Excellent Cuisine Undermined by Service Inconsistencies The quality of the ingredients is genuinely excellent , with outstanding cured meats (salumi) and perfectly cooked meat. The culinary experience, on a purely gastronomic level, is high. A notable positive exception is the lady proprietor, who was extremely kind and welcoming. However, the overall service experience was distinctly below the standard one would expect from a restaurant featuring this level of cuisine. The staff, excluding the lady owner, appeared distracted and, on certain occasions, displayed an unprofessional approach. Specifically, when we politely requested a change of table, we perceived the response as dismissive and slightly discourteous. While the food merits top marks, an inattentive or perceived arrogant service style significantly diminishes the enjoyment of the meal, making the overall experience unpleasant. Based on the complete experience—where the quality of the service failed to match the excellence of the kitchen—my evaluation reflects this disparity.

We visited 3 Noci for a delicious lunch on our roadtrip to northern Italy. Having booked a table long time ago, we looked very much forward to our visit. And everything we could have wished for came true. Fantastic, authentic food cooked with care from the best local produce. Wonderful wine selection. And the most welcoming, friendly and cheerful staff. Service is next level with great attention to every small detail. The room was full of locals (we were the only tourists) having mostly business lunches - and clearly many regulars. Lovely vibe of relaxed elegance. A big bonus was the warm welcome of our two dogs. Not a problem - in fact nothing at all was a problem at 3 Noci. I wish I could go again soon. Greetings from Denmark.

No other restaurant surpass this in Quality of the Services they provide ! The Cristini Family : Emy, Daniela, Loredana, Giovanni Jr & Sr., and Camilla give the TOP in Customers Service ! Everything is INCREDIBLE GENUINE and Made from Scratch at the moment you ask !

I decided to take a couple of my colleagues to the restaurant as suggested by one of them. The place has got several seats available. Service is good. The restaurant is very expensive comparing with what they serve and they give to you. I believe you pay the name rather than the food just because they are there for many years. there are 6 euro fixed for each person (service) as soon you sit lol. We took 2 starters, 2 grilled mix, 1 fillet steak, 2 desserts (couple of balls of apple ice cream), 1 and half bottle of wine = total 191 euro for 3 people. If you go somewhere else in Bergamo Area for 191 euro you eat in 5 people! So that's why I put 3 stars in total.

Everything is focused on perfection.  If you enjoy wood fire grilled meats, this is the place to go.  The steaks are dry aged and each steak is custom cut and grilled on a wood fire.  The flavor is well developed and the meat is super tender.  All of the menu items including their own salumi and carpaccio along with incredibile pastas and risotto complement the main course.  The fresh salad cart is fantastic and adds to the experience.  Antipasti and dolce are  equally over the top.  It's paradise for meat lovers and everything that goes with it.

Always great attention and top quality food. Steaks are grilled on an Open Fire..on a huge grill at the entrance by a master griller. Seasonal specials are always offered. Many regional specialties..Good wine selection and great champagne knowledge

The food is absolutely flawless, the tartare is simply the best you will ever find. The overall atmosphere is absolutely amazing, as all the personnel make you feel at home. By far one of the best restaurants I've ever been to.
