Google
Rise Bagel Co. is an excellent stop for breakfast. Their bagels are quite tasty and their coffee is good too! I especially recommend their smoked salmon brunch item if you want something very substantial—the smoked salmon is sourced from Northern Waters and super delicious and high quality. On my most recent visit I also tried their black sesame latte and loved it, the flavor was really unique and well-balanced. Plus, on top of the coffee and bagels, their service is good and the ambiance is lovely. It's very modern and clean-feeling inside. I definitely recommend checking them out if you're nearby and in need of a morning pick-me-up!

My wife & I love Rise. Coming here is a treat for us. If we both get bagels & coffees it’s about $20/person, so it definitely gets expensive quick, but we like it a lot. We usually get the Artisan, which is delicious- eggs, bacon, (Gouda?) cheese, sweet mustard of some kind, and arugula. The gluten free bun was kinda mid. It was kind of dry and just broke apart. I feel like they used to have different ones or a gluten free bagel or something, but it was okay. Glad they offer a gf option. My wife got an iced miel, which was good, but they mixed the honey in with the cold drink, which causes it to settle at the bottom like the picture shows. She was kinda bummed about that. An easy work around for that is mixing the honey with the hot espresso before putting it in the iced cup. 😊 then it’s blended much better. My hot latte with oatmilk was pretty good. Our friend that we brought to breakfast with loved her strawberry matcha and her “classic” bagel sandwich. Atmosphere is dope when it’s not busy- early morning or before close is usually pretty empty, but brunch and early PM can be super busy. Especially weekends.

Google
SUCH A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE: I was so excited to try this place and I ordered four different bagels and emphasized that I don’t want bacon or meat in my order (for religious reasons) but they still added bacon into my order and when I called to let the staff know about this, I was told “just remove it”. I felt that was so insensitive to my religion bc what I was allergic too?!! would I have gotten the same response too?! My honest review for the bagels: it was overly salty and over priced. The cashier working there was super nice, so the one star I’m giving is just for her!

Google
Was a huge line the entire time I was there on a Saturday morning. Big selection of bagels, cream cheese, coffee. Fairly quick service. Not a ton of tables. Nice neighborhood. Delicious honey maple spread on my plain bagel though!

Google
I had the pleasure of visiting Rise Bagel Co today, and it was an absolute delight! The standout for me was their everything bagel paired with jalapeño cream cheese, which featured fresh jalapeño bits that added a vibrant kick without overpowering the rich, creamy texture. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. I highly recommend Rise Bagel Co for anyone looking for delicious bagels and top-notch service.

Google
Delicious! We had the smoked salmon bagel sandwich on an onion bagel and they even had gluten free buns for our GF friends. The sesame latte and blueberry vanilla latte were so good too! Definitely worth a stop!

Google
Snagged half dozen bagels with vegan scallion cream cheese to go. You kinda need to eat them fresh, they are delicious, slightly salty but the perfect bagel- but they don’t keep. Able extend life by air frying with water on the bottom for 3 minutes the next day. The cream cheese is wonderful and has more of a homemade texture and taste.

Google
You know for $45 dollars I thought for sure our bagels were going to be served hot and toasty. They don’t toast the bagels fine but my salmon tastes like it was from the can,not fresh.i spit some out in a napkin. Coffee is good but the blueberry latte was kinda weird and gave an odd after taste. Also no decaf? I think this place should consider decaf, some people have caffeine sensitivities. Also someone in the comments said the bagels taste like wet cardboard and yes . That’s the taste I was getting.

Yelp
Their bagels are soo good!! I've been here several times and they never miss. Huge fan of bagels and they are generous with the cream cheese which I love. Highly recommend the Onion bagel & Jalapeño cream cheese combo. The staff at Rise are always very friendly and their service is quick. Have been here when the lines go out the door but usually goes by fast. The inside of the cafe is very clean and has a descent amount of seating. They have a bar like table, tables for 4, tables for 2, and they also have couches if I'm not mistaken. I did have a hard time finding parking but other than that would definitely come back again!

