10/10 amazing food and service. My friends and I went to eat here and made our own bowls. I recommend the shredded chicken and the hummus (absolutely loved it). We also want to thank Tomas for being the best server and giving us advice on what toppings to add with the food we were adding to our bowl. He made our experience 10 times better.

Nice restaurant with delicious and healthy food. I’m surprised that there aren’t many people here usually—I think not many people know about it. I decided to share some photos to help others discover this place.

I ordered from that place, and the food was nicely packaged. I got the chicken and kefta platters; they were good, but there wasn't as much chicken as I'd hoped. Lots of rice and salad.

Very disappointed in the service at this location. Customer service goes a long way and I’m afraid that was deeply lacking in this situation. I normally frequent the N. Miami Rice however I had the misfortune of my Ubereats order being sent to this location. N Miami tried to help and requested Biscayne send the order to their location because their systems had been down when I placed my order. They refused. So I had to drive 45 minutes to get my order because the manager was unwilling to accommodate. These companies seem to only care about their bottom line which is unfortunate.

People close to me know I love Middle Eastern/Mediterranean food and I don’t get tired of it. This is the reason I have been to Rice so many times, at least once an every other week either for a lunch or a dinner. I’m always chasing their BOGO offers on Uber Eats and gotta say the lulu(koobideh) kabab is not their forte. I have had it several times and it is always extra dry. Conversely, the chicken one is much better, not the best kababs you are going to have, but they are pretty descent. The service is quick and the ambience is on point.

Just had a great first time experience at rice! Food was delicious and service was great!! Erika and Jackie were extremely helpful explaining the menu and food was hot and fresh. Had the chenjeh platter!!!

Food is great! And Jaqueline, she was so awesome! Such a sweetheart with great service. She had seen that we were waiting for our order and she asked how we were doing and made sure we were good to go in a timely manner. She educated us on the baklava and we fell in love when we tried it! Highly recommend! Thank you Jacqueline for your kindness and great customer service!! We will be back!

Rice Mediterranean is always my go to spot when I want something delicious, filling and healthy. The food is always fresh. And the sumac sauce is light yet flavorful. The portions are big so I always save half for later.

Parking was not easy although there is a parking garage. Free for 30 minutes, so you have to order and eat quick. Food was not bad lots of options and you can build it with the person behind the counter, making your choices of ingredients. A bit expensive but decent. The baklava was not that fresh. I think my wife enjoyed it more than me. It is a decent healthy option, for the most part.

This is a really good option if you want fast, fresh mediterranean style food. The portions are great & you can pick from a bunch of options & toppings. My go to is a bowl with jasmine rice, any chicken option or the shredded beef... various veggie toppings, & YOU MUST get the Sumac sauce! My only gripe is that it's gotten so pricey.. but still tasty if it's in your budget!!

Living near this location is a joy. Even though there is many food options in the neighborhood , the options with good service and fresh food is very limited . Rice on Biscayne delivers both, excellent fresh food , and the best service in the neighborhood . Z and Angie who work there are so nice and hospital, it's a pleasure to interact with them . Thank god for Rice !!

Zero. The person serving me was horrible. I ordered a platter for the first time and did not know that they make it in the back instead of along the food line like the bowls. I thought I would be able to tell her that I don't eat hummus and I don't eat olives or cheese when she completed my platter on the food line. It was completed in the back and there was hummus on the pita bread and cheese and olives, which I don't eat. Humus was directly on the pita bread. No big deal with the other issues, but I thought that I wanted a different piece of pita bread without hummus. . I asked for another pice of pita bread without hummus and she yelled at me and walked away and never came back out. So someone else came out front and I asked for my money back. Horrible. She was

RICE Mediterranean Kitchen is really one of my favorite lunch spots! The chicken and kabob platters are a taste of perfection. The flavors are always so juicy and fresh, and their salad is my obsession! It's like enjoying a home-cooked meal in every bite. I love how great the quality of their ingrediants are, everything is always so fresh and tasty. I swear I could eat this every single day lol. It has become my go-to place for a satisfying and tasty lunch. Highly recommend!

