Ride Megève - Location de ski et VTT - 74

The ski shop at Lecrin Blanc in Courchevel is hands down the best in the world. I have never experienced service like this anywhere else. From the moment I walked in, Fabian, the team treated me like I was their most important guest. After a long day on the slopes, they even helped me remove my ski boots, which felt like pure luxury. They carefully took my skis and stored everything in a secure private locker that warms up your boots and even your helmet for the next day. Putting on warm boots in the morning is a game changer. I have never been so well treated in my life. Every detail was handled with such care and attention that I truly felt special. This is not just a ski shop, it is a five star experience from start to finish. If you are skiing in Courchevel, this is the place to go.

After the rental at the return time we were asked to pay the locker. The clerk on the phone told us that locker is free if you rent there the skiset. The justification of this addtional fee was that we received a discount because we rent through our hotel, for this reason they apply this cost. This is unfair and unacceptable, especially if they don't tell you when they propose you the locker (but you expect that is free). This is not a correct way to manage a customer. Another thing: we decided to buy at the shop also the skipass, the dates were wrong (not matching with rental dates) and we were obliged to go to skipass office and loose 20 minutes to change dates.

I had an amazing experience renting bikes here in Megève! The staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to help us choose the right bikes for our routes. The equipment was top quality – the bikes were in excellent condition, comfortable, and perfectly maintained. They also gave us great tips on the best trails and scenic rides around the area, which made our day unforgettable. Super recommended!

Went to see Richard at Ride Megeve with a broken ski boot. Richard was able to advise me on where to go to try and get it fixed (another unaffiliated store in town). Subsequently went back to the Ride team and Richard to buy new helmets and goggles - great service, expertise and knowledge again from Richard who's focus was on getting the right fit and size rather than flogging what he had! Great customer service and experience. Highly recommended 1st class service