Yelp
The best organic bagels ever. I love that it's not oily or greasy. Crispy on the outside & it's very hollow inside that I can smear on loads of cream cheese & not feel so carb guilty. I like how the bagels are the perfect onesie size I could have 2, since I love their everything bagel & the onion bagel. Also, the best bagel breakfast sandwiches ever too. Must get their chocolate hazelnut coffee which I get with no ice for the full decadent taste. The service is quick & they have a pick order app & rewards app. It gets very hot in there during summers (AC doesn't appear on ever) & even in winters as their windows face south. No parking lot, just street parking. Since it's next door I just walk there.

Yelp
Let me start off first by saying this is one of the best iced, vanilla lattes I had in a long time. 10/10 would come back again just for that. I saw them using whatI think is Oberweis milk so that alone would make it delicious! This place has been a North Loop staple for years and stopping in this morning, it's apparent it still is with how packed it was at 8:30 AM on a Friday. Unfortunately, like all things in this world, I think the selections are very overpriced. 1 coffee, two bagel sandwiches were nearly $30. While the bagels are fresh and amazing, I'll give them that. The sausage I had on my bagel sandwich had pink spots in it which made me hesitant to eat it so I removed it and chalked up the wasted money instead of risking it and potentially getting sick. Might just be me being overly cautious but I get really irked about that stuff like that so when in doubt, I don't eat it. Everything else was great, flavor, fresh, ambiance, service. I'll be back, just might think twice about adding sausage onto a sandwich next time :)

Yelp
The bagels are really good and freshly made morning of. They're so good in fact that when we arrived at 11am one day they had ZERO bagels left!! We grabbed the black sesame and rosemary lattes to go though. I think they ought to disallow orders over 10 bagels and require a special pre order for that so inventory doesn't slight customers. If I lived in the area I would be less apt to make the trip knowing this happens. Our previous visit we had our 3rd choice in bagels as they'd all sold out by 11, but at least we had a chance to try them. They are good as are the fun cream cheese blends you can get smeared on. The breakfast bagels look/sound yummy for a hearty breakfast. Head their early if you want choices! They close at 1pm, but I'd get there much sooner for bagels. Paid street parking only, but easy to find nearby.

Yelp
Cool spot in the north loop. Came around 12:30 on a Sunday when it closes at 1. Nothing but plain bagels left and no decaf coffee Artisan bagel was pretty good! The bagels are more bready than that really chewy kind that I prefer.
google avatar

Yelp
Love this place - vibes, space, menu items, but it's a BAGEL place and the bagels themselves are sadly nothing to write home about. They're not bad per se, but really aren't any better than say a Panera or Bruegger's. If you come here specifically to try, I'd suggest a specialty cream cheese or one of their sandwiches - that's what makes them stand out as a favorite for others!
google avatar

Santina U.

Yelp
I decided to stop here in the morning since I was in the area and I'm always looking for a descent bagel. It wasn't too busy which I was glad since it was a Friday morning. I ordered an everything bagel with scallion cream cheese. It wasn't bad, but I don't know if I would be able to tell the difference between this and a bagel from Brueggers. I will say that the cream cheese tasted like it was made in house which I like. If I were in the area looking for a bagel I'd stop in again but wouldn't make a special trip out.

Yelp
Rise has some of the best bagels I've had in the Cities! Their menu is diverse with a lot of different options for plan bagels, ones with schmear, or sandwiches. The shop itself is really cute; I like the decor and all of the plants. There are plenty of seating options available, too. Today I got the Artisan on an onion bagel. I wish they would've allowed for alterations/substitutions, as I would have preferred mine without the bacon, but it was pretty easy to pick off. The sandwich was delicious; I love the caramelized onions & the bit of acid to balance it out. The fact that the sandwich is wrapped within the wrapper and cut in half is huge, it's so helpful! I only give this place 4 stars rather than 5 because it's a bit pricey for a bagel sandwich. It's definitely worth the cost, but not an everyday breakfast.

