Lunch/dinner today was Rio Mambo Colleyville! The service we received was top notch. We were welcomed by Jackie. Our waitress Naydalin was so attentive. Great hospitality and nice young lady. The food was always phenomenal. The executive chef, Dustin visited our table. He wanted to ensure our meals were to our satisfaction. This location is always calm and welcoming. Atmosphere both inside and out were very relaxing. We enjoyed our meals! Amazing service!!

I used to love this place but the location has gone down hill a bit. My sister and I ordered fajitas and they were beyond skimpy with peppers, said it didn’t come with cheese so of course we had to order that. (Skimpy portion for the price) we’ve had the same waitress in the past and she never came to check on us. We finished our meal before she came by again. Just very short while ordering and overall just not a fan anymore.

1035pm on a Friday night. I stop by after work for a quick cocktail and some chips and salsa to go. I enter to a brightly lit dining and bar area. No one at the hostess stand. I proceed to the bar, I ask "have you already closed?" The bartender looks for her phone / watch to say yes or no - the Chef comes around the corner and says "yes we are". REALLY ? Please update your closing time on your website so it's reflected correctly instead of the 11pm posted. That way, I and my friends can plan to just go somewhere else to begin with. Oh, and the poor folks that were served food and were finishing eating felt like they had to hurry and leave because they too were THINKING THEY HAD ANOTHER 15 - 20 MINUTES .... By the way, I and my family have been a patron of this establishment for 20 years and this is how you're going to start working. Close when you feel like it - when you still have patrons in the building, couples in the parking lot that left because they were told it was closed already and the bright lights came on and then myself with a friend arriving to have a beverage after the night we had. So glad my store didn't close down early - because our guest deserve great service from open to close, every day. As they should. Signed, Pissed of customer.

We came in for an early dinner last night. Our waitress was Daniella, she was super sweet and very attentive to us. She kindly answered a few questions I had (trying to decide between all the options that sounded so good!) We had great margaritas and started with the queso blanco. My husband had shrimp enchiladas and I had the tacos Rolando. Both of our meals were delicious! Thank you Daniella for making our evening so enjoyable!

We love this place! We were visiting from North Carolina so we ordered the sopapillas and they were amazing! And of course the frozen margarita was delicious as well. Highly recommend!

I set up a 60th birthday party with Marco for about 25 people and it was fabulous! He assisted in setting it up exactly how we wanted it and even helped us decorate! The food was great as always! The servers Liz and Lorena were the best and were there for all of our parties needs. Thanks Rio and staff for a fabulous time!

I really like this place. Went for brunch on a Sunday, and the service was great. I was excited about the fresh blueberry pancakes. - the accidently under cooked them but remade and was delicious. Those and the mimosa were a hit with me. I'll be back.

Yelp
This was my first time at this rio mambo, I have tried another spot previously. We split the appetizer platter which was delicious as you can try the nachos, quesadillas and chicken Laura's, all great. Then we split the taco plate we asked for hard tacos and did beef it was really good, served with rice and beans. We sat at the bar and our service was good. My hubby had the margaritas flight I had a mambellini all the flavors were delicious. It was quiet the day we went but it's big in the inside and has modern decor. I'd definitely come back

Yelp
Attended hh on on April 1, 2025, which was a Tuesday. I'd previously checked the company website and they were offering the Tuesday night family meal deal that they have offered for several years. Upon arriving, I was told that menu no longer existed. Also Tuesday Thursday is gone. No current weekly specials. Additionally happy hour menu changed. They have a short and condensed menu offering no meal entrées. Just a few simple appetizers. The service was OK however it appears that the service at the bar is secondary and based on the fact that many people walked in and when they learned there was no Tuesday night meal deal anymore they left. The one shining light is the margarita prices are fair and they are good. Additionally, you can get a shot of well tequila for five bucks at happy hour. If you sit at the bar, be careful when I was sitting at the bar at the top of my barstool broke from the bottom and the chair fell back, luckily employing cat like reflexes I was able to grab the bar and put my feet on the bar rail and not fall back and smash my head. I will not be returning to this restaurant only because of the lack of what appears to be control of the menus based upon statements made by the manager. Additionally, the location isn't the best traffic wise and of course I don't need help falling off a barstool.

