Rick's Cabaret

Rick’s is one of the few places my wife and I hang out on Bourbon St as a local. I typically chill at the exterior front bar and enjoy that I’m able to watch the madness unfold on Bourbon without being in the mix of it. Everyone I’ve met that works here is really nice and friendly. Adriana at the front bar is nice and outgoing and makes you feel welcome and is really good at coming up with creative and tasty drinks to cater to my wacky requests. Last but not least..this is the first (and only) strip club that my dog Lola has been in.

Whent to ricks last weekend was meet by a beautiful young lady named Victoria.she was great and had a very nice body. The conversation and dances were top notch I would definitely go back to see her again

Clean and not too loud. We went as a couple and everyone was friendly and welcoming. Rick's seems to be more focused on quality and customer experience than some other spots I've been to. Definitely recommend

I found this little place on Bourbon Street call Rick‘s place there’s a little bar on front street in front of Rick‘s I went I ran into the bartender adriana This was my second time in I went there about a year ago and the first time I went and sat down and had a beer she was nice and friendly and so helpful her and her friend gave me such good advice on where to go listen to jazz where to eat and enjoy the music scene she was such a joy to talk to and then a couple of months I went back in again for another week and she made the whole trip on Berman Street actually she gave me more places to see more places to go eat and she made it really enjoyable she really had such a sweetheart she makes good drinks and she’s funny and really good at her job should be thankful that they have a person like her who was so nice to a person the amount of town and I will continue to go there so when I go back I will go back and visit her adriana she’s made my trip to New Orleans fantastic and enjoyable if there’s anything I need to know about music where to go to eat and what to do in New Orleans and on Bourbon Street she’s a person I go to I’d recommend this place stop by and say hi to her and have a drink guy

This was my first time here, and it was such a wonderful experience! Adriana, the bartender, provided excellent service, made me feel genuinely welcome, and she truly made some delicious drinks

Stopped in with a group. The hostest was great. She sat us near the stage. As we were waiting on drinks, a dance was dancing near us. The dance walk to the edge of the stay and asked if we were dry. (If we had any money?) As no one in the group was tipping her. We had planned on spending 4 to $600 there, but after the way she treated us after just arriving we closed our tab and left.

Kelsey is the best bartender. First time to New Orleans and she made me feel like I was at home. So easy to talk to and so freaking funny. Thank you Kelsey for making New Orleans awesome!!!!

Nice club layout. Comfortable booths for bottle service. This club offers $50 lap dances, vip and presidential suites. The only downside is that most of the girls had the same body type (very skinny). Small selection of Asian, Arab and black girls.

I met a couple for lunch I've been talking to on Swingers Date Club (SDC) for several months. They live here in NOLA. After great lunch, they suggested we hit a strip club or two as they know some people in a few clubs. I figure they thought their chances of scoring with me went up if I got turned on in a great strip club. They were and both him and his wife got lucky. lol. I found this club to have several fun employees that treated my friends and I really well. Our waitress was excellent as my dates sprang for bottle service. The dancers were ultra sexy and clearly into men and women. The private dances we got were fun and very risqué. Security was good but not so good the dancers felt like they had to strictly toe the lines. We all had a great time in the club and left with a little buzz going. The rest of the evening only got better.

My friends and I went here a few times when we were in NOLA for a bachelor party and it was a fun experience. The drinks are made well and there is a girl dancing for everyone. I would go back if I'm in NOLA again.

I have a Rick's back home I would say it's better there, a pregnant lady was I stage moving all of one leg I'm Disappointed in this club I expect More out if this club

The outside bar was fantastic you were able to watch the traffic go by and the entertainment adriana fun to be around made the whole experience sitting there and having one of their cocktails it's the first spot that I go to when I come to New Orleans I love the atmosphere there and I love the people I especially love being there with Adriana love to talk to an interesting she made the whole evening there enjoyable it was a nice safe environment the people were pleasant and I recommend the outside bar to everyone to go down there and spend time you can watch the entertainment in the musicians and all kinds of activities from their bar there so I always stop in I'll give you I give her a 10 in the bar itself and cheese bake to come in and have a drink and visit and learn about the area and what's playing on the street and where to go and what to do she made it so easy for me to find the music places I can't help her enough guy

Hot girls, good drinks, and 5 star service. Our server Alex was amazing! She really went above and beyond making us feel like VIPs! Make sure you stop by and make it rain on these ladies, tell 'em Kay sent ya!

