Food is amazing! Great service and clean! Be careful of double tipping Would have given 5 star but they helped us tip 15% already even though the receipt said “auto tip after 3 ppl” … there was only two of us.

The food was amazing! Everything came out hot and perfect. My family tried almost everything off the menu. Definitely felt like I was back home in Dominican Republic! Joseline was a tremendous waitress as well!

Service is kind of how you'd want it. Scarce. But homeboy is the only cat working EVERYTHING. FOOD IS BEST I'VE (sorrynotsorry) wasn't yelling but I will about the chicken quesadilla with the mayo/ketchup. Beer is cold. Cool joint and for this reviewer the music was a bit loud and the 1 guy here is doing all orders, have seen 3 pickups been here about 45 minutes. Would/will return👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿🤩

I had a great experience at Rico Chimi! I ordered a beef chimi (no onions), and it was absolutely delicious, juicy, flavorful, and perfectly grilled. They also have other chimi options, like chicken and more, so there’s something for everyone. On the side, I got a small order of sweet plantains (maduros), which were cooked just right… soft, sweet, and caramelized. To wash it all down, I enjoyed a cold Presidente beer, while my guest had a fountain drink that he really liked. The service was smooth and friendly, our waitress took our order shortly after we sat ourselves. On top of the great food, the music and atmosphere made the experience even better. No complaints, definitely a spot worth visiting! Highly recommend if you’re craving a chimi, plus they’re open late night!

Traditional Dominican Chimichurri burger lends its name to this small chain of just several locations in NYC. Sandwiches (chimis) are so rich flavor that they call themselves “Rico Chimi”. Obvious. Place on Myrtle Ave is surprisingly much better looking inside that outside. Its bright, plenty of air, lots of wood panels. Feels like family place to me. There are 7 tables inside with some outdoor seating. Though nearby subway makes so much noise that seating outside is only for hearing-challenged people. Menu is varied - lots of drinks including natural juices, lots of Dominican and Spanish-influenced dishes such as quesadillas, patacones, fritura , picao, emoanadas, monfongos, yaroas, burritos and even gyros! Every dish comes in variety of options, I counted about 15 variants only for fritura. I chose myself traditional chicken chimi and I wasn’t disappointed. Pieces of chicken, lots of vegetables (always a good idea) and juicy cabbage. I really enjoyed. And its comes in a size enough to satisfy a hungry man. So don’t skip this place over. Come and enjoy.

This place blasts loud music every single weekend late into the night with no respect for their neighbors. I have a two and five year old and the noise disturbs their sleep. This is especially an issue Sunday night, when my daughter has to be at school in the morning. I have attempted to talk to their employees several times they told me there’s nothing they could do so I’m hoping this reaches the owner. For the sake of the neighborhood that patronizes your business, turn down the music!!!!!
