What to Eat (and Expect) at Pharrell’s Major Music Festival in D.C. This Weekend | Eater DC

"From Chantilly, Va., Rice Culture touts ube-stuffed waffles shaped like fish (mochi taiyaki) and bills itself as the area’s only mochi taiyaki shop, offering a unique, Instagram-friendly dessert I’d be curious to try." - Tierney Plumb

Rice Culture - Stuffed Waffles & Soft Serve

Google
Went to rice culture for a collab they did with dough market and I gotta admit the soft serve they have is some of the best I’ve ever had. The flavors are so unique, but really enjoyable. The ambience and vibe in there is very comforting and clean. definitely will be making us a go to spot. Their drinks are also really creative and tasty.

Google
this dessert spot is so cute! it’s filipino inspired flavors, i love the ube pandan swirl! so unique. and their drinks are really good too, ube viet coffee and a hochija raspberry drink (first time trying hochija because i can never find a spot selling it, soo good!!) they even do collabs with small businesses and did a collab with dough marker for ice cream doughnut sammies, soo good!

Nice dessert place and friendly servers. I not only like the vibe there but also the Taiyaki. The Red Bean is a must-try flavor and tastes good. Ube is my personal favorite flavor!

Rice Culture is one of those new-concept dessert spots that popped up after the fish waffle + ice cream craze became a sensation — and of course, we had to try it. If sweets are involved, I’m there. For me, it was just okay. The presentation is fun, but I found the flavor combinations a little strange and not the best mix. I’m Asian and familiar with these flavors, but it didn’t quite hit the mark for my taste. My daughter, on the other hand, loved it. That might be because she’s a huge fan of the concept itself and loves all things Japanese — so the playful, trendy vibe worked for her. Overall, Rice Culture is worth trying if you’re curious about new dessert experiences and enjoy experimenting with flavors. It may not be everyone’s favorite, but it definitely has its fans.

Right when you walk through the doors, the wonderful smell of waffles stuns you. They have a variety of lovely treats. I enjoyed the ube and Nutella taiyaki. I chose to wait and have them fresh- the only way!! My husband and I finished a lotus cloud latte- so sweet and yummie! Definitely recommend!

I used to enjoy visiting Rice Culture in Vienna, so I was very excited to see a new location open in Chantilly. The staff member working that day was kind and friendly, but since he was working alone, the atmosphere felt a little different from the attentive service I experienced in Vienna. The desserts we ordered were delicious, but for a newly opened store, I expected a bit more cleanliness. The taiyaki was also pre-made, so it didn’t feel as fresh. Perhaps if I hadn’t had the Vienna experience to compare with, I wouldn’t have had such high expectations—but I couldn’t help but notice the difference. I believe with more staff and a little extra attention, this location could really shine. I look forward to seeing Rice Culture grow in Chantilly and hope it becomes just as loved as the Vienna shop.

To the uninitiated, this is like dessert waffle with mochi or custard cream inside. You order and pay at automated kiosks picking the flavors you like. You can mix and match. Half a dozen sounds like a good deal. The place is on the opposite side of Costco. I didn't know these buildings existed in the area. They have tiny food trucks selling freshly made ones in touristy places of Japan. Rice Culture gets it pretty close. I'd highly recommend waiting the advertised 25 mins to get yours freshly made. The pre-made ones sitting on the shelves do not taste the best they could be. Pandan is my favorite. Ube is pretty good. Nutella and Oreo aren't my flavors. Matcha is bitter than it should be. I wouldn't get it again. Saving the soft serve and drinks for next time!

Google
Service is amazing, the owner is so friendly, we asked to get a different drink because our first one tasted a bit off and we’re very accommodating, our second one was so good!! We got the black widow which was Thai tea with black sesame cold foam and toffee bits on top, so delicious, and their taiyaki were warm and soft with a good amount of filling

Yelp
This place was tech friendly and "old" people like us were fascinated at how we could customize our dessert without speaking to a human. I tried their version of Filipino Halo Halo. The ingredients enticed me: lanka, ube soft serve, leche flan, beans. When it came to taste, it was not my mother's halo halo. A nice copycat but very different. The ice was too thick and the flan was like a flat soft cookie. The soft serve Ube was almost there but not really. Service was super friendly. Staff dude was on point in decorating this Halo Halo. The ambiance of the place is welcoming. It has lots of seating and a big window to stare out into the parking lot.