Sunday 5/18/25 around 8:30 PM This was the first time I've ever been to this kind of establishment and I'm glad it was here! It wasn't crowded and Ruby came over and we made fast friends with her. It was apparently her first shift and she rocked it! She was very personable and funny. I hope it was an enjoyable first shift for her as well. Our server was very nice too (I forgot her name, unfortunately). She was willing to break higher bills for ones (obviously). It is interesting the women's bathroom is upstairs and lacking a neon sign (I think I remember the men's restroom having one downstairs). But, it wasn't a huge deal. There's an ATM up there as well. I can't attest to any drink selections and prices, seeing as I just had Fiji water. As someone else said, there's a nice variety of women for various tastes. I can't say I'll ever be back because I doubt I'll ever be in NOLA ever again, but I enjoyed my time there and would recommend it to anyone who enjoys such places (for what it's worth).

Our server Alex is amazing. She knew everything about bourbon and whiskey we asked her. She gave us wonderful suggestions for food too. We can't say thank you enough Alex 007!

Mr.Perry Williams was the best! Even though I didn't go into Ricks caberet I know the type of service I'm going to get and now it's on my list because of him.

Short version: For my money, the best establishment in the city. Do yourself a favor and find out for yourself. The waitresses are friendly, accommodating, and great company. (Erica and Alex especially). The bartenders are all very skilled on local and mainstream libations (mostly served by Pierce, CK, and Christian, but all were great). The managers I had the opportunity to interact with were all extremely professional and courteous; John rescued a buddy of mine from getting scammed on the street before we ever spent a dime in here, Dustin always made sure we were comfortable, and Ryan (GM) was always on his rounds making sure everything in the establishment was as it should be. In my experience, there is a ton of bad attitude and shadiness in this town. I never got the feeling anyone here was doing anything except ensuring we had the absolute best time possible in a safe environment. And yes, the girls are amazing. Can't say enough good things. Go to Rick's. You won't regret it.

Stopped at the bar and it was amazing!! Marcy is awesome and her drinks are the BEST on Bourbon street. if your on Bourbon stop in for a Long Island you won't regret it!

They only hire girls who are stick skinny or have a fake body I auditioned a few days ago & as soon as I lifted my top for the second song, they had me get down saying I wasn't "physically ready" to work there even though I work at multiple clubs across the USA and know multiple pole tricks

Screw this club. I had high hopes of its history. But I was quickly scolded that u had to " throw money on women, make it rain". Screw that. Woman are entertainers and should be treated more than me throw a tissue, que tip, or tissue in the trash can. Treat these beautiful woman with respect and if the club go to encourage differently. Then I can't get out of there quickly with my one drink and finger in the air. Screw this club. There're entertainers not trash that get thrown on

The bartender with the horrific/ugly bangs was very racist and discriminating against me...made me pay for 2 people's drink that lied and said I was wit them. She was very rude and disrespectful! When I complained to the manager he said there's nothing he can do. Then I continued to complain and asked for an apology and he said he didn't care. Don't ever go here! I'm going to be suing them. He wouldn't give me his name nor his. I have them in video and will be pursuing legal matters

I really liked the spot! It was not too big, but the girls were really friendly and really beautiful! We went during Halloween weekend and it was the A team! Loved it! Shoutouts to Alia, Mia, McKenna and Britt!