Yelp
I've been looking for a new bagel shop in Minneapolis and I think I found it at Rise! Super cute interior with plenty of space to work and/or lounge. There's also a little tiny gift shop to keep you busy while waiting for your coffee order. I forgot to take a picture of the actual bagel but trust it was delicious. I brought a dozen to a small work meeting and was the office hero. I will be back to try a breakfast sandwich.

Yelp
This was our first time here. We were looking for some good handmade bagels and these did not disappoint. We took ours to go but they do have a very nice space inside if you wanted to eat there. We had an everything, salt, onion and plain bagels to try. All were very good but the salt was the surprising standout. It was savory and not to salty, highly recommend. Our 6 bagels plus a tub of plain cream cheese was $18. We got there right after they opened, so parking on the street was easy.

Yelp
This is a great spot to grab breakfast in the North Loop. The Classic - organic egg, sharp cheddar, & choice of bagel/protein. I got everything and pork sausage. This hit the spot! It was so good & now I don't know that I can get anything else. Rosemary Latte - I got mine iced with oatmilk and it was good. I want to try the Black Sesame latte next!

Yelp
I have been driving by this place on my way to work since Summer and finally stopped in! It might be a new favorite! FOOD: I had a rosemary bagel with rosemary butter and strawberry preserves. It was de-light-ful. So unique and yummy! I was so so so happy to see they had quite a large selection of non-cream cheese toppings, because I am not the biggest fan! It would be SO FUN and different to bring a variety of their bagels and toppings to a work or friend gathering :) PARKING: Oof haha. I will cut them some slack because there is currently construction going on that takes up a lot of the near by street parking. But I almost had to give up going after my second time around the block :( I hope they add a few "pick up only" spots when the construction is done! PRICES: I didn't read into the menu too much, but the food is definitely not cheap. I think it's a "treat yourself" kind of place, and the quality is worth the price! My toasted bagel with 2 smears was $8. SERVICE: Super friendly and super quick! OVERALL: A cute place for takeout or sitting and hanging that I will bring twin cities visitors to!

Yelp
Sadly, where I live, we don't have many bagel shops, so anytime I am in a new city I want to snag a bagel if I can. I searched for the best breakfast places in Minneapolis online and heard great things about Rise Bagel. Let me start with the things that weren't great. Since I'm from out of town, I wasn't really sure where I should park and most of the spots on the street were taken, so I opted for an adjacent parking lot, even though I wasn't sure whether I was going to be threatening or not. it looked like all of the spaces were reserved for tenants or something, but I found a handicap spot and hoped for the best. And then tried finding the accessible entrance, but struggled because the two main entrances I saw both head stairs. They both had a sign posted about an accessible entrance on the south side of the building, but apparently my directions were off, so I just walked around the building until I saw a door with a push button. So I meanwhile it was a hassle, at least it did have a push button! Once I got in, the downside was that the line was, probably 15 people deep or more at times. The good news is that it went fairly quickly. This is a large spot so there's adequate room to snag a table or stand around while you wait. Now, the good news... The food was incredible! I LOVED my smoked salmon bagel sandwich on sesame. However, my friend let me try a bite of her artisan bagel sandwich on a salt bagel and holy cow that was a melody of flavors. My smoked salmon was so delectable and did not have the overwhelming fish taste, which I really was thankful for. The classic was just that... Amazing bagel, fluffy, egg, great bacon, and quality cheese. The staff was very friendly and I most certainly will be back. Especially now that I have found the accessible entrance.

Yelp
Great bagels & toppings in a pleasant space, but pricey! Over $20 for bagel, salmon & tea. Top notch flavor though...