Yelp
I know Rice Culture is known for their taiyaki, but imo... their soft serve is where it's at. The taiyaki has a sweet and slightly salty dough. The texture vaguely reminds me of a warmed up leige waffle? The filling is custardy and not too sweet. They're just okay to me. None of the flavors I had really stood out to me, except their strawberry hojicha which had a nice tartness and brightness. I also enjoyed their savory versions a bit more than the sweeter ones. The soft serve, though, is super good! I feel like the flavors pop out more. The texture is nice and smooth! The small cup is a little TOO small for me, so I would recommend getting the bigger one. The combo of ice cream and taiyaki rules though! The flavors rotate, so it's hard to recommend one. Service was quick! The store is pretty cute and has games on the tables to play! I've never been on the weekend, so it's never been too busy.

Yelp
Was so excited for pandan or corn soft serve and the menu offered none of that. soft serve Ube - my 2yo liked it but he loves anything with sprinkles. Hubby didn't like it. I thought it was ok. soft serve sesame cheesecake - the roasted flavor was almost too toasty? almost bitter. was sad this flavor didn't come through as I've had amazing sesame ice cream before. pumpkin - very pumpkin-y but maybe too pumpkin-y or maybe missing some pumpkin spices. fish waffle with pandan filling - it's like a cakey waffle and a bit dense. filling was meh. maybe the sesame soft serve just over powered everything I tasted. I'd rather it be stuffed with cream or regular ice cream than custard. pandan pudding cup - best dessert I've had in a while! but not worth over $10! Geez. I'd maybe cut the portion in half and sell it for $6. Nutella waffle - hubby said it was great when he ate it the next day. all the above for $40. glad I tried but unlikely coming back. I love soft serve and Asian dessert flavors and was shocked this didn't hit the spot.

Yelp
finally tried Rice Culture in Chantilly so yummy 10/10 we tried the espresso and cheesecake swirl and the ube pandan swirl. I loved the retro modern vibe with checkered floors, inviting and lively colors and MCM furniture. The staff was friendly and you can choose as many toppings as you want.
google avatar

Brina T.

Yelp
Tried the pandan coffee and the raspberry matcha latte with dairy-free milk (made with raspberry jam). The pandan coffee had a nice aroma but the flavor leaned more sweet than coffee-forward. The raspberry matcha latte was visually pretty and the raspberry jam added a fruity twist, but it made the drink quite sweet and a bit heavy. Both drinks were interesting and unique, but definitely leaned toward dessert-style rather than balanced coffee or matcha drinks.

Yelp
UGH this place is so delicious. I just found out that they had their fall flavors too. There's not too many people and the place is cute. There's board games scattered around if you wanted to hangout and play board games but the space isn't too big. The cashiers are nice, there's probably like 1-2 at a time when you're there. I heard that the owner really cares about the matcha quality here. Love it! The taiyaki are okay... I think I'd go for the ice cream and drinks more!

Yelp
My first time with this soft serve dish. Ordering via kiosk was fun. The portion size was huge. At the counter I had the option to add toppings. I chose Rice Krispies. This topping elevated this dream cup.. Staff was super friendly. He presented my cup with pride. We enjoyed our treats at the window seats. The place was clean and bright.

Yelp
Service was quick. On that hot Saturday afternoon, the nice cold shop would cool you down. There are tables and chairs inside. The sweets here are yummy! I think it's because of the ube (purple yam) ice cream that they have - very rich and creamy. Soo good. The OG halo halo with ube elote (purple yam and brown butter corn which is sweet corn with browned butter) was very good. The ube custard taiyaki soft serve and ube Vietnamese iced coffee were great too! Very yummy ube desserts. Good value for your money.

Yelp
Rice Culture Chantilly is in a wonderful location with popular restaurants right near it and in the same shopping center as a Costco and Target. The parking lot can get a bit busy on a Sunday due to Costco shoppers, but otherwise location is great with ample parking. The shop itself is beautifully designed very lively, very inviting and has the delicious smell of taiyaki. Me and my partner shared the Ube and lychee strawberry(July exclusive flavor) swirl in a cup with the taiyaki Ube on top! It was delicious and the Ube was very rich. We personally couldn't taste the lychee and strawberry it mostly just was the Ube flavor that over powdered it which is not a bad thing but just a piece to note if you do a mixed flavor swirl! I would 100% come back and try out the additional items on their menu. The halo-halo options looked delicious!

