Lobster tail wins all. This hundred year old bakery has a lot of good stuff. No price tag but the price is reasonable. They offer various types of cake and pastry and cookies. All look fresh and tasted great. Not too sweet and not too strong in dairy flavor, which is exactly what I like. Staff is friendly too.

*Update October 7, 2024* Closing soon :( As loyal customers for many years my family and I were very sad when we learned the Ridgefield location will be closing this month. I will miss my fig bars, cookies and so much more and my father will miss his weekly cannolis. They will be keeping their Emerson location open and we will continue to order all our cakes from them we’ll just have to take a bit of a longer trip to get them. We recently ordered a cannoli cake I will post a pic of and as usual it was delicious. Such a shame Ridgefield is losing such an amazing place. August 2024 A Huge thank you to the Rispoli staff (in Ridgefield) for the amazing cannoli birthday cake you made for my father David that we picked up today (along with a few fig bars I really love) it was perfectly decorated and absolutely delicious as always! My family and I have been customers for many years especially for special occasions and have never been disappointed. Congratulations on recently earning the title of Jersey's best and the number one must-try bakery. No complaints about their food, i wish there were something they could do to streamline the ordering process. Very confusing for the first timer. Cannoli - great! Would eat again Fig bars - good Cassata - good Chocolate mousse bar - great! Would eat again Napoleon - great! Would eat again Baba Rum pastry - too wet. I don't know what i expected but not my thing.

A note for all the folks nearby - You can fit 6 boxes of cookies from this bakery into a flare rate USPS box and send them to your kids who had to live across the country for work. They will appreciate it more than you know.

I’ve heard great things about Rispoli’s but haven’t tried it yet until my friend brought over some sfogliatella (aka lobster tails) and some other pastries. The pastries were good but that sfogliatella was something else. It was so light and crispy. I loved it so much that I decided to go the following Saturday and pick some up for my family. It was around 10 am on a Saturday and there were only a couple of people there, but I was told it can get packed. Most of the cookies are by weight, and the pastries are a set price (ie. Lobster tails are $5 a pop). Overall, a great options if you’re looking for some Italian sweets. Next time, I’ll be trying their pignoli cookies.

Today, I tried their pistachio lobster tail. Very delicious and flaky! They have a wide array of Italian pastries and I always come here to pick up a box of pastries to bring to the office. From their tiramisu to bombas to their sfogliatella, which is a must try. This place has been making pastries for decades. You must try it.

Love their lobster tails; pastry is flaky and chantilly cream is so light and creamy! I tried their tiramisu, eclair and sfogliatella for the first time today and was underwhelmed. I would go back for their lobster tails any day though.

Absolutely amazing pastries. Not to mention the finger licking lobster tail filled with chantilly cream. 10/10 highly recommend and can’t wait to come back. Also very great service and friendly staff.