Yelp
My go to for when I want something that I know I won't be let down. The margarita flights are Sunday staple for me. Their tacos and nachos are completely top notch. I always enjoy Rio no matter the location

Yelp
We have tried this place for a couple of times and love the food and service is great. The managers came by to ckeck on all the tables, making sure things are going well. The patio is nice and spacious, perfect for brunch and happy hours when the weather is nice. They also offer a great week day happy hour with drink and food specials.

Yelp
Sold Tex Mex. We've come here and always had a good meal and service. Patio is really nice and worth checking out!

Yelp
First this place was clean I will give them that . Now for the food . Salsa had no flavor and the chips had no salt in them , plus seems like the2 times they brought us chips it was like the bottom of the bag. Getting more salsa was like pulling teeth . We all asked fur more salsa when they brought our food and the manager brought 1 bowl for 4 of us and we all know how small the bowls are . I asked for more salsa and the manager looked upset but eventually brought 1 more small bowl . Now for the food .. the plates were hot but the food was Luke warm . Honestly I won't go back to that location . Step it up people !! We pay way to much for the food that is served .

Yelp
Had lunch today at Rio Mambo in Colleyville. We have been going there for years and was one of our go-to spots for guests. Not any more. I'm not sure what has happened but the change has been drastic. First, the building itself is showing signs of neglect. One side of the monogram on the door was missing, the interior felt unkept and lacked the usual sparkling clean we had become used to. Okay, I thought, with everything that going on, trouble getting employees and all, they are just struggling a little bit. It's more than that. The service is reduced as well. I saw 2 servers and one bus-man working the whole restaurant. Needless to say, that impacted the service. Not their fault, people can only do so much. Next, the menu is greatly reduced. They no longer carry the signature steak options and several other dishes. The multi-page menu is now printed on one long sheet. The food itself was bland and blah. The salsa was super mild, the food was the same. This is Tex-Mex, people. Put some jalapeno in there. I've had more authentic Tex-Mex on Long Island, NY. So, sadly, we will not be going back. There are tons of good places, both mom & pop and local chains, in DFW that offer much better options and taste. If you have guests and want to offer them some Tex-Mex, that them to Chuy's, Abuelo's, Blue Goose, Mezcales, Joe T Garcias, Uncle Julios, Molcajetes - basically, anywhere but here.

Yelp
Not my favorite restaurant. I avoid it unless friends decide to gather there. The service isn't great. We sat outside, and there was virtually no one else there. It wasn't busy, yet the server was very slow and often MIA. When we were seated there were no place setups. I asked for them on three separate occasions and each time the server returned empty handed. No excuse for that. The food and drinks arrived quickly enough. We ordered happy hour "Attitude Adjustment" frozen margaritas and they are always fun. We also ordered a "Frozen Beach", which is a mango, strawberry, pineapple and lime juice frozen margarita. Looks as good as it tasted. Along with drinks, we ordered beef fajita nachos. The nachos are bland, but the meat was tender. Overall, their food seems to always disappoint me. The food is the main reason I don't frequent this restaurant. If I want Mexican food, there's plenty of more flavorful choices in the immediate area. The inside seating is slightly modern, always fairly chilly, and somewhat noisy. In fairness, we haven't been seated inside for a very long time. We go to Rio for the outside patio, which has ample fans and also heaters. Most of the outside seating is covered, though there's uncovered sections of the patio. The proximity of the highway to the patio does introduce a lot of road noise, so peaceful isn't a word I'd use to describe the outdoor dining experience. Overall, I don't prefer this restaurant. But, their drinks are pretty good and happy hour pricing is a good value. If I want good Mexican food I'll go elsewhere.

Yelp
Some restaurants just seem to go on forever. Rio Mambo is one of those restaurants. It is a staple. Not many restaurants that size survived the pandemic from a few years back but these guys did more than survive. It's like being on vacation when you dine here.

Yelp
Just the typical chain Tex-Mex restaurant. The service was decent, giving the benefit of the doubt since they were having to work on Father's Day. Mediocre margarita that could've been cheaper. And the Rosie's shrimp were solid, but way overpriced.

Gary H.

Yelp
I had not been to Rio in a couple years, I took my adult children and grandchildren there last night. Service was good but food and drinks were not. Not one person finished their meal, and everyone said it is ok. The margaritas were sweeter than straight sugar. I would not recommend this restaurant.

Lisa R.

Yelp
There's a reason the parking lot is empty. Service has dropped below average, and the quality of brunch has noticeably declined since my last visit. Disappointing experience overall. I'll choose more wisely next time.