The door greeter reminds me of Hitman's agent 47. He was super nice and even let my wife take a photograph with him. The service was great, but the drinks are expectedly a tad pricy given the venue. My wife received a dance and she had a blast with her. All the girls were sweet, and one of them said we were her first tips (she just started). Overall a fun experience, no cover fee, it's clean (including bathrooms), and everyone had a great time.

I came by with my Fiancé try to buy a bottle of DP they didn't have it!!! I ended up getting a bottle of yellow label. The bottle came no glasses no champagne bucket with ice. Horrible the waitress didn't know how to Probably serve the bottle of champagne. I felt so embarrassed for her I told her it's not your fault. You weren't properly trained and you have horrible management.

My husband and I were walking down Bourbon St. and he asked what a Cabaret was, and we decided to go in! The bouncer let us know there is no cover charge but a drink per person minimum. We were seated by Destiny who was our waitress and took care of us all night, she was very attentive and super kind! Thank you Destiny! We were just chilling, especially since it was a a first time experience for me. We were greeted by Jane who asked if she would like to sit down with us, of course I was nervous for the fact I wasn't sure what to expect but she made the whole situation SO COMFORTABLE and SO FUN! Not only is she beautiful but extremely kind. We talked and laughed, we were able to see her dance. Omg, the talent these girls have is INSANE. I told my husband the respect I have for the dancers is incredible. Bottom line is if you'd like to have some fun go to this club! The dancers are great and our girl Jane was AWESOME! She made the whole experience 100% worth it! Thank you!!

I attended Ricks Cabaret two weeks ago and attempted to withdraw $200 from the ATM. The money did not come out of machine and I was charged $200 plus a $10. I spoke to the manager that was working that not and he would not address. I checked my bank account and the money was taken out. I spoke to someone two weeks ago and they said they would look into my matter. I never received a call back and no one is returning my calls. After going online to post I notice others have been over charged or have had problems at this establishment. If you have had problems please text me Tim or call me at 512-585-9803. I am looking to pull a set of facts together to present to an attorney and the state as I want to build a case for a class action suit. It is the only way they will change there business practices.

A little late But before the lockdown Some colleagues entered the establishment. Not only were we unbelievably shocked at how low class and unattractive these ladies were. Some working looked pregnant. It is anything but a cabaret. As advertised. Just junkies. We left after 2 drinks. Never to return. Especially after being approached with "extras" which none of us were interested. Come to find out. An accountant had reached out from my company. With multiple charges on my corporate acct- unauthorized. Astronomical charges. We had to contact fraud dept. things have settled, since this matter, but My advice is Do not have high or decent expectations and pay with cash

The bartender and doorman downstairs were great. But if you're a woman and have to use the bathroom - forget it. We got chewed out by one of the dancers - said we shouldn't be there, couldn't take a selfie with a Chandler, and were disturbing customers. Then got chewed out by a manager she told. So DON'T GO.

Went to the club last weekend and they added $350 tip to my bill without my approval. I have tried to call this establishment every day for the past week to dispute the fraudulent charge and they continuously do not answer the phone. Would not recommend anyone ever stepping into this club. Terrible customer service

I wish I could give a 0 star review. Managers are the worst. Obviously jealous of the girls if they get any attention from other states. Michael (one of the managers) harassed and and SCREAMED in a female customers' face for a small incident that the girls nor other managers thought was a big deal. They say they protect their "employees". What they mean is they stand behind managers screaming in customers' (especially female customers) faces, NOT their girls. Go to penthouse about 100 ft for hotter girls and better management. You will not be disappointed

Great service, environment and entertainment. A bit pricey of course. My group also stopped at scores the same night which was terrible. I definitely recommend Rick's Cabaret.

