The Ultimate Guide to the Best Pizzas Around Atlanta

"Rice n’ Pie in Berkeley Lake combines pizza, biryani dishes, sweet treats, and milkshakes on one menu. For pizza connoisseurs, try the 65 Pizza (a take on chicken 65 topped with chicken, paneer, or shrimp sausage,) the tikka masala pie, or the sweet and spicy Chatpata Chat pizza. Spice lovers should opt for the vegetarian masala pizza topped with onions, jalapenos, and banana peppers or the jerk chicken with chicken left to marinate overnight before baking. The pizza is given a kick of heat from Scotch bonnet peppers." - Eater Staff

"Owner-operated Rice and Pie is a hidden gem in a shopping complex off of Peachtree Industrial Road in Duluth. This establishment has operated since 2017, offering unique pizzas like a Chatpata Chat with chaat flavors, a chili pizza with curry leaves, or mobile-only pies like the corn and spinach pizza. The restaurant also offers a small selection of biryani. The owner here quickly offers her friendly personal suggestions for those needing help selecting from the menu. Add a chikoo (or sapote, a type of mamey fruit) shake with milk, honey, and ice cream for a delightful beverage choice, or their Stramba smoothie with strawberry, mango, and bananas." - Nandita Godbole, Eater Staff

No matter what I get here, I know will be hot, made fresh and be delicious... but I was inspired to write this review because I tried their Butter Chicken pizza for the first time yesterday and it was LIFE CHANGING. So delicious! I am going back today and telling all my coworkers and friends. I believe the owner, who is personally there cooking and serving guests...( who may just indeed be magic) takes so much pride in her restaurant. I highly recommend.

I have been here 10+ times and the food has been consistently amazing! I normally never opt for Detroit style pizza but the bold flavorful toppings complement the thick crust. My favorites are the tikka and 65 flavor pizzas, chicken or paneer, can’t go wrong with either. The chicken bites in the appetizers are great, and you get to customize the sauce. You can pair your pizza with some of the sodas that are popular in India, such as Thums Up and Limca. Great service as well, the owner has always been there any time I’ve visited this place, she seems to be hard-working and friendly (I assume the person in the website background image is the owner).

Google
Their food is delicious—the biryani is awesome and the wings are spicy and flavorful. However, the atmosphere leaves much to be desired. The decor is unattractive, and the place feels empty. They need to improve the ambiance to attract more people. We still want to try their pizza next.

Google
This place had been on my list for a while because I love Indian style pizzas. We drove here from midtown Atlanta on a Friday night in traffic and it was so worth it! The flavors on both the 65 and Thai pizzas were incredible. The Thai pizza had a unique combination of spices so you really get that green curry flavor. We had driven all that way so we ate at the restaurant. It was completely empty and very bare bones. It was clear from sitting there a few minutes that they do most of their business through take out and delivery app orders. I wouldn’t necessarily recommend you go eat there but I definitely recommend you give any of their pizzas a try! I’d love to test out more of their menu.

Google
I dont think I can eat pizza anywhere else now! The 65 pizza was amazing...the mago lassi was amazing. Ill be back to try something else...so glad its less than 10min away.

2/17/2023 This place has not changed! Still AMAZING! I wanted to try something new but I just love the Biryani Chicken and the Chili Ginger Pizza! I literally just made it home and I had one taste and I been eating this AMAZING Biryani and pizza with the keys still in my hand. No lie! Lol! I been looking for years for Biryani. Once you have had this dish homemade you can't accept less. So, I saw this on ATL Asian Eats on Facebook go join the group you will love it! And I was around that area so thought I would stop by on my way home. And it's a chill vibe in there definitely hidden. But this place is 110% authentic. I always test out the most common and popular dish and in this case was the Biryani after I tried that I knew that pizza was going to be delicious and it was! I got the Chili Ginger pizza with jalapeños, chicken and sausage. My total was $28.00 not including the tip. That's a very nice price for what I got. I feel like they should charge more. Let me shut up before they do! Lol! Go to Rice n' Pie guys trust me.