Very Fresh, very quick unless you order a wrap. Easy to read and understand menu. A review of the ingredients was given. Bright open space. Good quick meal .

Good service, easy location to get in and out of if you can walk from a nearby condo. Fun atmosphere.. the new industrial sort of look. Bowls are big and filling. Imagine a chipotle kinda vibe that's all the rage now. Pick your protein. Pick your fillers. Pick your sauce. They have water, juice, and beer. Only knocking it down a star because it is a bit on the expensive side for me. If it was a bit cheaper, id be a regular. For $20-25 a person for a bowl and drink, the price is a bit steep. All in all, great place to stop by every now and again. Definitely in the rotation. Great spot if you are vegetarian.

Fast casual Mediterranean / middle eastern - think chipotle but different. We come here all the time - my husband is obsessed with these bowls. All of their proteins are good, their sides / sauces are tasty, and vegetables feel very fresh. The biggest upside though eating here vs somewhere else is the portions. I would say he eats about 75-80% of his food and has a snack for later that day. I eat about half and then have the remaining for lunch the next day. Ample seating - I've eaten here and done takeout. It is pretty cold inside though, so I would bring a jacket!

Place was absolutely delicious!! My first time here. I ordered a beef wrap. Let me tell you, the juices were just falling down my lips. Yes yes and yes again. Will definitely return. Great job RICE! The staff was lovely as well.

I always come here to grab a bowl to go, I love their food. But today something happened, i got a message from yelp that I would get a free baklava for checkin in. However, the staff did not know about this and said i had to leave a comment and a review right in that moment. I'm sorry but, how am I supposed to make a review without even tasting the food? This does not make any sense. I then had to leave without my baklava. So yeah, as a yelper I'm pretty disappointed with this.

While the chicken kabobs are very good, they're a bit over priced. The staff is friendly but beware of buying any of their to go items. The manager, Octavio, will NOT stand by his product and will blame the customer for any spoilage. I purchased a bottle of their sumac dressing, stored it in the refrigerator as required by the label, used it 1 time and 1 week later this product has spoiled. Mind you the expiration date listed is not for another 2 weeks. You can see in the photo how much of the product remains.

This Persian place exceeded my expectations all around. Beef Kebab and chicken kebab platters were perfectly prepared with generous portions of chicken and beef and included Greek salad. The giant platters came with authentic homemade-tasting hummus and an array of very fresh vegetables that looked freshly cut and inviting and basmati rice. Since moving to Miami I've become paranoid about eating out because of all the failed health inspections I've seen in the news. This place looked absolutely spotless. They seem to do mostly takeout but there are huge tables inside And you can also sit outside on biscayne blvd. Very happy I found this place. Beer and wine in cans.

If you are looking for Mediterranean food this is definetly the place. Although is like fast food atmosphere better delivery in my opinion you can rest asure that you will not be disappointed. I ordered the sirloin plate and it was delicious.

A little bit on the pricey side for chicken and rice, but the food is consistent and good. Lots of side options if you wish. Please don't make the portions even smaller!

We've enjoyed every time we've eaten at Rice, so far. I've read the other reviews, so am solely basing mine on our experience. We've tried their bowls mostly with falafel and veggies. We love the Sumac sauce, even though we try to be mostly dairy free. A tiny tummy ache is worth it since it's so delicious - but if they made a dairy-free version I would be ecstatic. The falafel is fresh and crunchy, as well as the roasted veggies in the bowl. We usually do black lentils and greens and rice in our bowls and like that we can do more than one base. The staff isn't overly friendly, but also not unfriendly. We can walk here and it's a great healthy meal option close to the house whether we get delivery or eat inside of the restaurant.

