"I was enlisted to serve as the personal chef at Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s Rideau Cottage residence, a role that has me preparing breakfast, lunch, and dinner for him and his family; I won’t divulge how Trudeau takes his eggs or coffee, but I can confirm my Cambodian heritage has found its way into the dishes I bring to the Trudeau dinner table.