Google
Very delicious chicken biryani! I loved that it isn’t oily. I’m Indian but I really hate that most Indian places use a lot of oil in their dishes. Not here! Tasted so fresh and I absolutely loved every single bite! Decent portion size as well. The staff and woman working at the counter who I’m assuming is the owner was very hospitable and really kind as well!

Google
Just had lunch and had the Chicken 65 Pizza with my wife. Awesome! Perfect Indian flavors on a pizza. The young ladies were very nice and it didn't take long to get our freshly made pizzas.

Yelp
We've gone back to half-a-dozen times since my first review. I'll put it to you like this: If I could marry a restaurant, I'd have put a ring on Rice n' Pie a long time ago.
google avatar

Ajit K.

Yelp
Decided to try Rice n' Pie due to good Yelp reviews and really liked the Indian take on pizza. The restaurant itself has good seating and the service was friendly and helped in choosing the right pizza for the customer. Pizza flavors were excellent

Yelp
Pizza here is pretty good. We tried the halal pepperoni pizza. The owner told us their chicken 65 pizza is top seller. But we were feeling pepperoni. Maybe next time :) By the way, the owner said they have halal chicken, goat, pepperoni. Not all meats there is halal. So if you want halal, make sure to ask for halal when you order.

Yelp
Came here for dinner on a Sunday evening, they were fairly empty and we were able to order right away. Based on the location I wouldn't worry too much about a long wait to order ,but everything is made to order so you'll have to wait a bit no matter what With that said, this spot is absolutely worth going out of your way for and worth the wait! I wish they were closer to where I live so I could try more of their menu. They had so many interesting options, I'm glad the really kind woman working the front pointed me in a direction when I said this would likely be my only visit I ended up going for the chili pizza, the spicier version of the chicken 65 and really liked it! The chicken does pack a good bunch that builds as you make your way through it, but the cheese helps to balance it out in a way the traditional dish wouldn't have. They recommended adding onions cilantro and peppers, I personally think I would've liked it better without, but they certainly didn't detract too much. I also got to try some of the butter paneer and tandoori pizzas, both of which were super tasty! We all went for pan pizza and I'd highly recommend doing the same Overall, a fantastic experience that I can't recommend enough whether you're local to Atlanta or just visiting

Yelp
"I want Pizza!" " I want Indian!" Well congrats, you can get both - and they're dang good! To get the basics out of the way: Parking, plentiful Price, reasonable Taste, delicious The pizza is square and full of flavor - it's all great tasting and new and just great to be honest. A small is actually pretty big and filling and I'm a big eater. Their lunch specials are great too. Wonderful staff that's friendly and will help you if you have any choice questions and all in all just a great place. You can't go wrong here really.

Yelp
I watched a video on YouTube about this spot and drove for about an hour to try it. Pleasantly surprised by how good this was. Owner was super nice as well. They were really busy when we visited, because of the Superbowl, and yet she answered all our questions. We had the Garlic pizza with chicken, and the Chilli pizza with shrimp

Yelp
So you will go ahead and preferably order online. Going to the menu there are a lot of eccentric flavors that you can pick from. Yes it's Indian base, but they do have some things that you may find familiar if you're not accustomed to Indian food. When you come in the door, the restaurant is very clean. I was there closer to opening time so they had just begun cooking. Walk in the door and everything was very nice looking and everybody there was very friendly. I decided to go with what I know and rock with the jerk chicken pizza. It had onions and bell peppers and cilantro added onto it as well. There are several flavors that I wasn't privy to but I know what jerk chicken is supposed to be like. And because Indian food naturally has a natural spice about it, It was like a mix between the two. That seem like there was a lot of chicken on the pizza but all the spices and the cilantro overtook the jerk chicken so I really couldn't get a good feel or taste for it unfortunately. Not saying it was bad by any means, it was okay, but the spices had a lot more weight to them than the actual seasoning of the chicken itself. Also tried the 65 wings. I had no idea what that was so when I asked her lady on the phone she had to tell me it was basically a mixture of a lot of different spices. It was kind of spicy had a kick to it, but it was a good and solid kick. They were pretty decent and will have your mouth tingling a little. Overall when I'm in a Duluth area I would try something else from this pizza shop, But I have to warn you that if you don't enjoy the Indian spices you will not enjoy it so just keep that in mind.

