I was lucky to take the Roaster School 101 at Rising Tide. It was a well-organized and highly informative experience. The class offered a thoughtful introduction to the roasting process, led by knowledgeable and passionate instructors in a warm, welcoming environment. I especially appreciated the hands-on portion and the opportunity to deepen my understanding of specialty coffee. Highly recommend for anyone looking to explore coffee in a relaxed, supportive setting and build their knowledge. Looking forward to the next class!

Wow! Where would we all be without a community roasting place like Rising Tide?? They really do raise all boats! They make every single roasting dream come true and they're constantly focused on providing excellent service. We would be scrambling without them and we rely heavily on their expertise and execution.

Amazing one of a kind coffee experience! The owners and employees are extremely passionate and knowledgeable. It’s a co-op, where the people behind the beans are also the ones making the decisions. There’s a real sense of community, transparency, and sustainability here. Staff are friendly and always happy to share brewing tips or chat about origins. If you're a coffee lover, this place is a gem, highly recommended!

I have had the opportunity to receive roasting training from Rising Tide, and our sessions have been very informative and engaging. RTRC is building a strong and inclusive community around coffee. Creature Coffee has been utilizing the Rising Tide roasting facilities for a couple of months now and we just love it. The people, the community, the equipment, the coffee, the knowledge sharing, the positive vibes, everything is on point. RTRC is an amazing local coffee roasting coop that lowers the barrier to entry for new roasted coffee companies. The owners are wonderful and host many events too! Highly recommend

Sarah and Kimberly’s knowledge of coffee roasting and the specialty coffee industry have been incredibly helpful. The space is awesome and welcoming, and they’re so accommodating to everyone.
