Cozy and contemporary restaurant serving tapas in Oklahoma City! I do greatly appreciate that they were able to accommodate my dairy allergy here. If any dish had it, they were able to make modifications. My husband and I made reservations here with my parents, and we all had a wonderful experience. I will say the house pita is phenomenal. It’s made fresh and comes out piping hot. We kept asking our server if we could have more and he was so kind to do so. 🤭 We highly recommend getting the Short Rib Hummus. It has a great depth of flavor and dipping the house pita in it is chef’s kiss. We also got the Harissa Shrimp Kebab, Tumeric Chicken Kebab (this has dairy so I avoided it, but my family enjoyed it), and the Grilled Spanish Octopus (this dish was my favorite). All of it was so good. We did get a bottle of wine for the table as well that complimented our meal. Overall, excellent service and we would definitely dine in again!

A Delightful Evening of Creative Cocktails and Flavorful Dishes We had a wonderful time at this restaurant! The cocktail program really impressed us - the Fig Bang Theory was expertly crafted with beautiful presentation and complex flavors, while the Honey Dew Summer Sangria was the perfect refreshing complement with fresh fruit and cucumber. The food was equally impressive. The roasted beets were perfectly cooked and beautifully plated on a creamy base with crunchy pistachios adding great texture. The tahini short rib was the standout - tender, flavorful meat with a rich sauce and colorful garnishes that made for both a feast for the eyes and the palate. The restaurant clearly puts thought into both presentation and flavor combinations, creating dishes that feel both creative and satisfying. The service matched the quality of the food and drinks. Mediterranean tapas with flair! The dishes are always fresh and full of flavor, and the service never disappoints. The short rib is my absolute favorite 🥩tender, rich, and a must-try. Whether it’s your first visit or your fifth, you can count on a consistently great meal every time.

What a great place for lunch or dinner. The food was great and the restaurant is very clean and posh posh. With an awesome patio perfect for the summer evening. The wife and I sat at the bar which is very well stocked, they had a nice bourbon selection with a few hard to find/allocated bottles. Only thing I would say kinda negative is it is a little pricey for Mediterranean style food but I am sure it’s because of the location and views. We will definitely be back

It was a nice night for us to be Al Fresco. Great outdoor dining and service (Emilia was awesome). The hummus with short ribs was outstanding. My wife had the fattoush salad with shrimp which was tasty but the shrimp was too spicy and they changed it to the short ribs. I had the sticky ribs. For some reason, I did not like it. The honey char on it was bitter. I'll come back and maybe try something else.🤷🏻🤷🏻🤷🏻

Service was great. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, sat at the bar. It was cold, but I was there shortly after opening, so I will let it slide. Okay, I went by myself, so I just ordered the grilled octopus. That muhamarra was sooooo good. It was perfect with the soft pita break. The potatoes were so good, crispy on the outside and soft inside. Actually I've been thinking about since yesterday. The octopus had a strong char, but it was cooked to perfection, not chewy and rubbery. When you eat it with the muhamarra and pita, it's really good. Business was not booming and that made me kinda sad, I hope it was because I was there early. The food, service, and ambiance was pretty incredible. I will definitely return with a group so we can order so much more!

Food is phenomenal here. Lamb flatbread is to die for. They have my favorite beer- peroni. Service is top tier. No complaints. Ambiance is where this place takes the cake. I absolutely love the farm warm vibes they have created. It's great for a romantic night or even drinks with the boys.

Came to update my review from last year. I am so happy to say I LOVED my second experience at Riserva. I was disappointed that I was disappointed with my first experience, but granted it was right around when they first opened. We went for lunch and tried a few different items. We started off with the short rib hummus, then had the scallop risotto and lamb chops for our entrees. Our first mistake last year was NOT trying the short rib hummus. It is DELICIOUS! The meat is so tender and the hummus is so creamy and flavorful! The pita is so soft and the perfect carrier for the dish. All I'm gonna say about the scallop risotto is GET IT!! It's SOOO creamy, warm, flavorful, and decadent! The scallops were cooked to perfection and just melted in your mouth. The pomegranates added a sweet texture to the dish that just elevated the flavors. The lamb chops were savory, cooked to our liking (medium rare) and sat on a tangy/spicy sauce and yellow rice. definitely worth the try. We also got two amazing mocktails (love a place that has great options for delicious mocktails): the Silk Road and the big fat Greek mocktail. Both were incredible! Silk Road was milky, creamy, and sweet. My husband was a BIG fan of the big fat Greek mocktail too! Service was great and the place looks great as always. Very well lit and they have a beautiful bar. The restaurant is in a great location as well. We will definitely be back for more, we want to try the octopus for sure next time!!