Yelp
Stopped by here on our way back home! I love how the pizza is square pieces! We got chicken 65 pizza and butter chicken . The 65 was delish!! The butter chicken was not really sweet as expected. It's a self serve kinda spot, so there isn't much to say about that.

Yelp
What is better than fusion cuisine done right. This spot hits the Indian flavors perfectly, and simply services it in a different medium. We got the chili chicken pizza, paneer tikka bites, and goat biryani. The chili chicken pizza, if the comments haven't spoiled it already, are the star of the show. It's the most hyped dish and a must try. While the chicken itself it done right, we also got the onions, jalapeños, and cilantro. The pizza itself was a bit too doughy for my tastes and I wish they had a flat pizza options. I think that would leave the chicken being the last flavor in your mouth versus the dough. Then the paneer bites. So classic, and amazing. It's simply not enough. So addicting and just has you wanting more. It's the paneer flavor with tikka masala on top. Served hot and piping to you. The goat biryani was a good quantity. It's colored well, and I appreciate all of the food coming out food. I think it was a bit salty for my tastes, but flavors were done right. Perfect spot to try a spin on Indian cuisine. Friendly service and some great food

Yelp
One of the best delivery experiences I've had in Atlanta, Rice n'Pie offers a unique Indian-style pizza experience unlike anything I've had before, and did not disappoint. We ordered on a whim on a recent Saturday night, and were delighted by the results. We each had our own small pizza, which was the perfect size for one with some leftovers- a creamy paneer tikka for her and spicy chili paneer for me. Similar to a deep-pan grandma slice, the crust was deliciously oily but crispy and topped with perfectly seasoned curry sauce, cheese, paneer bits, and for mine, freshly chopped chiles and cilantro- like a traditional Indian curry but, like a dream come true, served on fresh baked pizza dough. Rice n'Pie is a new favorite that will make any future traditional curry order a hard sell.

Yelp
We ordered the top-listed pick for our first taste of Rice n' Pie: 65 Pizza. It did not disappoint! Things you should know: I. PARKING The restaurant is within a plaza and shares a free, public lot with the adjacent businesses. Parking is not hard. II. SERVICE When we ordered the pizza, we were told the wait would be 20 minutes. They were accurate (phew) and there was NO dreaded extended wait in the car. III. QUALITY Delicious! We see why 65 Pizza is the top choice. The pan pizzas here are most closely related to detroit-style pizza. Toppings are not scarce, including the meat portions. Side note ~ they freeze and reheat well if you have leftovers. We're excited to come back and try their other unique options. As for the interior, I couldn't tell you what to expect ~ I didn't run inside. I can only vouch for ordering to-go. IV. CAPACITY Again, I didn't go inside so I couldn't give details.

Yelp
The shrimp 65 pizza was amazing! It had just the right amount of spices. The shrimp were plump and juicy and the veggies on top were well flavored. My favorite thing about the restaurant is the outstanding service. The owner is really sweet and explains the menu thoroughly. She made sure our experience was fantastic. I highly recommend the masala chai.
google avatar

Lauren O.

Yelp
Pizza was delicious. I tried the Indian 65 chicken pizza and wasn't sure what I'd think of it. Pizza had almost a Detroit style crust but a bit thinner. I added onions and bell peppers and it was all delicious. A but if spice too. And all the flavors were great together. I got the small and it was plenty. I only ate half. I ordered the pizza online through their website and it was ready at the time I chose. The person who gave it to me put it in the oven when she saw me arrive (I got there early) and it takes 5 min to cook! She brought it outside to me when it was ready. Outside the store are two picnic tables you can eat at. And indoors it was almost like a nicer cafeteria style looking place.
google avatar

Kristy T.

