I had a great time for lunch here. The £14 lunch deal was great- a big bowl of shrimp soup and a nice plate of beef and potato curry with rice with a piece plantain and a boiled egg, as well as a drink. The food was all absolutely delicious and the portions are more than enough. The seating is a little small, but honestly that didn’t bother me at all. I’d love to come again when I’m in the area.

I went on Sunday and the service was atrocious. I placed my order and, just three minutes later, asked to change it, but was told it was “too late,” which felt unreasonable. The food then arrived after a 40-minute wait. To make matters worse, the food itself was nothing extraordinary — the encebollado was missing basic essentials like fried plantain. The waitress who served me was unhelpful and made no effort to improve the situation. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I won’t be coming back again.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but the service at this restaurant was truly disappointing. The staff were inattentive from the moment we arrived—slow, distracted, and more focused on their phones and personal conversations than on the customers. What shocked us most was that, after our food had already started to arrive, we were asked to change tables just to accommodate a larger group. It felt unprofessional and disrespectful. On top of that, we had an issue during our visit, and not a single person offered an apology or even acknowledged it. Overall, the service was careless and poorly managed. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience.

We didn't like a plate from the restaurant and asked for the bill. The lady told us they cannot take that item off the bill because we told her at the end of the meal. This has never happened to me. Poor customer service, will not go back.

This is one of my favourite South American restaurants near Elephant and Castle. 🤩 My favourite menu is mixed seafood in coconut cream. The portions were generous, which is why my bf and I loved it. Moreover, the food were cooked very properly and with all rich flavours and sauces. Sooo good! We went there twice so far and funny thing is that we kept ordering the same food; mixed seafood in coconut cream for me and Ceviche for my bf. 😋 The pictures show 4 different food because first time we were there somehow instead of getting mixed seafood, I got prawn in coconut cream. But it’s ok because it was also good! Very recommended! Oh, one very important thing to inform is this place accepts card payments! 👍🏻

Good no-frills Ecuadorian Restaurant with tasty food in huge portions. I had a "Seco de Chivo" (goat stew) which I liked and for GBP 10 it was worth every pence.