Second time here in less than a month. Food is delicious, I am huge fan of mezzo trio dip, you get to try all the dips with veggies and unlimited pita bread. The mussels dish has tons of herb and mussels, love it. If you want healthier option, we got chicken lavash(kabob).We happened to have the same server, great service. Food: 10/10 Service: 10/10 Ambiance: 10/10

been here a few times for a light meal and cocktails. our most recent visit stood out to me thanks to their jumbo scallop risotto! one of tastiest scallops ive had, and the risotto was cooked perfectly. we also tried their sticky ribs (optional 3pcs or 5 pcs). the glaze is a tad too sweet for my liking, but the overall taste of the ribs were really good! i tyipcally dont eat lamb either but enjoyed this dish more than i expected. we also had their trio mezze dip - hummus (chickpeas), baba ghanoush (eggplant) & i believe the 3rd dip is an (olive?) tapanade. all really tasty - we will be back!

Came for a date night and had an enjoyable first time -- which of course, led me back. Each time the food has been absolutely incredible and the dining experience is just as wonderful as the food. Service is always quick and efficient. The seating and dim lighting is perfect for any occasion, -- whether dropping in for a drink, celebrating a birthday, date night or even meeting for business. I kept hearing about Riserva lately, so we thought we would meet some friends here for dinner, and we are so glad we discovered this place. It is located in Chisholm Creek area, which is really turning into quite the fun destination with lots of new places to check out! The atmosphere at Riserva itself is so cool inside, and there is also a great patio for when the weather is nice. Our server was so patient with us as we were catching up with our friends and taking our sweet time deciding all that we wanted to order. He was helpful with suggestions and specials, and he did a great job taking care of us. We ordered several appetizers (Patatas bravas, mezze dip trio, and short rib hummus). The flatbread was piping hot and wonderful with all those dips. My favorite was the red pepper dip on the trio. The eggplant dip was over powered by a smoky flavor, so it was just ok in my opinion. Everything else we had was great! For our main course we tried the harissa shrimp kebab (spicy and flavorful) and the skirt steak shawarma. All in all, we had such an enjoyable evening at this lovely restaurant, and I highly recommend checking it out if you haven't had a chance yet!

I adore this place! I have been here many times and I had to right a review but every time I stop by to eat here it never fails to impress me. Their menu is very refreshing because it is really hard to find Mediterranean in Oklahoma let alone good Mediterranean too. I always try to get something new when I visit and so far I've had the scallops, skirt steak, lamb and chicken screwers. The skirt steak is my favorite but the others are great as well. The restaurant is very nice inside and I enjoy the fact that they have a patio to sit on as well. The service and staff are always really friendly which is also why we come back!

We recently had our second visit here, and it once again lived up to the great experience we had the first time! We came for our anniversary last fall and for my husband's birthday this month. It's such a lovely place for a special occasion or if you're simply wanting to try a different take on Mediterranean cuisine! We have had great servers and feel very comfortable in the space. Funny enough we ended up at the same table we'd been at the first time, so of course it's now "our table." Most recently we had the lamb kofta flatbread, scallop risotto and roasted cauliflower. It was plenty for the two of us and so flavorful! I love that they use sumac seasoning like I'm used to from traditional Middle Eastern food. I am Lebanese after all! I'm enjoying seeing all of the diverse dining options around Chisholm Creek. I look forward to coming back and trying more of the menu!

Elegance and ambience, here at Riserva. Great place for brunch, drinks or dinner. My family and I enjoyed a great brunch and they ordered all the good stuff. I loved all of the dips- goodness, that hummus was amazing. The hot pita bread- the fresh veggies, the fall of the bones ribs- yes please. Amazing- Great service!

Nice place in what appears to be a developing neighborhood. We were seated promptly on a Saturday without a reservation. Server was very informative. The meatball appetizer was excellent. The beans served with the meatballs were especially tasty. The lamb shank with polenta was also good. The meatball did steal the show here !

Riserva has been such a fun addition to Chisholm Creek. They offer unique yet familiar cuisine & I've loved every fish I've tried. Their short rib hummus is to die for. Their Sunset in Sevilla is my favorite cocktail on their menu. I love the warm yet modern vibe inside & the large heated patio/bar if you want to pop in for a quick drink.