Yelp
So darn good... a twist on the pie for sure! And if you have questions, don't hesitate to ask them... if you are not used to spicy food ask for it to be done mild. They are happy to oblige!! Ate on it for 3 days! Will be returning!
google avatar

Yelp
Soooooooooooo flavorful! Spice level was not too spicy, but just enough. Brilliant idea. I highly recommend. We ordered delivery. Fusion Pizzas, Indian Pizzas, Veggie Toppings

Julian B.

Yelp
Great fusion of pizza and Indian food. Siri, the delightful co-owner will prepare you a custom pizza, including two halves of different proteins. Add in a tasty mango lassi to complete the experience. I'm looking forward to further explrong the oizza menu (chaat pizza anyone?) and the byrianis (the rice in rice and pie)
google avatar

Sushanth B.

Yelp
Got the special 65 biryani, the food was stale, don't understand how this place has such a rating. Feels like paid reviews. Utter nonsense! I wouldn't even give it a single star, don't waste your money.

Troy B.

Yelp
This spot has been in my work backyard and I've passed by always wondering, "What's up there?" Their location is truly off the beaten path, but if you know you know. Now I know. The owner/operator was very accommodating for my first time ordering. I went with the Thai pizza and was pleased. Being from Chicago where 'Pizza WARS' are a thing, this was a nice departure to a global street food experience.

Sal K.

Yelp
Great service and very tasty pizza. We ordered the Chicken 65 (top) and Chicken tikka (bottom) pizzas. Owner was very sweet and friendly and checked up on us throughout our visit if everything was sorted, tasted well, need of napkins etc. Pizza is made fresh and customizable and we will definitely be back! At the time of our visit only the Pizza was halal. Not sure of the other items. Do be sure to call ahead to confirm
google avatar

Sundy N.

Yelp
I order a chicken biryani, it was a very big portion. The sauce on the side was amazing, right amount of spice. I will def try the pizza next time.

Yelp
Love this place so much. One of our go-to spots to pick up some quick Indian on the go. My wife & I typically split the Chicken 65 & Butter chicken. The portions are very generous and the food is delicious. When I'm feeling extra hungry, I get a chicken 65 pizza on the side for group sharing (highly recommend). Service is great & the staff is friendly as well.

Kavan P.

Yelp
Their Chilli Pizza and Paneer Pizza is Very Good, The staff was good and understanding. I would recommend this restaurant anytime of the day to anyone.

Cela K.

Yelp
Absolutely fantastic food, the manager was conversational and made sure we were happy with the meal. Ambiance is nothing special but very clean, most people order takeout. Will be going many times in the future!

Yelp
**Takeout Review** We were suggested this spot from our neighbors who were curious about Rice n' Pie's fusion of Indian pizza so when we had the chance to check it out we decided to order takeout through Yelp! I guess I should talk about my takeout experience considering COVID-19 is still around. Ordering through Yelp was a breeze, as I already had my information stored. Once the order went through the restaurant will confirm and well then gives you a time to go pick up. I went to a stop before Rice n' Pie, but when I got there they had my pizza all ready to go. Pizzas: I ordered two pizzas: A large butter chicken pizza with bell peppers, onions, and cilantro. Also, a small/normal size of the 65 pizza (with supposedly 65 different spices) with jalapeño, pineapples, and bell peppers. They both were great! Since it's a fusion it does some mind trickery when I ate it. You expect salty flavors, but it's more of a creamy feeling when you eat it. It was a great experience and I would definitely recommend coming here. The crust is pretty hefty, but it was nice because the ingredients of the pizza coated it well. Overall I think Rice n' Pie is a solid pizza spot and we definitely will come and revisit this place. The only thing I have to say about this place is that if you're trying to decide what size to get: Get the large. This is because for $8 more you get a significant amount more than the small. I think this was the regret, but I had no idea what the sizes were as pictures don't really tell you the true picture. The large is worth it. For the uniqueness and a different take on pizza, I would definitely recommend this place to pizza lovers looking for a twist on the normal pepperoni/Italian pizzas.