While there are countless not-so-gentleman's nightclubs just a stone's throw away in any direction, you can't hit up Bourbon Street without a quick - ahem, or four hour - visit with your ol' buddy Rick. We dropped in for happy hour: no cover (including ladies), half-priced drinks, not many kinda empty with not many creepy patrons, and enough second-string girls to keep the male companions entertained. We had an outstanding cocktail server. I really wish I remembered her name because she deserves a shot out. Glasses were filled, she broke countless bills and put up with a lot of our table's BS. Our first round of drinks for six peeps was only $30, so that tells you something about the attractive happy hour prices. I sipped on prosecco and a few delicious whiskey concoctions from the cocktail menu. The guys in our group seemed to have a good time as well. I even bought my buddy his first lap dance ever - with a little persuasion. It's only $20, and the girls will even do half songs if you ask nicely. Now these hangouts aren't my normal kind of thing. I usually end up having a "what's your workout routine?" convo with the girls, but that's a different story. The music was great; I got up for a quick sec to dance before a bouncer headed my way and skurd me. (I guess that's a no-no for clothed girls?) The DJ was accommodating; he played my two of my song requests for just a few bucks tip: Miley's Cyrus "Hands up!" and Katy Perry's "The One That Got Away." Not quite Rick's Cabaret appropriate, but I certainly appreciated it. Down-sides: *Ladies restroom is waaaay upstairs. *Smoking is allowed inside. Yuck. *$10 ATM fee. Redonk! *No pole. Can't we see a girl get her swang on?

Great place to visit if your white. I went on a Tuesday ( our 1st time in New Orleans with two black co-workers) on the the strength of a couple of white dudes, with shitty results. Every last dancer in the place bypassed us, but the bartender came behind the bar to serve us at a table ...I'm nor new to the stripclub world, but this is Bullshit! Black people go as u want

DO NOT GO!!! 100% FUCKING SCAM!!! Went there and got a couple dances from a girls and paid in cash. A few minutes another girl comes up with my credit card and a charge for $3000 even!!! Then I checked my other card 3 days later and had 2 charges for $2150 and another for $750!!! That's over $8K!!!!! I didn't even sign for those. I was in there maybe 2 hours. I admit I was drunk, and not sure how she got it. It was a different girl. I said no and she stood there for literally 20 minutes just staring at me like a dip shit. She WOULD NOT LEAVE!!! How is this possible?? Place is fucked up! DON'T waste your time!!

Stopped in with some colleagues since they had no cover although there is a one drink minimum which is really not that big of a deal since the drinks are not outrageous. Girls were decent but not as good as Penthouse. The layout is rather odd with columns all over the floor so it blocks your view to the stage. Only serious gripe is th cigars are crap and over priced. Otherwise worth stopping into if they are not charging cover.

Excellent venue for parties, or you and your significant other to have fun. Girls are amazing, especially Billie! We loved her! Sexy, sweet, and fun.

Upon walking in, the club was absolutely empty. We sat down just to turn our phones off and was automatically reprimanded for having them out. We are from Miami and have an understanding of strip club etiquete. My friend and i went upstairs to use the restroom and have a quick conversation and they kicked us out. My friend stayed back during the bathroom trip and was asked 3 times to go get money from the atm to tip the strippers. the atm charged her an additional 10$ to take out a 20 dollar bill. after she put the money on the stage for the dancer she came to find us at the bathroom area. A random patron came out and ask her what we were talking about and we said "life" and right after a dancer asked us what he said and then told us we needed to leave immediately from the bathroom area.

My brothers had the best time here with Karma. She's the coolest chick ever. She's stunning, I think I saw God. She smells like Burberry heaven. Chassity is the best waitress I ever had. Very attentive and gorgeous.

Great to go bartender. This place is better than the other on bourbon St. The vodka they are serving is great too. Absolute Elyx. Will come back again.

Drinks are watered down. Bought a round of vodka shots and they barely tasted like vodka almost straight water. Strippers are lazy and rude. Security is EXTREMELY disrespectful, insulting us and threatening to put hands on us. So uncomfortable we left after 5 minutes.

Stayed on Bourbon st for 8 nights. Best strip climb I have found here. Absolutely recommend. Staff was amazing. John the manager made sure we had a great time.

Awesome service, great drinks, amazing ladies, classy interior... My favorite place. I always have a lot of fun here. The amount of exotic and unique women is mind blowing.