First time here went on a Thursday night around 7 pm there was no wait time. Our waiter was Hunter he came quickly and took really good care of us! We first had the flatbread which was soooo good oh my gosh and the lamb chop the rice was too much of a strong lemony taste but we had the lamb cool medium well and it was cooked perfectly! Also had a tequila foam dust drink can't remember the name was hit me for sure after I left but super yummy. The vibes was good and it wasn't very loud either. Was super cold at first though.

This was our 2nd time in, we finally got to try out their dinner menu. Our rib hummus was the star of the show by a landslide. Our server Andrew and The manger Brayden were happy to see us again after serving us for their brunch menu months before. definitely will be back!!!!

Came here with girlfriends on a Tuesday night -- we didn't have reservations and the inside was packed. Only option was their patio which was covered with shade and the absolute perfect breeze! We all started with drinks which i love their drink menu! Could they have any more options for you to choose from? I don't think so! My first drink i ordered was the sidecar and wow was that strong! Delicious though. My girlfriend also ordered it and agreed -- strong! The next drink we got was a raspberry gin drink again it was so delicious and refreshing but wasn't as strong. Both of these cocktails were gin based. We ordered the dip trio and it came with never ending fresh pita which was the selling point for choosing this app! Whatever dip that resembled chilli in appearance was out party of 4 favorite! Everyone loved this. I got the shrimp kabob and it was fresh and good-- it was very spicy i wish their menu had spice level or some warning. Our server was great very friendly and attentive! Overall would come here again anytime!

Came back with my husband for a date night - Saturday night after making reservations for 8:45 pm, and couldn't be happier about the food and service! This was my second time here, but my husband's first. Our server was very friendly and took care of us well. The ambiance was perfect for a date - dark with candles and lighting at each table to focus on the food. I love that this spot is located in Chisholm Creek, very close to us. We enjoyed the short rib hummus, ground lamb flatbread, swordfish skewers, and sweet potato. Everything was delicious and flavorful. My husband loved all the food. I ordered a delicious pear-tasting cocktail, the Sunset Sevilla. Also, as promised per my previous review, the owner gave us free dessert, which I took home and shared with my mom. The cardamom cake is absolutely delicious and had just the right amount of spice to it. The chocolate tort was very rich, so we shared that as well and still have some leftover. Cute restaurant in the Chisholm creek area! After dinner you can walk around and play corn hole or just chill by the fountains. There's also a cute dessert place right across. Ask them about their pita guy.. bc the pita bread is SO GOOD. Every time I go I always order the short rib hummus then eat it in 2 min and order another one. Save yourself the trouble and just order two to start. I also really like the mussels and Spanish chorizo as well as skirt steak shawarma. They call it a tapas menu but each order will really be enough for one person.

Delicious food, drinks, and ambiance! This was my first time dining here and will be back. Unfortunately, I was only able to capture a picture of the Moroccan Mojito as we dug into the food too quickly! My friends and I shared the Scallop Risotto, Skirt Steak Shawarma, Harissa Shrimp Kabob. The Short Rib Hummus appetizer was delicious and creamy. All bread/pita was fresh and plentiful for sharing. The service was amazing! Our server was kind, knowledgeable, and funny. I will definitely be back!

Came here for a girls night and the vibes were on point! We went on a Sunday evening, the weather was cool and perfect for patio dining! A rare occasion for any day in august in Oklahoma! We started with a first round of cocktails and those were good but the real hit of the evening was the pitched of sangria we got! If you want something light and refreshing just go ahead and order the pitches and thank me later. So good! We started with the sweet potatos as well as the dip trio. I could have eaten the sweet potato by myself it was so good in that coconut curry sauce yum! The pita and crudite for the dip trio were delicious and all of the dips were tasty! We all shared entrees. We had the braised lamb shank- which was so tender and flavorful- literally fell off the bone and melted in your mouth. The scallop risotto- the scallops were cooked to perfection and the risotto was so light. And we also had the tajine braised short rib which was also so tender and flavor and the presentation was 10/10 on everything! Bright food on the plates. Seriously the food was as beautiful as was delicious.

Loved. The ambience is amazing. Loved the indoor-outdoor feel. So open. Busy so I would make a reservation. We had a party of 8. Our waiter was amazing. Answered all our questions. I tried the Big Greek Mocktail. Very refreshing--almost a shrub-like taste. We also tried the trio and I loved the combo of flavors there as well. And, that pita bread. Amazing. For my entrée I wanted to try one of everything. That brings me to my only complaint, I wish there were even smaller plates to mix and match. I went with the roasted cauliflower and I could have eaten a tub of the jalapeno-tahina sauce. I also tried the beet salad. It was good but I would probably try another plate next time. Others around the table tried the sweet and sticky ribs (a huge portion), the polenta and shrimp, the harissa shrimp kabobs, and skirt steak shawarma. Of course we all tried tastes. The skirt steak was fork tender, the ribs were delicious and the polenta was amazing (again). Will be back.