Yelp
Ice cream is good, service is even better. You order at the little kiosks. The taiyaki's are made ahead of time so they're cold- I assumed they were like Korean boongobbang and served warm. I sampled the black sesame and ube - both good. I ended up getting the matcha black sesame swirl with plain taiyaki. I asked the person working what flavor filling taiyaki he liked best and he named a few and said he also loved the pizza taiyaki. You can opt to have pizza taiyaki made fresh but it takes 25 minutes. I chose to do that because my friend and I were caught up playing a game of Incoherent anyway. Fresh is the way to go- outside is crispy inside is gooey cheese, marinara, and pepperoni. The batter is sweet so I liked the savory inside. Ambiance is chill and AC amazing. Wednesdays are BOGO 50% off. Will come back!

Yelp
First time trying this location; I placed the order online even though I was already in the parking lot. There was one person ahead of me which went quick. The guy behind the counter was super nice; offered all the toppings (which you don't see online btw) and topped it off with the fish waffle! I did see the low reviews about a hollow space in the middle where they swirled around the edge but honestly who cares... the hole is small and they swirl above and beyond so I'm not complaining. It was delicious and I will be back!

Yelp
Stopped by after a Costco run for a quick sweet treat. The shop is very clean and the staff are friendly. While the flavors weren't quite for me, my husband enjoyed them. Decorating the toppings was fun, and the desserts are definitely photo-worthy!

Yelp
Rice Culture is a fun little spot for soft serve and taiyaki. It's definitely a great addition to the area, especially since it's open later than most ice cream shops. They offer unique and exciting flavors like ube and pandan, which are both not commonly found at other places. I wasn't a fan of the sakura milk, but that might just come down to personal preference. As for the taiyaki, the filling seemed a bit grainy and lacked the smoothness I was hoping for. Service is quick and efficient. Customers order at the kiosk, and everything is made on the spot. Once your order is ready, they'll call you up so you can add toppings or drizzles at no extra cost.
google avatar

Yelp
The taiyaki flavors that we got were not that great--we got the pizza, Oreo, and vanilla custard--all less conventional flavors. You can choose to get them hot but you do have to wait for 25 minutes before they are ready but if you have the time, that's the move. The sweet taiyaki is like a sweet fluffy waffle. I got the midnight ube ice cream swirl--the ube ice cream is super good. Even my picky ice cream boyfriend liked it!
google avatar

Yelp
A new location for this established Asian dessert brand, this one didn't seem to quite have it going yet. It was the only thing busy in this area, but they were apparently unable to make their signature items which left me ordering a waffle without ice cream. It was fine, not really sure it was worth the price but I wasn't that hungry anyway. Maybe I should have tried one of the parfait-like desserts. The ordering line was quite slow, perhaps because everyone was trying to figure out what to do without the soft serve. The quality of flavors is there, so hopefully they get it together.
google avatar

Yelp
Oh my... I didn't know the taiyaki would have a nice crunch to it, on top of being filled with ube. What a delight! AND with ube and cookies & cream swirl?? Delish. I added toasted coconut and crushed graham crackers as the topping. I was very happy with my combo. I'm already looking forward to the next time I go! I'd want to try the Nutella or pandan as the filling for the taiyaki for my next trip. The interior design was cute. Customer service was good.

Yelp
Congrats to Rice Culture for opening up their 3rd location! I went during Grand Opening and there was quite a crowd! I have been here before during soft opening and their other location near Mosiac and I think its pretty consistent! I got the nutella taiyaki and the taiyaki was well cooked. It was a little crisp on the otherside but soft on the inside. I think the nutella filling was ok and I definitely prefer more of their custard based fillings. I also tried the ube viet coffee which was very good!!! The coffee flavor was strong and the ube taste added a nice earthy taste to it. I would definitely come back here to get my coffee fix next time! Staff was also friendly and I love how they decorated the store!

Yelp
Went on a Friday night, the line was super long but it was worth the wait. The Ube ice cream was super good and not too sweet. I wish they had options for smaller portion sizes

Yelp
Rice Culture has a new location in Chantilly! It's great to see how they have expanded from their farmer's market days into multiple brick and mortar locations across NoVA. What I tried: -Ube and pandan softserve with ube taiyaki (corn flakes and pocky sticks for toppings) -Mini Ube and pandan softserve with red bean taiyaki Rice Culture is constantly coming up with new innovative soft serve flavors, but ube and pandan are definitely classics. I saw the taiyaki being prepared fresh here -- that's high quality! I want to come back and try the Viet coffee. The vibes: This place was a lot bigger than I was expecting! There are plenty of places to sit. I even saw some board games in here, too. Parking: Ton of parking right in front of the shop.