Went into this club on 8/18 and honestly was a terrible experience. I travel from California too Missouri constantly, and the clubs in Nevada too Nebraska are awesome. Came too this joint on a busy street at around midnight and could not believe the service. I'm familiar with strip clubs, but it seems like the security guard with the red beard and no hair on his head has a "thing" for the strippers and will refuse too let you have a good time with them. I was talking too 3 of the dancers through the night and couldn't even get that chance to ask for a dance because he would intervene, all 3 times, and continued to ask if I was being a nuisance to them because I wanted to give my hard earned money. Definitely not going back to this place again. Also, they do not hour the hours put online, it's best to consider they close at 2am, as that is when every customer was kicked out rather than 4am as advertised.

Nice strip club but women patrons beware. Although there were almost as many women customers as men, which I think adds a little upscale feel to the place, the women are not treated equally as far as the bathroom facilities. My wife said the ladies room was disgusting, no toilet paper, dirty underwear on the floor and just not clean. On the other hand, the men's room even had an attendant. Other then that, nice place and we had a good time.

Best girls, best experience, nice clean club come here every trip. A lot of the laws in NOLA have changed and the clubs change with them. This one stays clean and delivers the best entertainment IMO.

The dancer were mostly poor quality stages were very small. This does not have the quality of other Ricks locations

ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! tl;dr IF YOU ARE BLACK DON'T GO !! If you are younger than 40 they will assume you are broke which is extremely stupid. If you are an upscale Gentleman, go to penthouse. If you are middle class I would honestly just save up and go for a night there as well. Yesterday I went to Rick's. This is relatively a long story. I'll try to make it quick. Do they have good girls, it depends upon what you like. Most of the girls are white girls in there mid to late 30's with fake boobs. I happen to fancy Asian girls. So I go, ask the door man if there is a particular girl. He says they are upstairs getting ready. I say ok, come in, and when she never arrives I am pissed off but calmly I leave. Yesterday, I went, had a dance with Kim. It was sublime. I got about $200 out of the atm, because that was the maximum that it would allow me to take out. The dance was incredible. But let me clarify a little bit. I am an African American, in my mid 20's. I have a tourist shirt on and black dress pants. I am not particularly ugly, but no Ashton Kutcher either. After the dance with Kim, I was basically in love. Ready, to blow pretty much whatever, because at the time I had the residual income. Earlier in the night, I talked to a patron of another club that I know. He is very well known at all of the clubs. He was teaching me about real estate and the basics of how he obtained his real estate fortune. We were quietly talking leaning against a wall. Before that I was talking with one of the waitresses. One of them was really cute so I just gave her money. Literally, she did nothing and I'm like here is money. I bought 2 blue moons for 10 a piece, and I was honestly just happy they had my favorite beer. Kim was a Vietnamese girl in her early 30s it looked liked. Extremely well groomed and smelled like Heaven. I was ready to get another dance and was basically ready to throw the money out my wallet. I asked her about an older white gentleman in his 40s or 50s who she was talking to earlier because honestly I was jealous. She said that he said he was a Surgeon, but he just, "wanted to see her boobs real quick" and I chuckled to myself. "Yeah right" lmao. Anyway, right after the dance she says she is going to go work the floor, before I even got a chance to tell her that basically she had me hook line and sinker. Feeling rejected I go down and introduce myself to a couple. They were in town for a cancer convention, and having had in interest in medicine myself, I wanted to talk to them. We were laughing and had a good time until a manger comes over and tells me I had to leave. You can't talk to the customers it looks weird. I think to myself, wow, I dropped maybe 100 bucks. There are about 8 girls sitting here doing nothing but playing on their phones. Upstairs in the "dance" area there is no one. I was there for about 3-4 hours and maybe 1-2 people went upstairs. I understood that talking to a customer might kill the vibe. However, this guy was like, "I'm going to ask you to leave, and don't come back" After I was pretty much just giving out money. I even came back apologized and explained that I understand that discretion is an important part of your business. However, he said that there was no argument. I respect his consistency. I can't help but feel I was profiled against. The guy was Russian or something. Deep down, I am soooo glad that happened, because I would have given Kim soooo much money. My goddd man. However, I must say that THEY WILL LIE TO YOU ABOUT WHO IS THERE AND MOST OF THE TIME THE PICKING IS AVERAGE TO OK.