Yelp
This place is basically our Sunday ritual. Yes, it is always popping so come before 11 if you want to try the Rosemary (which is unique and delicious). All of their bagels are delicious and made fresh daily - they even coat the bottom of the bagel with seasoning! We particularly love the jalepeno spread and the lemon and dill with rosemary bagel is actually the perfect compliment! Haven't ventured out to try any more spreads but will update if/when we do! We are also big fans of the classic and have to say they are always super accommodating for any modifications we make. The inside is a cute spot with a chic industrial vibe. It's all first come first serve seating and they do have cute loungey sitting area but you can't eat there. Personally it's not a place I'd choose to work because it's pretty busy but still a great place to chill, people watch and enjoy bagels.
google avatar

Lucy N.

Yelp
Super tasty, but super busy! Their offering of bagels is amazing. The flavors are unique, fresh and delicious. The various cream cheeses are also fabulous. I ordered ahead online in hopes to speed up the process, but no luck. I don't think they make your order until you show up anyways. I got the rosemary bagel with rosemary honey cream cheese and it was to die for. I'd come here every weekend if I lived closer!
google avatar

Ellie B.

Yelp
Best bagels in the Twin Cities! The location itself has lots of charm and their bagels are phenomenal. I have been here twice now, one time for a catering order, and another time for breakfast on the weekend. Highly recommend the everything bagel, it was delicious.
google avatar

Katie O.

Yelp
Rise bagels are great! The bagels have a crispy outside and soft inside. They also make their own cream cheese. I ordered the plain bagel with salted maple cream cheese. Because of good food, rise is often very busy! I recommend ordering online and walking in to pick up.
google avatar

Claire L.

Yelp
I'm a bagel and lox fanatic, so I was excited to try Rise Bagel's version. The other menu items might have been a better option.
google avatar

Ben K.

Yelp
Was in the area for a nearby workout class, and wanted some nourishment afterwards! Easily walkable, we stopped in to Rise for a bagel sandwich, probably my favorite breakfast item :) Parking is limited to nearby street parking, but at 7am, we didn't have any trouble finding! The space itself is giving industrial chic, with exposed brick and clean lines. Service was super friendly and our order was ready quickly! The food and coffee were lovely! I had the sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich on an everything bagel! Insider tip...I wish I would have also added some schmear to the sandwich for some extra pizazz!! I washed it down with a black sesame latte, which was a fun special flavor for the time being! Overall, a solid spot for a bagel in North Loop! Will definitely be back for more!
google avatar

Maria C.

Yelp
Loved the set up they had in Rise Bagel, especially the little items you could buy relating to bagels (shirts, seasoning, recipe books, etc). Had a chai latte, cookie, and the Artisan. Such a good meal and well worth the price for its fresh taste. Staff were very friendly as well.
google avatar

Lira K.

Yelp
Employees are not accommodating or professional. It was our first time here and when we got our bagels they were cold and had a thin layer of cream cheese. We asked if they could toast them and they told us no. We ended up stopping here to meet friends before leaving back home and ordered 3 bagels and told her to toast all of them. We went to double check after the people behind us ordered to make sure she got all of them toasted and she said she only put ONE as toasted. We asked her if she could change them to all toasted (like we asked the first time) and she said NO. We had to purchase another bagel and make sure she TOASTED it. To top it off, when we got out "toasted" bagels they were still cold (ALSO they DON'T wear gloves when handling your food)
google avatar

Alyssa M.

Yelp
I'm only saying the following in hopes it leads to actual improvement as I was so excited there was specifically a bagel place in this area. I'm bummed to report that all though the spreads are amazing, the bagels weren't even up to par with lackluster Starbucks. Adding to that, idk if it's a Midwest thing, but if the bagels are not freshly made and warm, why are you by default not toasting them? No signage offered information about toasting, the employees didn't ask either and the bagels were way too dense and hard to bite through as if they had been sitting in the basket for days. The airy softness with a slightly crisp edge I was looking forward to was nowhere to be found. This made an ex New Yorker very taken aback. Otherwise, this place is cute and the staff were pleasant, but if you take pride in the bagel part, it needs some work as I'd rather buy the spread and make a bagel at home.
google avatar

Haley P.

