Yelp
This spot used to be amazing, and one of the very few you could experience authentic Honduran food. I've been coming here with my family since they first opened, and brought many friends here to introduce them to Honduran cuisine. It's had a good run, but I believe the Pandemic and changing ownership has really hurt the place. I had family in town and we brought a big group here for lunch yesterday. When we arrived it was half full but there were one or two groups waiting at the door to be seated. They took a while to seat us, and about 10 min later handed us menus. They handed half our party a different menu (we don't know why, one was an ala cart type menu and the other one had much fewer choices and geared more towards large groups). After some confusion, we all placed our order. An hour later, now the lunch rush gone, we still didn't get our food. Another hour passed and our food finally arrived, except for two ppl whose orders were forgotten.
Yes, WE WAITED TWO HOURS + for our meal. When they finally came it was clear that the kitchen had opted to skip those two previously because they were out of some ingredients. I ordered a Baleada, it was MISSING 3 INGREDIENTS, no eggs, no beans, no cheese, but instead of telling me they couldn't fulfill the order they just made it with what they had and served it that way. We also had to remind them countless times for drink refills.
I'm extremely dissatisfied, and it pains me to give them only one star, I've brought so many people here over the years and my fam used to love the place, but they are apparently also under new ownership and that may be why they have terrible service now.
They chose to half ass our orders, were clearly severely understaffed, but charged us full price for everything even if it wasn't made correctly. That's a terrible thing to do to any customer. They don't care anymore.
TLDR
Don't bother unless you want to wait HOURS for your food that may or may not have all the ingredients.