Yelp
Came here on a Tuesday evening and was pretty quiet, self check out kiosk readily available as your enter the store. The staff member behind the counter greeted me and once I placed my order assisted me on which toppings I would like on my ice cream. I order a small soft serve of the ube flavor. You can definitely taste the ube, however there was a slight flavor along with it (cheese-ish maybe?) that didn't give me that true satisfaction of ube flavor. Wasn't crazy about the flavor at all and a bit disappointed. I liked that it's unlimited toppings, I just got rice crispies on it which I liked. Great service and nice big and open spot with plenty of seatings.

Yelp
The newest Rice Culture store to open in the DMV area! The interior was very cute and well-decorated with lots of vibrant colors and plenty of seating with board games. My partner and I got the Wednesday BOGO (second one 50% off) deal - we got two soft serves: one lychee calpico and one lychee calpico with lavender swirl + Nutella taiyaki. The taiyaki is only $1 to add on and is huge! When you pick up your order at the counter, you get to pick unlimited toppings to put on top of your soft serve! We picked corn flakes, Biscoff, and Oreo cookie crumble. The lychee calpico flavor was quite artificial but the soft serve itself was very creamy! The taiyaki was light and crispy and had an air pocket in the middle that was perfect for scooping and putting ice cream in for the perfect bite. I would've liked for the taiyaki to be toasted and warm when served but the taiyaki complimented the ice cream well.

Yelp
This Filipino-owned taiyaki dessert shop is absolutely killing it with flavor, creativity, and good vibes. I had the ube and sakura mix soft serve in a taiyaki cone and it was creamy, not too sweet. The cone itself was warm and slightly chewy. What I really love is how Filipino flavors are celebrated here in a super fun and modern way. They have seasonal specials. I tried the sakura rice pudding and pandan rice pudding. Both creamy and not overly sweet. The space is clean, minimal, and Instagrammable without being over the top. The staff was friendly, and even asked if we wanted to try any samples. If you're a dessert lover, a fan of Asian flavors, or just looking for something new to try and a spot to play games with friends, Rice Culture is it :)
google avatar

Harold D.

Yelp
Ordered the Pandan, Ube, and Nutella Taiyaki as well as the Wicked Pandan Float. The float was way too sweet - wouldn't recommend it. The Taiyakis were ok - I liked the Pandan flavored one but the inside seemed undercooked like undercooked pancake batter. We also got the Ube Cookies & Cream Soft Serve. Flavor was alright - but me and my wife aren't eager to return to Rice Culture.

Yelp
Absolutely love this dessert shop. We're avid fans of anything with ube and pandan and so excited when rice culture is here in Chantilly. Their door was malfunctioning so if it's "locked" when you get there during open hours, they're not. The door just gets stuck. Knock and they will open it for you. We got the ube and pandan swirlwith the additional taiyaki topping. The ube was so delicious to the point where my daughters lips were stained purple. The winner was the taiyaki. It was made fresh and had an amazing crispy outer shell and fluffy soft interior. The ube custard was the perfect sweetness. We also had the vegan pandan rice pudding and I absolutely loved it. It looked like it would be super sweet but it has the perfect balance with the pandan, sugar, rice pudding, and coconut bits. Interior has plenty of seating and the wait wasn't too long for a 7pm Sunday night. We will definitely come again when we want to treat ourselves to some delicious treats.
google avatar

Lisa Z.

Yelp
I got the black sesame and matcha halo halo, pandan taiyaki with corn and ube soft serve. I wish the black sesame flavor was more prominent, but I was pleasantly surprised with the corn flavor, it was light and refreshing. The desserts are great and not too sweet. The interior is super cute, the perfect place to catch up with friends. Not sure if I would go out of my way for it again just because I'm not the biggest soft serve fan but the employees were attentive and kind.

Yelp
Finally a rice culture near us for a while. They used to be a little pop up shop in south riding and i would go there all the time. First, the ambiance was nice, cutesy and great for a little dessert date spot after dinner. Serive is quick and fast and friendly as well. Plenty of parking spaces and the store was not too crowded when we got here. If you have not been here, there are kiosk to order so you don't have to wait for the cashier. We love that. Now lets go to the food. *The taiyaki was warmed still when it was given to us, The filling was overflowing which is great! Outside is crispy and inside was warm and sweet. Perfect dessert. *Mini and Signature Swirl Soft serve : we got panda , ube, ube and coffee and everything was great. We love it. We added the cone to our swirl which is perfect to ease off the sweetness. *Coffee and pandan drink: Not our favorite, we would not get this again as it is a bit bitter and not enough foam on top like the advertisement photo. Overall, still love rice culture. Next time we come back we will shoot for the flan dessert!

