Yelp
Rice Paper is a Vietnamese restaurant located in the Eden Center, offering various appetizers (such as Ốc Nhồi, Gỏi Cuốn, and Nem Nướng), salads, congee, rice and noodle dishes, hot pot, pho, and even vegetarian options.
My friend and I came here for dinner, and we ordered:
+Gỏi Cuốn - I had mine made without pork or cilantro; this was stuffed very well and rolled tightly, which I liked; the peanut sauce was slightly sweeter, but make sure you eat this with some sriracha
+Hủ Tiếu hoặc Mì Tôm Thịt - I had this 'without soup' and opting out of pork; you can choose between vermicelli or egg noodles, which I went for the latter; I thought they'd stir- or wok-fry this, but it's literally just 'soupless', with a bowl of the pork-based soup served on the side; it came with a hoisin-based thin sauce, that made the dish more sweeter
+Bánh Xèo - crepe filled with shrimp, pork, mung beans, onions, and bean sprouts; this was of a generous portion, and my friend usually orders this dish
Note that they do not serve tap water, so you can only order bottled water, tea, or alcoholic beverages. Not sure if it's a plumbing or a filter issue, but I'd bring my own canteen of water next time. We only noticed, since we were never asked or served any water/beverages... We ended up getting a pot of jasmine tea, which was steeped very well and was strong.
Service was friendly, but we had to flag down the staff several times as they really didn't check in.
The place has a modern vibe to it; I'd recommend in getting a booth seating, as the table in the center are a bit too close together for comfort.
Plenty of parking in the lot.