Stopped by this location for lunch and it was fantastic. The establishment itself is super clean and spacious. The server was very kind and recommended certain items on the menu. We chose the build your own option and it was fantastic. I had the lettuce with brown rice, braised beef, spicy chicken with the honey tahini, the spicy sumac and the hummus. Topped with olives, onions, feta, chickpeas. I loved every bite, especially the beef which was very flavorful and delicious. I was hesitant to stop by based on the previous reviews. However, we were very pleased with the service and the food. Make sure you make your way to RICE Miami!

The food at Rice Mediterranean Kitchen is AMAZING!!! If you like Greek and/or Mediterranean cuisine you will love this place. The food can be a bit pricey, but I guarantee it is worth every penny. I always get the build your own with lamb and falafel.

Went to pick up my online order when it said it was ready, but had to wait another 30min for it. They forgot something from my order and I just couldn't bother going back for it because food was underwhelming and somehow cold? Bummed about this

aaaaand now they canceled the gift card because I didn't delete my reviews. Shady.2nd update! WOW. They asked me to delete my bad review, the one mentioning mold.. When I didn't delete the reviews, they deactivated the gift card!!!!!!! So not only does this place gladly sell molding food, they try to force you into keeping quiet by ONLY offering a partial refund if I remove the reviews FIRST! I can't believe instead of saying "try our food again and then maybe you'll change your review" they really said "since you won't delete your review, we're taking back the $40 gift card." What a SHADY business. Do not trust them with your money or health. HORRRRRRIBLE UPDATE: so they contacted me, ignored me for 7 days, then sent a $40 gift card and demanded I remove my reviews..... talk about UNETHICAL AND SHADY BUSINESS!!!!!! PHOTOS ATTACHED. They even sent me the link to one I could vomit, literally. I spent over $100 on food for it to all arrive with a MOLDY container of hummus. I don't know about you, but I'm not eating anything that came in the same bag as that, and unfortunately all the food was in 1 bag. I called them 3 times, no answer after ten minutes each time. Absolutely pathetic restaurant. If you're prefilling your hummus then PLEASE MAKE SURE ITS NOT MOLDING. Disgusting.

So I recently moved to Miami & have been on the hunt for good food! I am very glad that I stumbled across Rice Miami last night. I recommend getting the sirloin kabob wrap because they make it fresh for you. I like the concept of this restaurant it's like a Mediterranean Chipotle style of ordering - where the food is pre made & you can assemble your protein & veggies how you like so if you do not want to wait for the fresh kabob then you can just get what they have behind the glass. My favorite thing besides the delicious wrap was how they serve you on real plates. It seems like a fast casual place where everything would be in to go containers so that little detail of a real plate for a "stay order" was a great surprise. The restaurant is very clean (even the bathroom) & the staff is super nice. I been on a budget lately because who knew moving to Miami was gonna be soooo expensive BUT the woman at the register understood how it can be & helped me make the best decision of food on my budget. I will definitely be back (once I get my money up, lol).

Terrible delivery experience with missed items over multiple orders. Response is always "sorry we missed it, Grubhub will refund you." Not acceptable.

Actually really good Mediterranean food. Was surprised at the ALL DAY LUNCH SPECIALS they have. Must try if you are in the EDGEWATER neighborhood.

This is restaurant quality food worthy of NYC / Paris / London. Very consistent. The platters are better than 'make your own' bowls. My husband loves the meat skewers.. chicken is beautifully grilled without being dry..really cooked to perfection and I love all the gluten free / vegan options. Hidden gem with very sweet staff, relaxed vibe and Dolmades you will dream about! Rice and lentils cooked to perfectly. PS they are also very hardworking, open Christmas etc. If it feels a bit expensive, pls know portions are big and always incredibly fresh!!

Best. Mediterranean. Food. Ever. I flew to Miami and it was the longest flight ever. I arrived to the Airbnb and my boyfriend stashed a bowl from Rice in the fridge. Even after sitting in the fridge for awhile, this bowl was so good - I inhaled it almost immediately. The next day, I told my boyfriend we had to go back because it really just was that good. The Sriracha tomato hummus, charred carrot tahini, and Greek yogurt sumac were absolutely perfect. Get the braised lamb, or the braised beef! Or the spicy chicken, but the braised lamb was definitely my favorite. Veggies were fresh, and everything was just spot on. I absolutely loved this place and I 100% look forward to coming back!