Yelp
There's not enough descriptive words to do Rio Mambo justice! Talk about flavorful, delicious and affordable. Our server was super sweet but only spoke a little bit of English so our drinks didn't quite turn out the way it should've but her kindness overshadowed. Ambience was nice, authentic and modern at the same time. Not too noisy although it was pretty packed and I barely found a parking spot. To be fair though, Rio is located in a strip of restaurants so unless you go at an off time I'll have the same issue.

Yelp
I am actually very surprised I have not ever been here having been a resident of Grapevine/Colleyville for quite some time. It was really delicious! We came during lunch on a Tuesday and the atmosphere was that of a typical Tex Mex restaurant. Everything was clean and orderly and smelled amazing. As for the service, it was exceptional. We were a table of 3 that had many food allergies and our waitress was very patient, accommodating and we all received our orders as requested. I had the fajita beef tacos on corn tortillas and no onion - it was so good I forgot to take a picture and had to take one of my daughters instead. Hands down one of the most filling and tasty taco plates I've gotten from the Tex mex restaurants around town. Salsa was fresh, chips were crispy, I don't think you can ask for much more!

Yelp
So let's get the good out of the way first. Great set up and ambiance to this place. Went on a Saturday night and wasn't too busy to the point where I was curious how good the food would be (no real line or delay at 6:30 even with a huge group taking up 1/2 the restaurant in the back). The drinks were really good. I had the Cadillac margarita and it was one of the bigger and better ones I've ever had. With that, the good is done. For the rest of what we had, I'd strongly recommend Taco Bell or any fast food place over what this place serves. 1) Chips and salsa/guacamole - who stole the flavor? No depth, or nuance of flavor and the salsa was chunky and almost ketchupy in consistency. Not worth it at all. The spicier option also had no depth just pure burn. 2) the fajitas - chicken fajitas should have seasoning. They should have flavor. Most come with cheese and sour cream with the pico. They generally have cooked onions and cooked peppers. This option has none of that. Large chunks of chicken (were they too lazy in the kitchen to cut properly?) with absolutely no seasoning. You could drop the badly cooked chicken on the floor and pick up with more flavor than it was sent from the kitchen. Also, who in their right mind adds unseasoned potato (greasy and lump at that) to a fajita? Oh and it would help if you brought out the tortillas timely or actually had at least 3 in the serving rather than making people ask for tortillas in the first place or a full serving. Oh and we had the sopadilla for desert. I have to say, under seasoning seems a thing here as they under did the sugar and cinnamon topping all while under frying and leaving partially raw the dough. I have to say for Tex Mex style, this is several orders below something you bc old get at Taco Bell or its equivalent. Unless you are going solely for drinks (the reason I gave a 2 star), I'd suggest you avoid this train wreck of a restaurant where the cook clearly has no idea how to properly season or prepare food.

Yelp
Brittany was amazing. Great food great service. Will definitely be coming back. I like the chill atmosphere.

Yelp
Celebrated my birthday here. Exceptional service and great food! We were all very happy with our selections.

Susan H.

Yelp
We arrived at 5:50 and saw the Happy Hour menu. By the time the server came to our table, it was 6p and said "Oh sorry, too late for Happy Hour and charged us the full amount. Most reputable restaurants would have honored the Happy Hour price. Not to mention, the Tex Mex was average and the service overall was mediocre. There are much better Tex Mex restaurants in the area
google avatar

Kirtna C.

Yelp
The service and ambiance were great! Our waitress was very attentive and the staff was excellent. The food was good but not over the top! I ordered the cheese and onion enchiladas, and my friend ordered their ceviche. It is definitely a place to go to for a chill girl's night or to spend time with your family.

Yelp
For years this was the Mexican restaurant every one could agree on. In recent months it has been off. The food is not consistently good and the presentation appears as if it came from a buffet. Have recently learned there has been a change of ownership. Why buy a successful business only to change it?
google avatar

Rusty K.

Yelp
A nice restaurant to visit, a bit on the expensive side as most everything starts at $16.95 or more. Drinks here are always good, the chips and salsa complement each other well, the chipotle chicken quesadillas were very good but lacking any cheese inside them. The table side guacamole is also very good here and of course you can tell them what it is you like in it. Service is on top of things and they will pick up your plate as soon as you finish. Ambiance is busy, with a lot of staff.

