Great Spot in Kendall Square for a casual cafe break.
Over the past week, I've been coming to Ripple cafe for quick lunch visits or coffee breaks. The cafe offers a spacious interior, complete with comfortable bar seats and cozy lounge couhches. Although it is located right next to a bustling MIT bookstore, it has an inviting atmosphere that is great for both relaxation and work.
Their specialty tea lattes have been a consistent delight. Each variety I've tried, from the London Fog to the Organic Chai Latte, has been delightfully smooth and well-crafted. As for the food, while the sandwich offerings are somewhat standard, their Haitian-inspired bowls were great. These bowls strike the right balance of rice, greens, and proteins, serving as healthy meal options. Just beware that the bowls pack a spicy punch, so pairing them with one of their specialty lattes is highly recommended.