Che B.

Yelp
This was so unexpectedly good. I had the chick Len bites (52 flavor). Man it was top tier

Sonya F.

Yelp
People...super friendly, helpful, & pleasant Food...muah! Gave me just what I wanted, butter paneer! Ambiance...just right
google avatar

Isabel C.

Yelp
Love it here for real. Recommend getting the pizza with the (85?) chicken So yummy! And quick! Great service and they make sure you have access to everything.

Spencer M.

Yelp
Food is excellent, but the ambiance is a little on the cold side. The boys and my wife are in love with their Sapote Milkshakes. Yum!!
google avatar

Rashmi N.

Yelp
I was craving Indian flavored pizza and found this hidden gem. They have detroit style deep dish pizzas in Indian flavors. I have to mention that their service is exceptionally good. SIRI(manager/owner) is very friendly, she answered all our questions politely and explained all their flavors and toppings to us. We ordered chicken chilli, jerk chicken and chicken tikka pizza. Loaded toppings, soft bread and proper amount of cheese. Liked it. I would definitely recommend this place.
google avatar

Ashu M.

Yelp
We went with friends a few weeks back. Excellent service from a family run business. Pizzas were amazing with Indian, Caribbean and Korean fusion flavors. I wish I could recommend the biryani and the curries as much as the pizzas. If pizzas were 10/10, biryani was a 6 and chicken tikka curry a 7.5. Definitely worth several visits - just stick with pizzas.
google avatar

Kish W.

Yelp
Food was very greasy and I didn't love the flavors. They were packed so I may be alone in my opinion. If you don't like a lot of heat and spice, it's not the place for you.
google avatar

Christopher Z.

Yelp
Nice people Ordered the chicken Tikka pizza and chicken Tikka with rice. The pizza was ruined by what we agreed was "public school cafeteria cheese product." Real mozzarella is only $2.30 @ pound at restaurant depot. The Tikka with rice was the cheapest chicken, bone in. Prepared poorly. Just not worth the price paid. Use better ingredients. Take pride in your recipes. Hard pass.
google avatar

Peggy X.

Yelp
Indian flavors on pizza? Say no more. We ordered a small and a large pizza for takeout for four people, and loved it. We got a 65 pizza w/ sausage for one, and a chicken tikka pizza for the other. My favorite was the 65: the sausage was tangy, spicy, well-seasoned, and just delicious. The chicken tikka was also really good. The slices are pretty thick, so expect to be absolutely stuffed by the end (we had several slices for leftovers). These pies could feed a village.
google avatar

Nicki K.

Yelp
Indian Pizza?? Yes!! I've always done takeout only and this time used UberEats. It was so easy. I love how UberEats lets me track the person bringing me what I ordered. So I've been detoxing and I have been craving carbs. I ordered Paneer Tikka pizza, Veggie Pulav, and strawberry banana smoothie! I got my order at a reasonable time. The pizza is so delicious. I'm the very few who likes a thick pizza. The thin pizza does nothing for me. The veggie pulav is delicious and had lots of flavors. Just thinking about what I ate, I want more! 31/20250
google avatar

Alac W.

Yelp
We got the 65 pizza and the Korean BBQ. So good. Basically pizza bread with the Asian/Indian cuisine toppings. I preferred the 65 Pizza to the Korean bbq, it's their most popular item for a reason.
google avatar

Kinjal S.

Yelp
This is basically my favorite pizza place of all time. I have to pace myself to come here because I am obsessed. I love their paneer chili pizza. Its like Detroit style pizza. I usually get a small and that's enough for one person for two meals. It's the perfect amount of spicy and delicious. I've been here several times and had amazing service each time. They do offer 3 free veggie toppings but I just stick to onions. Maybe jalapeños if I want extra spicy but it's already spicy to begin with. I haven't tried their other food but it looks good!
google avatar

Mansi R.