I love the food at Rice. I usually go to the one in the gables but this was my 2nd visit to this location, I was with my children. I was annoyed that they wouldn't provide a cup of water, I think it's ridiculous to force a paying customer to purchase bottled water. I will say the ice cream was pretty good.

This place is really good! You can make your own bowl, salad or wrap or choose one of their platters. This is a nice version of a fast food restaurant with a variety of ingredients to choose from including falafel and veggies if you are vegetarian. All the ingredients were fresh and tasty. I ordered a bowl with falafel and veggies and it was really good. My friend got a meat platter and the rice was amazing. The decoration is really cool with a vintage type style. Clean and spacious with an outdoor seating right on Biscayne boulevard. Service was really good, fast and efficient. Location is convenient, you can use the pay to park app on the side streets. I highly recommend trying this out if you love Mediterranean food!

This place just gets better and better! I love eating here it's healthy, affordable, and the portions are great. I always get the build your own bowl-- here's mine from today! I will keep coming back time and time again.

Highly recommend ordering the bottle of Sumac sauce with your order and the 8 oz hummus since these both come in very small portions with each meal or just make sure to ask for extra cups of sauce!

First time I ordered from this place. We had the combo kubideh. The meat was awful and cooked to death. Food was so disappointing. Not going back again that is for sure.

This is the perfect place when you need a hearty meal that's relatively healthy. The locale itself is like an upscale fast food setup, similar to Chipotle. It's not necessarily authentic Middle Eastern cuisine, but it does the job. I typically get a mixed rice/greens bowl with the spicy chicken. The dips/spreads are fantastic, including the feta spread, the tzatziki, and the hummus. You can add as many toppings as you like, and they always have fresh ingredients. I usually load my bowl with freshly pickled banana peppers, onions, a Shirazi salad (cucumbers/tomatoes/red onions), and a tahini or lemon vinaigrette. The price is so reasonable for the amount of food you get. I end up paying about $16 for a huge bowl that I can barely finish. There's also parking that you can validate with a purchase. Will definitely come back!

COVID 19 delivery review: Me and my colleagues order out time to time as this place is close to our hospital. The quantity of food is alway 'more to be desired.' I dont know if this is due to COVID pandemic raising the meat price but, our order had disappointing amount of food for the price that we paid. 4 small chunks of meat that was overcooked (likely because meat was too small to begin with). Very disappointing experience. I would spend the same amount of money to get better quantity and quality of food from elsewhere.

Great fresh and tasty food! Definitely going to visit again! Had chicken kebab plate, it came with rice and salad. All the ingredients tasted sooo fresh and overall great meal. It was so good I finished the whole plate and it was a pretty big portion!

Pros: I love the concept of creating your own bowl. This place is different from other Rice I've been to, but I loved the variety that was offered. I had a falafel 1/2 lentil, 1/2 salad bowl with all the fixings and it was great. Had enough left over for diner that night!! Cons: They don't have many of the dishes at their regular locations. Hubby was disappointed that you couldn't create your own bowl with all the types of meats offered on their platter menu.

Came in after a good workout needing some fuel. It was fairly empty because it was early. It was a nice day so we sat outside. Coming in, you see the food on display. Everything is very clean, nice and neat. You can pick your base, protein, veggies and sauces. Good tasting food, the rice and chicken was a bit cold for my liking. Absolutely loved the sriracha tomato hummus. That hummus there is FIRE yuummmm. you can add all the veggies you want and make your bowl super flavorful with your favorites. Good location and fresh food.

I like this place because the food is consistent. It's a great grab and go dinner. Fresh and healthy. I usually get the chicken kabob plate. Lentil soup is my favorite and I'm not even a big fan of lentils. Tried the saffron, pistachio, and rose ice cream today and I was not disappointed. Def recommend.