Yelp
We stopped into Rise Friday morning in search for a breakfast sandwich! The interior was open concept and also had an industrial vibe. The staff was super friendly and helped us with any questions. We ordered The Classic on a Rosemary Bagel add bacon and The Classic on an Everything Bagel add bacon. Which we both enjoyed! You can easily find parking on the streets in the surrounding area utilizing the parking meters (that are required during certain times of day). It's a good place to grab a quick bite and coffee! We will be returning!
google avatar

Christofili C.

Yelp
This place was VERY busy and loud. You order at the register and wait for your name to be yelled in the store. The seating is limited. If you're lucky enough to get a table, the second you appear to be putting your jacket on, you'll have someone behind your chair waiting to snag it. The sandwich was fresh but not as warm as I'd imagined. The Artisan had a very unique apple mustard sauce that I did enjoy though. The coffee was the best part of the meal. It was a rich chocolate, hazelnut cold brew. RISE is expensive. For 2 breakfast sandwiches and 2 cold coffees, I paid $44. It was worth the try, but I will likely be going to Bruegger's Bagels for a breakfast sandwich instead.
google avatar

Ryan M.

Yelp
One of my favorite quick breakfast spots in the cities! I'm a huge fan of breakfast bagels and this place does not disappoint. Not a ton of options for sandwiches but I don't come often enough to get sick of any of them. They have tons of potential combinations of bagels and smears though and the friendly staff is always willing to offer some suggestions! There isn't a ton of seating inside when it's busy but usually an area is quick to open up if you wait a bit while your food is being prepared. Place is nice and cozy as well so I usually don't mind hanging around.
google avatar

Aaron T.

Yelp
The place was cute and some great windows and plants. As far as service, wow sorry to bother the young man and place an order, did you wake up on the wrong side of the bed..... not impressed. The bagel over was ok, the smoked salmon was more made for a cheese plate, if and I mean if I'd go back I'd get a coffee, it was great; however $7 and a $1 up charge for a flavor was a bit much.
google avatar

Sarah H.

Yelp
I'd totally recommend this place if you want a mediocre $11 bagel with a HAIR in it!!!!
google avatar

Deanie H.

Yelp
Minus one star: Parking and inside is really busy all the time but of course mostly weekends. Ambiance, packed. Ok, not their fault. Good problem to have. What's super annoying is that they have signs with their suggestion to order online to save wait time in line--deceiving. We saw people before and after us in line get orders ahead of us. Boooooo. Food and coffee (from Dogwood) are delicious and worth the grievances, if any, during a trip; but would I prefer to eat this at home via DoorDash or the like? Yes.
google avatar

Jon H.

Yelp
I had heard really positive reviews of Rise Bagels and was excited to check it out. My conclusion is that is does not live up to the hype. When I arrived I was disappointed in the lack of options they have for bagel choices and cream cheese flavors. As a lover of a cheesy bagel with garden veggie cream cheese, I couldn't find one that really met my desires. Additionally, I thought the bagel I had was really salty (Onion with Scallion Cream Cheese). I left feeling like it was not worth the cost. The person I went with also agreed about not enjoying the food as much as expected (His order: The Classic). I would have preferred other businesses, including Bruegger's Bagels, for multiple reasons (Cost, Selection, Taste).
google avatar

Phil G.

Yelp
Rise is a hip bagel bakery in the North Loop. I'm old, am too independent to be hip, and can destroy a place's social media presence just by showing up. Rise treats me like a human being. The staff laughs, allows themselves to act goofy, and seem to enjoy their work. Oh, the bagels are good, bordering on great. I grew up in NYC, and when it comes to bagels, well........ Rise does have the best bagels in the Twin Cities, and I think I've tried most of them. Oh, I left my credit card here twice because my card is black as is their machine and table. They saved it for me each time. Rise hires nice people.
google avatar

Al K.