Yelp
The best Indian fusion pizza I've ever had!! Chicken 65 Pizza: you get to add additional toppings and we got jalapeños, onions, and cilantro. Chicken was flavorful. Masala Veg Pizza: this was amazing. The paneer was cooked and flavored and we added onions, bell peppers, and cilantro. I don't think I've had fusion pizza that was this good before. Boneless chicken biryani: layered rice dish with onions, chicken, spices, plain rice, and saffron rice. This was pretty spicy so I'm glad they recommended we try it before making it spicier. It comes with onions, lime, Raita, and biryani sauce. It's cooked the traditional way and it's one of the best I've had in Atlanta.
google avatar

Vanessa N.

Yelp
I'm always a bit reserved when it comes to Asian fusion food as I had too many misses. But this works, and it works amazingly. From the two pizzas we had, butter chicken pizza and 65 pizza, the 65 stands out in flavor and will definitely be ordered again next time. If you love thin-crust pizzas, you should know that the crust here is on the heavier side, but it isn't your traditional Italian pizza. The thicker pan crust is great with these types of ingredients.
google avatar

Cathy P.

Yelp
I had no idea what to expect here but I was in the mood to try something new. This was definitely it! Indian flavors on a pizza is different but it made the experience not so far fetched. The flavors were awesome and the people working there were very nice.
google avatar

Nishant N.

Yelp
We decided to give this place a try after the friend's recommendation. We ordered Butter Chicken and Chicken 65 pizza with the toppings of onion, bell pepper, jalapeno and olives. Both the pizzas were amazing, delicious and finger licking. I will also try different other pizza flavors and their pizzas are the best. Everyone should definitely give this place a try.

Yelp
I've long wanted to try the pizza at Rice n' Pie and made it up here after a particularly uninspiring Hawks game. I'm not sure if the manager behind the counter we spoke to was Sirisha, but he was very friendly and patient with us as we tried to balance our curiosities and hunger against our fridge space. At the owner's recommendation, we ultimately decided on Chicken 65, Chicken Tikka, and Paneer Tandoori. Like everyone else who's reviewed this place, the pizza was really unique. I liked them all, but probably the Chicken 65 the most because the combination of chiles and cilantro worked exceptionally well. Happy to get all three again, though with the plethora of other options on the menu I'd be anxious to try the other ones as well. The pizza construction itself is essentially a white pan pizza stacked with cheese and toppings, no sauce. I'd be curious to see how it might work with a light layer of corresponding curry to serve as a sauce. Our pizzas themselves were a bit undercooked, probably due to the thick pan pizza crust. The pan crust is great for soaking up all the spices and heat, but maybe stretching it out a bit might help with the undercooked dough. On the other hand, they were absolutely smothered with your choice of meat/paneer, plus 3 other toppings (e.g. cilantro, onions, peppers, banana peppers, etc). I was really impressed by that. Note: The windows to the restaurant are heavily tinted, so if you arrive here at night, it might look like the shop is closed. That's what we first thought (and panicked), but rest assured your trip up to Berkeley Lake was not for naught.

Yelp
Rice N Pie- Oh my! Really delicious pizza is served up here! I've never had indian inspired pizza. Now I can check that off my bucket list. Rice N Pie is located right off of Peachtree Industrial Blvd and North Berkeley. It's in a plaza up on a hill. If you're coming from 141 it will be before the North Berkeley intersection. If you see Valero gas station and Max in a Hurry you went too far. The interior is bright and inviting. Very clean and spacious dining area filled with booths and tables. The Rice N Pie staff is great! The lady at the front counter (maybe owner) is super friendly and helpful. We ordered chicken tikka pizza and shrimp 65 pizza. Definitely get it topped with cilantro, onion, and jalapeño pepper. Perfect combination with the protein. I'm glad I received that recommendation when I placed my order. The pies smelled so divine. We really enjoyed both pizzas! So good! It was unique and the pizza crust was perfect! Nice and chewy. You can even control the spicy level of your pizza. They are also generous with the toppings including the chicken and shrimp which is great. They also have a large case full of good drink options. They offer Thums Up which was one of my fav drinks when I went to India. It's an Indian cola. You couldn't go wrong with any of the drink options there. I can't wait to come back and try their other items including biryani (mixed rice dish). I love biryani. They cook their biryani in their nice pizza oven. Very cool. Definitely check them out. You will be sure to return thanks to the friendly staff and delicious food. You can tell a lot of love goes into their food.