Absolutely took advantage of the "state" I was in and they charged 4 of my credit cards for hundreds and hundreds of dollars. I spent all of the next day reporting fraud to my credit card companies of which I got the charges reversed. Someone there also stole my cell phone of which I was not able to get back. Overall, it was a terrific experience. I'm being incredibly factious. I will never go back there. Agree that it was my mistake for going there in the first place.

Check the name - this is more like a cabaret than strip club. You enter and have large seating section with low rise chairs and candle lit table tops. The room is dark but not dark enough at times because of the stage dancers (no pole folks, just stage). A quarter wall wraps around the main room for the semi-private "no touchie-touchie" dances - 40$ bam! There's a front and back bar, and behind the back bar area, is the back/vip room - minimum $60 for song dance to head back there... The cocktail waitresses are usually right on you for drinks unless it's busy and expect to pay $10 for beers and up. The girls... well... there's some gems in the rough so be patient. Don't bite with the first one that comes your way. The girls here know the game well and I would say they are some of the best at separating men from their money on Bourbon street; but usually you won't feel too guilty about it (depending on how much is left). They'll sit on your lap, sit next to, pet your arm, bring their friends around and stroke that ego till you cave for a dance. There are definitely a few that will pull the "give me $20 to sit with you" move and ask straight up "I'm leaving but will give you my last dance for $30" line but there are others that will actually put in work for the Jacksons.... I got a few 40$ dances and a few worth only $5, but nothing I'd tip over on; but then again, I really didn't pay for them (the casino winnings did). My biggest annoyance with this spot is the cover. $10 any time, no ins-n-outs and no exceptions (well... for the common folk). If you want some hot girls, that took a show today (and still smell good), will make you comfortable and give you either a freakyshow or sensual dance (depending on the girl), then this is a good spot for you. For my money, I'll go to a club with a little more dirrty and p*rn star appeal and spend less for just as hot a girl. Check my other reviews...

Strip club virgin - no more! Four of us chicks and $10 cover fee. Nice. Four of us and we all got lap dances for $20. Very nice. A stripper running after me to try on her stripper lip gloss. Vexed. All old and hopeless men staring at us, wondering if we were lesbians. Amused. Gettin hit in the face w/ titties. Confused. Rick's not too bad - they do try to be high class but fail w/ the folks they hire!!! Some girls are cute, some got no titties, and some are just workin it.....I like the seats here. Comfy and uh, leans back.

Not bad...I was expecting a lot worst. Seeing the types of girls standing outside the doors of all the other strip clubs set my expectations really low for NOLA strip clubs. Being from Vegas, of course I wanted to compare my town's strip clubs to their town's. I just didn't know howz about I was gonna do it. Chicks can't get into a strip club by themselves in Vegas so I assumed the same goes in NOLA. Luckily, I rounded up 3 cool guys (2 teachers and a vice-principle from Pittsburg) and twisted their arms to go in there with me. From the first impression, I thought it was very classy. Tastefully decorated in somewhat of a murder-mystery mansion type decor. IDK how else to describe it. Kinda like the Artisan Hotel in Vegas, if it were a strip club. I noticed there were a high ratio of pretty dancers to ugly ones but it seeems as far as body type, they were all skinny with no curves or anything. Not even somebody you would consider healthy looking. IDK if I were a dude, I'd prefer someone less boney dancing on me. The dancers were all very talented and stage performance was definetly a big part of the show there, unlike Vegas where no one really even pays attention to the stage. This dancer (who dances between NOLA and Vegas) tried to give me her number, and that made those 3 guys I was with pretty jealous.