Yelp
Rice Culture's Asian-influenced soft serve flavors served in taiyaki cones seem ubiquitous on social media. My wife and I usually disregard "viral" food places since they tend to offer style over substance, but Rice Culture's appealing menu and new location just a stone's throw from our go to Costco in Chantilly led us to take a chance. We, fortunately, found that the desserts here lived up to the hype. My wife ordered a regular sized taiyaki soft serve with a seasonal ube/sakura milk swirl and I ordered a mini sized with a blueberry lavender flavor. The texture of the soft serve itself was deliciously creamy and had a strong, rich milk backbone. Unlike many ice cream places, the flavors actually tasted discernible without being overpowering. The taiyaki themselves arrived warm and possessed a buttery flavor and pleasant, slightly crisp exterior with a fluffy crumb. I ordered my taiyaki cone with a red bean paste filling, and would actually pass on any cone fillings next time as they compete with the soft serve flavor and run too sweet. I also advise ordering the "mini" size since I find the standard portion of ice cream a little too large relative to the taiyaki. While the treats here aren't cheap ($7+ for the mini and $9+ for the standard), the portions are decent and the quality of the product is evident. Parking is a cinch in the shopping center. The place is brand new and has a cute, clean, and spacious interior with plenty of seating. If you've viewed a TikTok or reel about this place, know that while a little pricey the offerings here meet the hype and are worth checking out for any fans of Asian desserts.

Yelp
We waited to get in on a Sunday afternoon during their soft opening. It got pretty packed but they had plenty of kiosks to make things go fast. The inside of the shop isn't too big. Smells great though. We ordered a Pandan Viet Coffee, an Ube Rice Pudding, and 3 Taiyakis (Red Velvet, Double Stuffed Oreo, and Ube Custard). Everything came out in less than 5 min despite being packed. Everything was delicious, definitely will hit the spot for a sweets person. Only issue is our red velvet got mistaken for a red bean but we just ended up coming back to try it (one of our favorite flavors). Very great for a quick dessert or soft serve.

Yelp
I've been visiting Rice Culture at various farmers markets and have enjoyed their taiyaki (especially the ube!) before, but this was my first time at one of their locations. The inside is adorable and they have a lot of fun games to play with your friends while eating! Their ice cream is delicious and creamy and when you order the ice cream you also get unlimited toppings which is a nice touch. I do wish the taiyaki was warm that topped the ice cream but it is still tasty. Their latte flavors are also unique, I love pandan so it was delicious having it in a latte.

Yelp
Rice Culture Chantilly is finally here! Theyre currently having their soft opening with hours from 4-11 pm, but definitely check their social media for updates. The inside has PLENTY of seating (honestly a bit more than the Vienna location), and plenty of staff to help out! Their current flavors include pandan s'mores, ube, and corn milk, so try them swirled or even try just the taiyaki or their bar deserts! Plenty of options for everyone with a sweet tooth! Plenty of parking right by Costco and Sushi Ohayo!
google avatar

Kara M.

Yelp
Soft opening! So glad a taiyaki place opened here, and I was so excited to check it out. You can use a self-serve kiosk to order, you get a number, and it estimates how long your wait is. Ambiance is great (a little loud, but whatever) with plenty of seating. Lots of options for parties up to five or six. It's on the other side of the parking lot from Costco. The menu is straightforward and fantastic, with both traditional and modern taiyaki options. Taiyaki was delicious! The app seems really great to order, track, and collect points.
google avatar

Amanda H.

Yelp
This location is way better than their Vienna/fairfax one! Plenty of seating, larger, and cleaner. The pandan soft server was light and flavorful. The taiyaki topping was crispy and delicious.

Yelp
ordered via app: promo for a free taiyaki, though seen in my account, could not be added to my order. while the app stated my order was ready, when i arrived for pickup, the staff let me know they would start the order and then would call the order out once complete. taiyaki itself was very tasty. my partner and i both ordered the mini soft serve: nutella taiyaki with cookies & cream ice cream and thai tea ice cream respectively. wish the taiyaki was warm to juxtapose the cold soft serve, but tasty nonetheless. a little pricey but fun to eat! i believe this location opened recently and is very popular. was almost completely full when we visited at 7:30pm on a friday.

