I’m writing to express my disappointment regarding an experience my friends and I had at your establishment. According to your posted hours, the location closes at 9:00 PM. However, when we arrived at 9:51 PM, the server was still actively preparing and serving ice cream to multiple customers.
Despite this, we were turned away and told the store had closed at 9:30 PM—an explanation that not only contradicts your publicly listed hours, but was also clearly inconsistent with what we were witnessing in real time. The ice cream machine was still running, and several people were being served right in front of us.
Had the store genuinely been closed and in the process of shutting down, we would have completely understood and respected that. What was frustrating was being denied service while others were still being accommodated without explanation beyond an arbitrary and unlisted closing time.
Situations like this create confusion, appear discriminatory, and reflect poorly on the integrity of the service. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and ensure your hours are clearly communicated and upheld with consistency and fairness.