Yelp
For a quick bite to eat, this place is hard to beat! The bagel choices are plentiful and the sandwiches are excellent! Get there early as the place fills up quickly! We were there about 830-9ish and it was packed. Which after having a delicious Artisan Bagel sandwich, I understand why. The staff was efficient and they even had a separate area for pick up so the counter wasn't crowded. My wife got the classic sandwich on rosemary which was also very good! Now, for the cappuccino review. 2.5/5 I was a bit disappointed by it. I can't really point out what specifically was wrong about it but it almost seemed like not the best milk or something got frothed. The espresso was ok. Maybe just a bad batch of beans. Overall, 4/5 and worth the stop for a sandwich or bagel!
google avatar

Emily B.

Yelp
Despite the long line of guests, the staff does an amazing job serving made to order bagel sandwiches in a timely manner. The space itself is beautiful, with live plants and a shopping corner, and while parking in north loop is never my favorite, it's worth it for the home made feel and experience.
google avatar

Sydney S.

Yelp
Stopped by Rise for a quick coffee pickup since I work in North Loop! I love the cozy warehouse environment that Rise has - it really feels like a staple of North Loop! I know there's normally a long line on weekends, but this weekday visit was very quick and easy. I ordered a cold brew with oat milk and hazelnut flavoring. I was disappointed that they don't provide almond milk - I've had stomach issues with oatmilk but took the risk. The coffee itself was delicious and rich - I would definitely get it from here again! Only downside is the price, for a 16oz it was over $6. I'm always happy to pay a little more for alternative milks and flavorings - but for a cold brew it seemed a bit high. I would definitely come back for this as a treat, just not an every day thing.

Yelp
I have been craving a bagel for a while and heard that Rise Bagel had the best in MN. Getting there is easy if you are walking from downtown. You can also use the light rail. If you are driving, there is plenty of parking space around. The place itself is industrial and modern. The staff was super friendly, and our order was ready in 3-5 minutes. I think the solo bagels with spread are ok. However, the real MVPs are their custom sandwiches. I ordered the Artisan sandwich with an everything bagel, and it was DELICIOUS! The combination of salty, umami, and sweet was terrific. Highly recommended! The coffee was a bit of a disappointment because we ordered the one with cream cheese, and it had so little of it. Definitely not worth it for the extra price. Overall, Rise has terrific bagels at an accessible location with a great vibe.
google avatar

Aleah H.

Yelp
Still our fave to-go breakfast spot!! Service is great, and bagel and cream cheese options have my heart. Also don't sleep on the orange juice! Can't go wrong - A little pricier for a bagel, but worth it to start your day on the right foot!
google avatar

Joseph S.

Yelp
I absolutely loved this place from the aesthetic to the actual bagel itself. I got an everything bagel toasted with cream cheese and strawberry preserves and that is my go to when tested out a new bagel place. I appreciate the amount of cream cheese that they gave and that the sandwich was already sliced in half. The bagels were good and it has been the closest to a NYC bagel that I've had in a while. I would definitely come back again for the vibes or even just ti get some work done there! The service was relatively quick and efficient. I ordered and got my bagel within 10 minutes. I recommend coming here if for a date or if you want to treat yourself to some breakfast!
google avatar

Elizabeth M.

Yelp
I love these bagels. I get the salt bagel with jalapeño cream cheese. The coffee is also decent!

HJ B.

Yelp
Not the best bagels like the reviews. I came here on a whim because the reviews said these bagels were so goood but I was very disappointed. The biggest no for me was that they don't toast the bagels. Even if you make fresh bagels everyday, even within an hour, bagels won't be warm anymore. So I was really shocked to bite into a very cold bagel. I'll give it a star for the ambiance and clean restrooms, but food quality was not great.

Yelp
It's bagels and coffee. Everything is done well. The space is nice enough. It's always clean, The bagels are, honestly, above average for the Twin Cities. I would probably go there regularly if it was clearly a dog welcome place, since it's two blocks away, but that's not clear and if I'm running around in the morning, I almost certainly have a dog along.