Winnie C.

Yelp
It was so good! The ice cream was so creamy and a little icy. The only setback was the ice cream was a little salty for my own liking, all except the ube. Their flavors rotate monthly so don't be disappointed when the flavor u wanted to try wasn't here. The ice cream is slightly salty which really makes it stand out and compliments it really well. The staff were so nice and even told me what flavors next month were going to be! I would definitely come here again, it's just so special and different from the ones I've tried. And don't even get me started on the mood of this place, so comfy and relaxing. Perfec

Yelp
I was excited to try Rice Culture again but in Chantilly, but this visit left me a bit disappointed. I paid $10ish for an ice cream cup, and there was a noticeable hollow section right in the middle--definitely not what I expected for the price. On top of that, the taiyaki was served cold, which took away from the experience. I also wanted to try the mango refresher, but they had run out of mango. On a positive note, the ambience was very nice and inviting. I remember visiting the Merrifield location previously--back then, the taiyaki was warm and the ice cream was fully filled. This visit just didn't measure up to that experience.

Yelp
Stopped by during their soft opening. They were busy but moving quickly. The space is so nice with mural and art on the walls and plenty of seating. You order on a kiosk and wait for your number to be called, both for order pickup and soft-serve customization. The music was a bit too loud, which means everybody's kind of yelling so that's not great. Everything here is fresh and the flavors are great. I do think their drinks are good, but too sweet for me and I wish the flavors of the foams for the coffee were stronger.
google avatar

Kimberly L.

Yelp
Came for the soft opening. There was a line right when they opened at 4pm. It went quick and we got a seat inside. The soft serve is so smooth and my son and I loved the waffle fish. So much I want to try, will be back!

Same great Rice Culture you know and love from Vienna, now in Chantilly! Great, fresh taiyaki and a rotating selection of soft serve. Can't go wrong with anything on their menu. Ambience is nice and cozy, plenty of seating, and it's a convenient location to go to after shopping.

Yelp
The service was great here! The staff were super friendly and easy to talk to. You can ask them to try samples of the ice cream if you don't know which one to get, which is what I did. The Taiyaki ice cream was fun. You can get unlimited toppings so I got a bunch that looked good. The Taiyaki on top was warm and went well with the ice cream. The ambiance was great as well. The shop is clean. They also had fun decorations around the shop. Great vibes overall!

Yelp
I can't explain how sad I am that I didn't take any pictures of the ice cream! Not only did the place look great but the Taiyaki was outstanding. Was pretty busy when we went but the service was still so quick, great place to get dessert and even coffee, will be back.

Yelp
Went here since the wife was having her sweet tooth acting up. Not knowing what they served the gentleman behind the counter was more than happy to explain everything. We were offered a few samples to help with our decisions. We decided on the TAIYAKI SOFT SERVE with my wife choosing the Golden Bloom and I had the Midnight Crumble. We had the server help us with the topping's choice. Our desserts were very creamy and flavorful. It was very good, and we will be going back. Great serve and they took the time to assist us.

Yelp
honestly my new favorite rice culture location! seems like a bigger space than some of their other storefronts and super fun and bright inside! their menu options rotate and are always unique and delicious, i highly recommend "golden bloom" which is thai tea and pandan soft serve, the flavors perfectly complement each other :) also unlimited toppings which is a plus

Yelp
We were introduced to rice culture at a farmer maket and I am so glad they opened up a location near us. We got their ube and corn swirl soft serve. I loved both flavors. My husband got the coconut and pandan taiyaki. He said the flavor was very delicious. I also ordered the ube foam Vietnamese ice coffee. That was definitely my favorite. Highly recommend to check it out. They have something for everyone in the family.

Yelp
WOW I'm speechless. I paid $10.25 + tax for this soft serve only to find out that they didn't fill the cup at all. I've been to other locations who fill your cup all the way. I feel scammed.

Yelp
They have lost their touch. The taiyaki we ordered today were dried, including the filling. The staff, for some reason, kept heating them like they were undercooked before placing them in the box. I recalled taiyaki waffle used to be in one piece, not two pieces with filling in the middle like a sandwich. Either they have change or the staff need to be retrained. I won't come back for a while.

Yelp
Always great! Good atmosphere but better product! The soft serve isn't too sweet and warm pastry was great!