Yelp
I can only review takeout pizza (and some appetizers), but for what we've tried so far, it's 5 star all the way. Ordering for takeout is easy and our orders have always been ready by the time we get there. For the food - I am trying to eat my way through all the pizzas! As another reviewer said, spend the extra $ to get the large; sometimes for just the two of us, my husband and I get one large and one small and have multiple lunches from the leftovers. The chicken 65 pizza is their classic for a reason, you can't go wrong. And I personally love their pizza dough - it is SO fluffy. I hate burnt crispy edges and you'll find none of that here. We also really liked the Chatpata pizza, make sure to put all the extras on it that come with it for the full experience.

Yelp
Chicken 65 pizza and the pepperoni (halal) pizzas were really good. Service was good and the lady in the front was really sweet. Can't wait to go back.

Yelp
Visited with a group of Indian co-workers for lunch. Ordered the lunch special with Paneer Chili Pizza and Mango Lassi. The Chili Pizza was quite spicy for me. But fortunately I got the mango lassi to cool it down. Even my Indians co-workers considered it spicy. Next time I'll get the Tikka Pizza. Food took a long time to be prepared. And we were the only ones there. The slowest was the Biryani, which they say is freshly prepared. First time I've ever had Indian pizza and I'll be coming back, but next time I'll be ordering ahead.

Yelp
Pizza is my favorite dish so I end up eating it at least once a week. Eating that much pizza you start to look for different types to mix things up. When in ATL I came across this place serving pizza with an Indian flare. I tried a few different kinds and they were all great. The pizza was rectangular and what a lot of people call Detroit style. A doughy crust with some crisp and chewy edges. I got the chicken with 65 spices because they said that is a traditional way to cook chicken. It was not too spicy and had a lot of flavor. I also tried the chicken masala and pad Thai pizza. The pad Thai was probably my favorite because I liked the sauce they put on the pizza. It was nice a creamy. Give this place a shot if you don't want your standard peperoni pizza this week. The owners were very nice and you could tell they really cared about what they were making.

Yelp
What a fun new addition to the neighborhood! This restaurant offers a great concept, and they literally serve exactly what they say they do: rice and pie! They offer biryani and pizza. The fusion pizza flavors are so much fun: tikka, 65, butter, chili, Thai, jerk and more! You can add veggies to any pizza with no extra charge, and they offer onions, peppers, pineapples, and jalapenos. I believe the best deal is the 8 edge - it consists of two small pizzas (with the option of different flavors) for $18. Each of the pizzas has 6 slices (at least in the 8 edge order), so they are great for sharing. They also offer smoothies, a mango lassi, and domestic and non-domestic sodas (Thumbs Up, anyone?). On the night our family visited we tried the tikka chicken, 65 chicken (with peppers and onions), and tikka paneer. All were fantastic! My husband and son liked the tikka chicken the best, and I liked the tikka paneer. I would order all three again, but of course, that would be after I try all of the other flavors. I'm particularly interested in the Thai and chili flavors. The spot is somewhat hidden, so be sure you are keeping a good eye out for it. There is ample parking. On the night we visited, plenty of seating was available, but word is spreading fast in the neighborhood. Last time I checked Nextdoor, there were three posts encouraging people to go give it a try!

Yelp
Best biryani place north of Dunwoody. It goes under the radar for the Cumming crowd but beats every other area within a 15-mile radius.
