Rios of Mercedes Boot Company

Sent in my RRL engineer boots made by Rios. Filled out online re sole paperwork and sent in. Waited 2 months for them to be returned the same way I sent them in. No email or phone call explaining why. Inside my package was a card saying they were out of materials and unable to do a re sole. Never once thought to call, email or ask if I was open to other options. The lack of communication and professionalism or lack there of is a joke. I called to speak with someone to try and figure out where to go from there and was never called back. I called again and was told that I had to work with a vendor to send them in once again. So why would it not tell me any of that online under the re sole process. Complete waste of time. I will take my money elsewhere from now on. What a joke of a company. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Their cowboy boots are the only footwear I’ve ever owned in my life where my feet feel just as good at the end of a long day on my feet as they do at the beginning. And that’s saying a lot for two reasons: 1. I’m older than dirt. 2. I have the world’s flattest feet and have lived with constant foot problems.

Sent a pair of boots in to be resoled and the boots came back two widths larger and with an incredibly high arch. So I had to sell them for cheap because they wouldn’t fix the size issue.

Great boots!! Outstanding customer service! If you want great quality handmade boots, look no further!!!! They are the real deal. Highly recommend these boots. I willl only purchase AB boots from now on....😎

Terrible customer service and do not stand behind their product! I usually purchase about 3 pairs a year and they will not stand behind or take responsibility for the product, I will no longer purchase anymore. Do not waste your money on the quality because it will not hold up

I was a 30 year dedicated Lucchese man until last year when I tried on a pair of Rios. Now there's no turning back !!! I wear a 10B and Rios' fit me perfectly!

Great Quality Boot! I have a pair that's about 25 years old (Ostrich Shank) and they look and feel like they did when they were new.

These boots are amazing quality, the craftsmanship is what its all about, i love all my boots, and the people who work there as well, thank you so much for for providing such awesome products and service
