They have a passenger zone outside that is in effect Monday through Saturday. I parked on a Sunday morning and the security guard demanded I move because he had a "big delivery" coming. I told him I was parked legally and that the passenger zone was not in effect on Sunday morning. He threatened to call the police and have my car towed. I repeated that I was parked legally and the passenger loading hours did not apply but he said "if you come back and your car isn't here that's on you". Message to the building owner - if you don't want people to park there Sunday morning **PAY** for the white zone to be in effect on Sunday. Do not threaten to tow people who are parked LEGALLY because you're too cheap to pay. The security guard was extremely rude and unprofessional and that reflects on the ownership too.

The phone app is helpful to get real data on the good, if it works! I hate this system for the timecards, it buggy. The clock in and clock out app has issues and creates more work for supervisors. You think that a payroll and HR company will have a scheduling feature, it does not! Do not waste your time or your money in a software contract that will create more work for you and your team.