Amaya F.

Yelp
Alvaro is amazing! His service was immaculate and he was so knowledgeable of everything on the menu. He had the best recommendations and they tasted amazing.

Stephen S.

Yelp
Rushed bad vibe. Over priced...4 bucks for a coke....then the ultimate insult of the electronic payment pad while the waitress hangs over you !!

Ally C.

Yelp
The food was horrible and not even close to authentic nor even editable. I just had to leave instead of asking for a refund. So disappointed!

Yelp
Fantastic food and service. Had the Elroy special which was Ribeye and Bacon wrapped shrimp. Amazing and enough food for three days!

Martin C.

Yelp
We had a bad Wednesday night going into Rio Mambo's. We started at Mi Cocina in Southlake. About 10 minutes after ordering, we were informed that they didn't have the ribeye steak I had ordered. They offered whatever I wanted on the house, but I had my heart set on ribeye. We picked up and went to Rio Mambos for their ribeye. By the time we were seated and had ordered our iced teas, the urge for steak had passed. I quickly settled on tamales and a bowl of charro beans. Their tamales are some of the best of any restaurant in the metroplex. I don't love their chili con carne. The chili powder in the chili con carne is a little raw tasting to me, but the tamales are highly recommended. My wife was undecided. Our server, Jaydee, was very patient. She went over several menu options for my wife to consider. When my wife settled on a side salad with added avacados she was stumped for what dressing she wanted. Jaydee brought out our order complete with 3 or 4 small samples for my wife to try. The winner was cilantro honey dressing. Who knew? My wife normally doesn't eat cilantro. Jaydee did a spectacular job. Tea glasses stayed full of ICED tea. Ice is very important and this young lady understood what we wanted. Excellent ending to a night that had a rough start. Thanks Jaydee.

Yelp
Really great food for the price. Have since returned and everyone in my party has enjoyed the kind staff and speedy service.

Yelp
Rio mambo is our favorite! Try the attitude adjustment and brisket nachos, beef fajitas etc. I've only been slightly disappointed once but I think it was miscommunication regarding my order. It was still good but not like I expected. We visited here at least twice a month. Management and staff stay consistent which speaks volumes. Ambiance family friendly not necessarily a good date spot.

Yelp
Great service and food. Called ahead and had a group of 40+ and they accommodated us perfectly with multiple staff attending to everyone seated.

Yelp
It is always good experience at Rio Mambo, food and service are great ! This last time the general manage was our server and she was great!

Yelp
Good food and service. Pleasant patio. Gio was our server and was amazing. He made us feel very comfortable and was sure to check on us after our food was served. Thumbs up for the food and server!

Yelp
Hubby and I had an early afternoon dinner! Wow it was fantastic! The food was the best we've had in a while! We shared the Plato Campeon (For Two). The beef was tender. Shrimp and pork was delightful! We had the Martinez Martini and enjoyed it as well.

Yelp
I was hunting for Mambo Seafood in the DFW area. I tried the one in Houston and I was craving their combo rice. I found Rio Mano instead. They did not disappoint. Our food was hot albeit a little slower on the service side it was still tasty and hot. If it were so far from where I typically stay while in the DFW area I would frequent them more often. It's a great place for seafood considering their prices.

Yelp
I came here years ago for brunch and completely forgot it. In the last month I have been here twice, once for dinner and again for brunch, and the result is... forgettable. I'm sorry to say it. They have a beautiful patio, and the service is decent, but the food is JUST ok. And at this price point, doesn't encourage you to come back. We came for dinner for my friends birthday. It is centrally located and could fit a group. The white queso was super bland. The shrimp tacos were PIECES of shrimp, which I think is sketch. The nachos came back with rave reviews, the grilled chicken with veggies less so. All in all, everything seemed under seasoned. They seemed well staffed as there were lots of employees, some of them just standing around at the hostess table, but there were mixups and some confusion and I think more training needs to be done. I came again for brunch. Again, a bunch of people crowded around the hostess station, and I was sat on the patio right away, and kind of forgotten. It was one of those days where it was actually cool and comfortable to sit on the patio, but it was only occupied by our table and another man who seemed to be working on his computer. I ordered the migas and a margarita. I don't get the reviews about the margaritas, my experience has been mediocre. The migas, had never experienced seasoning. They were SO bland. The potatoes that came with them were flavorful but had no texture whatsoever and just dripped in grease. By the time the waiter came back around to see how things were, and I could ask for salt and pepper, the eggs were cold. Can we please get back to a place where we have salt and pepper on a table?! Once seasoned, it wasn't bad. Minus the weeping potatoes. But there is a reason I forgot this place. It never seems busy, but has a lot of potential. But until you can get someone in the kitchen who isn't sending out bland food, I'll pass.