I absolutely, positively and wholly love this place. I've been coming here since they had a soft opening about 10 weeks ago and I now find myself here 2-4 visits a week! Location: highly visible from biscayne Blvd. There are some parking spaces inside the building and paid street parking. I haven't had an issue parking here so no worries there. Decor: modern, clean and exactly what it's supposed to be for a fast casual restaurant. Service: practically identical to chipotle however they give me personalized service, comments and suggestions everytime. Amazing service and very clean restaurant. The food: portions are spot on. You will not be underserved or overserved. I'm a healthy weight adult male and I never leave hungry or stuffed. Just right. The quality of the choices are A++. And the variety of salads, proteins and toppings are also A++. The price: I would say spot on for the neighborhood, the quality and the food genre. I'm a bit of a cheapskate so I always think everything should be 10% less than what it is so if you want my advice Rice, lower the price 10%. They do offer points/rewards towards future purchases so I have claimed about every 10th meal on them. Pro tip: Here's what I always get. Half super greens & half basmati rice + one scoop carrot tahini + one scoop Greek yogurt sumac + sriracha tomato humus. For protein I either go spicy chicken with falafel or double chicken. Toppings I go carrot, garbanzo, olives, tomatoes and light on the cheese. And topped off with pomegranate vinaigrette. Go, enjoy and don't forget to send me a gift card to here!

Always looking for good Mediterranean food and this place does not disappoint. Ordered in for dinner one night the chicken joojeh platter with pita bread and falafel. The falafel was seasoned well. I just wished there was more of it! The platter was also delicious and had great flavor.

Horrible! I ordering caring for 10 people, they delivered half the quantity of main course, the driver said it wasn't his problem,... $25 delivery charge and $21.50 tip!!!! The manager Octavio refuses to answer the phone or call me back to remedy the issue. I ended up ordering a half hotel pan of grilled chicken from Primos 1717 N Bayshore Dr #250 Miami FL 33132. They weren't even open for business yet but helped me out in a pinch. The worst part is I had to pre pay all of it on Friday, the Managment and staff didn't care about the customer at all. With all of the restaurants desperate to stay afloat right now, spend your hard earned money with establishments who care, management who puts in the effort to allow your experience with them as best as it can be, every body makes mistakes, honest businesses try to make up for their mistakes. This place left me hanging :(

This place is two buildings away from my house. I always had the urge to give it a try since the reviews seem to make it a great choice to eat. They do not have parking, so you have to find street parking, I walked since it is withing walking distance from my house. I have never been here before so, when I got there I took my time going through the menu since I had no clue on what to order. So the gentleman that was helping me, was kind enough to suggest as you move along in placing your order. So you choose your base 1st, I had the brown rice, romaine lettuce, 2nd then you choose your dip or spreads: I had the hummus, spicy babaganoush, 3rd, you choose your protein: Spicy roasted chicken. 4th you choose your toppings as many as you like, Kalamata olives, tomato shredded romaine, crumble feta, cucumbers, onions, red cabbage, shredded carrots, pickled banana peppers, and organic chickpeas. 5th you choose your dressing: sumac sauce. I got my order to go, so not sure if they already charge for the reusable cute bag that has the store name, but they give you that bag to put your food in it. The food was very delicious, fresh, the portions are great too, which I was actually surprised because I got full with my order and I eat a lot. Prices are a little high for my liking, but I understand the food is very fresh and delicious, I would only be able to come once a week, definitely not an everyday thing for me, even though I would love to. Definitely definitely would recommend anyone to check this place out. And as for myself yes I would be coming back for more.

This place never disappoints. I usually build my own bowl and have enough for 2 meals. The falafel is incredible and so is the seasonal vegetable mix. I normally get both in my bowl. Can't go wrong with any of the sauces or spreads either. Also pssst pro tip: there's a code on their website that gives you a discount on your first order if you download their app!
