I always have the best experience when I go there. The staff is amazing! Friendly and attentive. The food and drinks are always delicious. The London Fog latte, the Haitian limeade, the Haitian inspired bowls. I cannot say enough, I frequently go there and am never disappointed.

I would say they have some amazing sandwiches. I went a few times and always said I wanted to try the rice bowl. Yesterday I finally did and let’s just say I should have stuck to the sandwiches. I purchase the jerk turkey tip rice bowl. The rice is delicious but these so called turkey tips are awful. They are dry as ever and inedible. I had to threw them away sadly a big waste of money. They are advertised as turkey tips which is typically juicy due to the fat but these are not turkey tips more like dried turkey breast. Sadly I probably won’t be back

Great service, inviting and warm atmosphere, clean, great playlist selection, and I love the drinks! I had a white hot chocolate and it was so nostalgic. I also ordered the Kreyol pesto sandwich and it was filled with very flavorful and juicy chicken. It was so big I had to take the other half of the sandwich home. Super delicious and good price.

Had an unfortunate lunch experience here; the food quality was unacceptable. Ordered the “tomato bisque soup and grilled cheese” for $16 and was really shocked at the result. Plain white bread with an American single hardened and torched (not melted) and very underripe flavorless tomato slices. Cheap toddler-style grilled cheese except not at all how your mother made it. Had a couple bites and it tasted worse than it looked. The way the cheese was burned and hardened was disturbing to say the least. The soup tasted like pizza/pasta sauce from a can with a sprinkle of oregano on top. Good news is the staff took my complaint and gave me a refund. They let me know the ingredients are “US Foods.” I hope that this review is seen by higher up management; they should really do better to procure higher quality ingredients and rethink their recipes and preparation. Thanks to the staff that helped me with the refund (only reason I’m giving two stars), but I won’t be coming back.

Located right by Kendall/MIT station, it's a great spot to grab coffee and do work (wifi available). Atmosphere is welcoming and cozy, not too loud and not too quiet. I like that there's a mit museum next to the cafe and a book store downstairs, which you could go look at when you get tired of working. The staff are really nice, and I ordered a cappuccino and a blueberry cream cheese danish (toasted). The cappuccino was excellent! Blueberry cream cheese danish went well with the cappuccino.

I went to Ripple Cafe after visiting MIT museum (actually it is located inside Museum). I was not disappointed to order their special tuna sandwich. The bread is crispy and tuna is perfectly dressed. I would order the same if I visit again.

Ordered a chicken ceaser salad. Was nice to customize on what I didn’t want on it. The roasted chicken was great touch

I was hoping to contact the store to let them know but unfortunately there's no number. I purchased a spinach patty and the dough was raw. It was literally milky inside and I don’t even understand how you mess up a patty, but that is completely unacceptable.

Yelp
I have picked up cappuccino with oat milk multiple times here while heading to the office and I love it. Its right outside Kendall/MIT MBTA station - the location is great. I also loved the vegan spinach patties! So delicious.

Yelp
Always enjoy stopping here when I am in the Kendall square neighborhood. Friendly and hospitable service complete this clean, well designed cafe that is convenient to the MIT bookstore, MIT museums and Red Line MBTA station. Coffee is pretty good, too.