I was so happy to discover this super cute restaurant in okc. The food is amazing and the service was nice. They do not have a lot of Chardonnay options however they made a delicious spicy margarita for me during happy hour. I absolutely loved every single item ordered. I would come back here with my eyes closed.

Best restaurant in Chisholm Creek, by far. atmosphere 5/5 food 5/5 service 5/5 value 5/5 My favorite thing about coming here is that the food is superb and hanging out on their patio feels like you're in another city, for a moment it can feel like you're on vacation. Get anything with their homemade pitas. They are outstanding. The dip appetizer was a party in my mouth. I loved every. single. bite. For a late lunch two of us had the dip appetizer and split the beef short rib and it was so much food; all of it was lovely. I can't wait to go back. It's not a cheap place, but these days, nothing is. Great place to hangout anytime, but certainly a great date spot too. Way to go, team Riserva, y'all knocked it out of the park. Not sure why I waited so long to review this place but it's one of my go-tos for drinks and appetizers/shared plates. The short rib hummus is so delicious. Tender meat, creamy hummus, and I get a side of veggies since I'm gluten free. Their wine selection is pretty amazing. Cocktails are well balanced and easy to sip. Such a great spot especially when the weather is good on the patio! The service at the bar is top- notch. Can't say enough good things about this spot!

My friend made it there before me and was already seated. I was greeted and brought water as soon as I sat down. Based on the servers recommendation we ordered the short rib hummus. IT WAS AMAZING! Get it. We also got a pitcher of the sangria. I wasn't a fan. It said winter and it was giving winter vibes. I would love to see a sparkling sangria on the menu. I had the lamp chops (the turmeric rice is spicy FYI) and they were cooked perfectly with the best flavor. My friend got the mussels and loved them. 10/10 recommend!

Went to Riserva for a night out with friends and absolutely loved the vibe here! Place is super elegant, super chic, perfect for a night out with friends or for date night. The price point is a little on the higher end, and portions are alright, but the food is pretty good! Favorites are the ground lamb flatbread and the short rib hummus for appetizers. The pita was warm and soft, and the hummus was delicious. Lamb flatbread was spiced perfectly, too! On mains - we got the tagine braised short rib, and while the flavors were there, I think it was a little chewier than I'd like. But the market fish was *chefs kiss*! Cooked perfectly, little crispy on the outside and flaky on the inside. The rice that came with the fish was great, too, so it comes very highly recommended. On cocktails - I don't drink much, but decided to have a few sips for the night and the "Dama Blanca" and "Fig Bang Theory" were SO good. Overall - great place, great cocktails, great food. We'd go back for sure!!

We got there and were seated immediately with our reservation which was nice. The short rib hummus alone might be the reason I'm giving the 5 stars. Wine selection also had great options for pairings with each of the dishes. Unfortunately I'm too busy eating and thinking about my food and wine to take any photos. Would highly recommend.

My daughter highly recommended, so I had to try this food. The short rib hummus was crazy delicious as well was her other favorite, skirt steak schawarma. I loved the roasted sweet potato and the grilled watermelon salad. The depth of flavor in each dish is a true culinary experience. Ambience was lively and positive.

The first review I gave this restaurant was a one star because of lack of professionalism from the manager and greeter of the restaurant. The general manager reached out to me and wanted us to give them a second try. I was hesitant at first, but I believe in second chances. We received exceptional service this time. It appear that there had been some personnel changes since the last visit. The food is amazing and the service was great. The atmosphere is awesome. The new manager Rob was very welcoming and was overwhelmingly apologetic from the last encounter. He treated us with respect and Was very kind. Again, this restaurant has exceptional food and the drinks are so great. Now I can say the service there is also amazing thank you Rob and the rest of the staff for an exceptional evening., Thank you, Mr. Simpson, who made the necessary changes to improve the service at this restaurant.

