The rolls were good, but the service was very disappointing.
We approached a staff member who was sweeping the floor and politely asked if the store was still open. Her response was rude — she said, “We’re actually closed, but these are the only flavors left,” in an unfriendly tone. Despite that, we decided to proceed with our order.
She then slammed the broom down, went behind the counter, and threw the rolls onto the table with visible attitude.
We would have been completely understanding if she had simply said the store was closed, we have no issue with that. But if you’re still willing to sell, basic courtesy and professional behavior should be expected.
the service experience definitely needs improvement. We don’t owe you anything!