Yelp
Been a few times and enjoy this spot. Good patio, gets busy on weekends. I had shrimp quesadilla which was very good but the true highlight was the jalapeño margarita. Awesome flavor and a good kick. The Mrs had beef nachos which she said were just so-so, she will get something different next time. Go enjoy the patio!

Yelp
Loved this salmon option! I went in on Friday night and our waitress Katrina was really attentive even though it was rush hour. I love that this location is so too kept and the food came out super fast as well without sacrificing quality or taste. Skipped the desert tonight but the churros looked enticing enough to make me come back another night. I will order the sauce on the side next time, it was a little too heavy. Loved the veggies what a delicious meal!
google avatar

Amanda G.

Yelp
Always one of my favorite when we come into town!! I typically order the same thing every time! The sauce is the same every time!! Most Mexican a fry their chili relleneo but this place grills it and stuffs it with your choice of meat. I picked the brisket and veggie combo and the meat was so tender. If I was on my death bed and had 1, it would be this one hands down!!
google avatar

Farheen I.

Yelp
We came here for a work lunch because la hacienda was closed. Service was super attentive and the restaurant is huge, and can accommodate large groups. The chips and salsa, and guacamole was good but that was it. I got a plate where you can try the taco, tamale, and enchilada. My food was inedible, the flavors were so off that it couldn't even be considered Tex Mex or Mexican. I honestly can't believe how bad it was, and am surprised they are able to survive in the DFW area. They need new cooks immediately.

Ari D.

Yelp
The service is pretty good. The food is very tasty! The prices are very reasonable. I really enjoyed it!

Yelp
I am sad to have to write this review. I noticed there are no recent reviews on this page so possibly people are not offering their opinion as I am going to do. Rio Mambo was my wife's favorite restaurant every since it opened. We joked that if we could get her to eat at any other restaurant she would have to be unconscious to go there. A few months ago we stopped in for what used to be the absolutely best nachos on the planet. We ALWAYS sit on the patio regardless of weather. (my wife's demand). Right away the chips and salsa were delivered by a very cheerful lady. Soon there was water and someone to take our drink orders. We then reached for chips and noticed the usually thin chips had been replaced by thick chips so we thought there was some mistake. When we asked the waiter his reply was "we stopped using the thin chips". Needless to say we only nibbled on 1 or 2 chips especially once we tasted the salsa. My wife and I cannot tolerate really spicy salsa. We would almost drink the amazing salsa at Rio's however this time it was extremely spicy. Too hot for out liking. When the Nachos came the chicken was not fresh and delicious as it usually had been. This chicken looked dried and warmed over. It also tasted very old, dried and nothing like what we were used to. Again we nibbled and concluded "hey they just had a bad day". We paid our bill and left. We decided to try Rio again after a few weeks. This time the service was quite a bit slower. We noticed less wait staff and it took forever to get those chips that again were disappointing to see. Thick vs Thin!! Rather than order a meal or nachos this time we decided on the sampler plate. Wow what a disappointment. We paid our check and gave them a 4 month break to get their act together. Today we returned looking forward to those legendary nachos. The gentleman who greeted us informed us we could not sit on the patio. He said they had lost the remote for the sun shields. My wife decided we needed to go elsewhere however I convinced her we should eat in the bar where it is quiet and enjoy the food. Reluctantly she agreed and we went to the bar. The time of day was 1:30. We noticed there were very few people in the restaurant where it is usually crowded. We seated ourselves and waited 22 minutes for a server. The only server was the bartender who was buried with the 6 people at the bar. I looked around the restaurant and saw very few employees. Strangely now there were people being seated on the patio. Needless to say my wife was boiling mad. The bartender tried to get someone to bring us chips and salsa and the gentleman finally arrived after more waiting. Still no drink orders had been taken. After about 7 minutes the bartender came over, apologized and took our drink order. Since we had waited so long we decided to go ahead and turn in our food order also rather than risk another wait. The bartender was running himself ragged trying to handle everything with no help. When the food came my wife took a look at it and stated. "I don't know what this is but it is definitely not cheese and onion enchiladas". She dug around in the serving, tried a bite and said it was horrible. My chicken with Verde was good. Not great but good. The chips were now the thin chips of old and tasted great. The salsa was still that super hot concoction that was not the salsa of old. The bartender did everything he possibly could to serve our meal and follow up but he was just overwhelmed without help. When asked if everything was ok we explained that our comments were not aimed at him. We advised him we realized some things were out of his control. We explained the history of declining quality. Sadly he felt bad but was helpless to fix something that started going bad long before he began employment. Once we walked out my wife stated. "I am very sad that my favorite restaurant is no more. We won't be back". I know the chain formerly Texas owned is owned by California people. Possibly that is the problem. Or possibly the "Corporate" decisions are destroying what used to be a great restaurant. I predict that Rio Mambo will join the list of many formerly great restaurants that are only a distant memory. That really makes me sad.