Yelp
Checked this place out after an Alchemy workout with a friend. It was hopping! But the line moved quickly and our food came out fast as well. No issues finding seating within a few minutes of ordering despite it being a Saturday morning. My friend got a sesame bagel with cream cheese and I got the classic breakfast sandwich with bacon and their specialty latte. The food was decent - I wasn't impressed with the amount of bacon on my sandwich for an extra $3 (and it was undercooked) and the latte price ($6) was pretty steep as well IMO for the quality. My friend said her bagel was good, but not the best ever. Overall, I'd come back and try a bagel but it won't be the first place on my list.

Yelp
After living in nyc for 3 years, we were hopeful that these would somewhat hit. These are actually the saddest bagels in the world. Maybe .5 oz of cream cheese on this thing. It tastes like a Thomas grocery store bagel. Got mine "double toasted" and it showed up this light.. (pictured). Disgrace to call themselves nyc/toronto bagels. The bodega setup is also comical with the bougey overpriced items. I don't think these owners have ever been to New York. Someone richer than myself needs to open up a true New York bagel shop nextdoor and put them out of business.

Yelp
After having lived in NY for the last 2 years, very underwhelming bagel.. maybe a table spoon of cream cheese, thin layer to where u can barely taste it. Not worth. Frankly seems like they put seasonings on Thomas bagels and call it a day.. ):

Yelp
So much better than any bagel chain place around! They have unique bagel and schmear options-- I got a poppy bagel with honey and rosemary schmear and it was a great combo. The coffee was really good and oat milk wasn't an extra charge! The employees were really nice. There are quite a few tables and bar spots inside. The wifi was fast. It filled up around 11 on a Tuesday and they sold out of a few bagel types. Typical hard to find north loop street parking around the building.

Yelp
I liked this place. We went on a Saturday morning and it was quite crowded with a line but the line moves quick though. There's street parking that might be a bit difficult. And although it was crowded and busy the wait wasn't long. They don't have plenty of seating and but I'll sure during the week some might come for work and snag a spot at their tables. I would recommend!

Yelp
I don't know how I'd missed this place for so long, but glad to have found it! Shoutout to fellow Yelp Elite Ben K. for sharing this place in his IG story. I'd been looking for a good bagel sandwich since moving to the twin cities and I've found it! I had the Classic Sandwich (egg and cheddar) on an everything bagel with jalapeño cream cheese. It was sooo good! I paired it with my go to coffee order, an iced latte! All I can say is this place is great! The shop is super cute and a great place to hangout and catch up with friends. Also good if you want to work outside of home or the office. Everyone was super friendly! Definitely recommend if you are looking for coffee and bagels!

Yelp
Haven't been here since I moved out of MN, and they didn't disappoint! Still one of the best bagels in town, i was bummed that they ran out of rosemary bagel and didn't have the garlic Shmear on the menu anymore. The bagels were perfect. BF got smoked salmon and he was pleasantly surprised. Glad we got half a dozen Tip- order online to avoid 15-20 mins wait in line.

Yelp
One of my favorite bagel places in town! I always get the smoked salmon bagel. It has salmon from Northern Waters Smokehaus! The bagel itself was a perfect blend of chewy and slightly crispy, and it served as an ideal canvas for the star of the show - the smoked salmon. Will be back again!

Yelp
I've been wanting to try Rise for a long time, so We went on a Sunday morning and the line was out the door. We ordered the smoked salmon and classic egg sandwich with a coffee for around $40. The bagels were average and I was a little bummed they forgot the cheese on my egg sandwich but I didn't want to wait in line again (45 minutes) to correct the mistake. We waited about 20 minutes after ordering to receive the food and tried to find a table, but no seating was available in the restaurant so we took them to go. It was very expensive and not the breakfast experience we were hoping for, but I think this restaurant would be better visited on a week day when it's not so busy.
