Their bento box is delicious, does not skimp on portion size, and is reasonably priced

We ordered from Door Dash. We were taking a risk since we had never eaten there before. We were pleasantly surprised. The portions were very large and the flavor was great.

when Rice Box first opened I was hooked and then Covid happened and the quality just wasn't the same. The rice never tasted fresh and my steak was always over cooked. This year I have become hooked again. I will eat here 1-2 times most weeks. The food is always fresh and cooked perfectly.

Food was so good! Such a neat place. You can create your own rice bowl from scratch or choose any of their many other options. They have hibachi as well as some more authentic dishes. Loved it.

I just moved to the area and was looking for a new go-to. I FOUND IT! Rice Box is soooo yummy! I have been getting their rice bowls and adding my own toppings. Everything tastes fresh and yummy!

Redoing my review because they no longer cook steak in the "R/MR/M/MW/WD" scale. They said "they can't control how it cooks" was always a really good place and if you don't mind your steak more on the well cooked side then it will be great! I just like my steak on the rare side

Best Asian food in town. The fried rice is outstanding and the portion sizes are plentiful. Very flavorful!

Friendly staff and pretty atmosphere. Everything was cleaned and decorated well. The sole reason for this rating is due to frozen foods being served. Every appetizer was reheated from frozen foods, and I believe store bought. The main course was cold however this could have been from being understaffed during their soft opening. In short, I would say they need to shorten the menu and focus on their main dishes with a few appetizers and change it up every few weeks so they can make fresh to order with no frozen foods. Over all I would go back and give them another try once they have been open a bit to see if it's better.

I order from Rice Box twice while in town for work. The first time I did curbside pickup and delivery for the second time. Both times the online ordering was easy to use and the food was ready/delivered in the estimated time. In total, I had the crab rangoon, shrimp shumai, Pokemazing burrito and build your own bowl. All were extremely delicious, although the burrito does fall apart fast as should be expected. Just plan on extra napkins and a fork. The build your own bowl was my favorite as I could select every ingredient and they offer so many options in the base price. Rice box is not to be missed. This would probably be a weekly go-to if I lived in Jonesboro.

I'm visiting Jonesboro and was delighted to discover the Rice Box. The service is pleasant and the food delicious. I've had the Salmon Rice Bowl and loved it -- an excellent blend of flavors and textures. I'm about to make my third visit in ten days!

Jonesboro has good poke... I was surprised. This place is really fun. The interior is new and welcoming and the waitstaff is helpful and polite. We will be eating here again soon. Also, they were playing early 2000's hip hop, please don't change.

Food was mediocre. The staff was some of the most uncomfortable people I have ever met. The restaurant had the atmosphere of a cult. I felt awkward asking for a refill. This was not worth the money. Again the staff was sooo odd. The entire room felt like you walked in on a conversation you weren't supposed to walk in on.

The salad bowls are amazing! I usually get scallops. Best in Jonesboro. Spring rolls, steamed dumplings and Crab Rangoon was wonderful, not low carb, but worth it!

The food was great, if you ask for steak, it will get cooked perfectly how you ask for it. I came here today for my birthday and wasn't expecting it to be as great as my sister said it would be. Everything tasted great, and the staff was so nice, and the aura felt very calming. The place looks so cute and is really clean. I ended up getting a rice bowl and a free dessert, and they both tasted great. I would definitely recommend this place! 10 out of 10.

My favorite place for an easy take-out dinner! I could easily eat here everyday. I typically build my own rice bowl, and it is consistently delicious. But you can't go wrong with anything on the menu! Plus, they are so quick at preparing my meal. And - servings are large! I usually have plenty left over for lunch the next day.

We have ordered Poke rice bowls from here a few times and I have not been disappointed. I got grilled shrimp and salmon and tofu as proteins and lots of veggies. The little shrimp dumplings were delicious and I also enjoyed the fried tofu.