Yelp
My friends and I had lunch on the amazing patio today and our server was Alvaro! He was amazing! Great service and very personable! We will be back to see him for sure!!! Thanks again for great food and service!

Yelp
In the immortal words of Randy Jackson... It's a no for me, dawg. Maybe my expectations were just off but I was insanely disappointed. The drink menu was adequate. The dish I ordered was good, but I only got a bite, because I traded with my kid whose food came out with an allergen that wasn't listed on the menu. And honestly, when i saw a brisket taco that came out with pineapple (yeah. pineapple), i felt the need to apologize to mexicans and texicans everywhere. The ground beef dishes our table ordered did look good and got good reviews. The service also left something to be desired. Our chips never got refilled (after asking) and the fajitas came without tortillas (till we reminded). Not the worst place ive been, but not an experience I wish to repeat.

Yelp
Absolutely Amazing. Great food, fantastic atmosphere and outstanding customer service

Yelp
We've been coming here since it opened and have always loved the food! Service is always great but food has now gone downhill. We went last week with our kids and we share the Bo Leo's plate. The food was so awful and tasted very processed not fresh like we remember. I make better enchiladas at home. The brisket tacos aren't the same anymore either. Rice used to be flaky and delicious too. It was starchy and tasted like a bag of Uncle Ben'd with seasoned. What happened here?

Yelp
Outdoor patio in the winter now has a section with wind protection and pretty good heaters (not the whole patio). We had dinner on a chilly January evening and were perfectly comfortable. It's really a great place for outdoor eating year round, despite the him of the freeway. Best value days are Tuesdays (discounted margaritas and family night food specials - you may need to ask) and Thirsty Thursdays (margarita deals). I still enjoy the appetizers the most - including two kinds of queso fundido, tableside guacamole and several different versions of easy-to-share nachos. The small upcharge for the schooner size margarita is totally worth it.

Yelp
We had a great night at Rio Mambo. The drinks were awesome, ask for the 30-30 frozen margaritas. We ordered the fajitas for 2 which were great except for the under cooked onions. I mentioned it to the waiter and he bought the manager over right away, they apologized and made me a fresh order to take home which I did not ask for!!! Amazing service and food.

Yelp
Came here on a whim was hungry and saw this place it did not disappoint! Everything was so good the presentation was great food was fresh and hot! I ordered the grilled tacos with brisket and fajita chicken so good, we also ordered enchiladas and tamale they were fantastic seasoned perfect I will definitely come back a great place to try if you haven't yet and are in the area. UPDATE: 2nd time here and again it was fantastic! Tacos are light and crispy, tortillas taste from scratch and are so delicious. Brisket is tender and flavorful! Rice is great! Beans are flavored with a Smoky bacon or ham hock!! Zero complaints service is stellar!! Five stars all the way!

Yelp
Ordered an Unos Dos Tres lunch combo, which I thought was a nice touch because you can sample three of the following four: taco, enchilada, chalupa and tamale and they do offer different kinds of each. Went with the following: Beef taco, chicken enchilada and tamale. Tamale here was excellent - Great balance of the masa with the filling. The taco was underwhelming - The beef filling was very basic and lacked enough variety in seasoning to make it sing. And I wish the cheese came melted in the taco instead of shredded. Chicken enchilada was alright, nothing to complain about. The dish comes with a side of rice and beans, which were again very basic and the rice was a little underdone.