Riserva has won my heart. I looked at the menu online before going and I was very disappointed and dismissive because I thought this would be a Spain/Portugal themed restaurant but when I saw hummus and pita and fatoush I really didn't want to go. The word tapas was key, but I decided not to be critical to its origins and just say "why not call middle eastern mezza tapas instead?" because there are many shades of red and to say maroon is not red would cause disappointment and would be dismissive The place has a strange floor plan. It's like a rectangle dining room and a square bar area. The patio seems to be as large as the entire interior space. If there is a group of people walking in talking to the host stand then there isn't space for another group to enter to talk to the host stand so designate one person for your group to check in and just wait outside for them to exit or wave you in All. Of. The. Food. Was. Phenomenal! Holy wholes I was like whoa once the food started shuttling out. Across the group we must have ordered everything on the menu except desserts. The word tapas kept true with its sharing focus because each of these dishes was indeed sharable. The range of flavors across the menu was so wild and it is an enjoyable contrast. If the dish doesn't have a sauce smeared on the plate then you'll get ramekins with a mint-like pesto paste thing or a tomato relish pico thing and all of the sauces were intensely flavorful and a great accompaniment for all of the food. The whipped feta yogurt sauce under the mint cucumber dish was ssssssssssssssssssssinful omgeeeeeeeee Alcohol situation is probably the most comprehensive around the city with unique cocktails, classic cocktails, beer, wine, shots, and non-alcoholic alternatives(mocktails). The bloody Mary is not garnished at all; not even with one measly green olive, but it was probably the best bm I've had, but super strange that a skewer of something isn't garnishing the drink Waitstaff was all awesome despite how packed and chaotic the place seemed; they all crushed it with kindness, patience, and attention. I enjoyed my time here and I was comfortable but almost everyone was complaining how hot it was in there, and it was so dang loud. Some type of sound absorbing wall/ceiling deco could help bring the dBs down Looking forward to trying desserts next time and for sure there will be several next times

I wish I would have a taken a picture of our dinners. Brisket hummus and Scallops...yum! ALL drinks are phenomenal! The patio is a PLUS!!

No complaints -- our Thursday date night was perfect. We made a reservation for the bar high top 30 min before arriving. The bar tender was our lead server, and he worked his tail off from initial drink order to final check. The food is outstanding -- highly recommend the lamb chops with a side of avocado cream to help cool the spice without taking from the flavor.

For casual atmosphere. Knowledgeable service, wine list. Seared Scallops were delicious. Fresh pita with appetizer. Yum!

Wow the flavors from fire roasted jalapeños tahini with alepeno chili, mint and pomegranates hummus serve with grilled cauliflower on top. Oh my goodness was that a party in your mouth. Avocado crema with orange pesto and pickled beets topped with patachios the flavors are out of this world. Cherloma is " cumin, coriander, lemon and paprika " rubbed all over the sword fish and then grilled to perfection and placed on abed cousous. Was scrumptious. The server was happy and really enjoyed his job. Offered us drinks and he allowed us to sample wines. Very generous before making our choice. Covered outdoor area with fire places. Very nice on cold winter Night. Don't pass this place up set out of you comfort zone and go try it. You won't be disappointed.

So I decided to try something out of my norm for my birthday this year. The new beautiful Riserva Bar + Tapas was the winner. I honestly don't venture out as often as I should when it comes to different cuisines, but my boyfriend and sister always get me out of my comfort zone. So we went Mediterranean! It was a great surprise. We had sticky ribs, the Tajine Braised Short Rib, potatoes Patatas Bravas and more. The meat portions were great and everything was seasoned well. The Patatas Bravas style the show! They were crisp perfection paired with the smoked paprika aioli. I could come weekly just for this dish and wouldn't care! The ambiance is great for a romantic dinner or dinner with friends. I'd say leave the kids behind if it is dinner plans. Not to say the restaurant won't accept them, but it is a sophisticated feel here which I loved. May have to go this weekend!

The food was excellent. You can taste the flavors and textures as listed on the entrees. Definitely Middle Eastern inspired. Our service was amazing. We arrived much earlier than reservations and were seated immediately. The ambiance was outdoor lounge with a bar, but cozy and light, vibrant but sexy. 10/10 will go back again!

In Okc for the weekend, never had lamb and they executed it properly. Very good crowd and feel inside the building. Bartenders were very polite. Also one more thing about the lamb, it's amazing.

I had the short rib hummus that's served with their pita bread that is fresh and fluffy as a cloud! The service was great and it was absolutely perfect for a night on their patio. We also got the flat skirt steak shawarma (forgot to take a pic) that is served on top of whipped feta...and again the fluffy pita bread. It was full of flavor and incredibly delightful. I highly recommend both!
