MEMORABLE DINNER @ ACQUADA, BEST CHOICE IN TOWN. We chose a 9-course (really 11) tasting menu for a bday celebration at this chic restaurant, and were blown away by the quality, freshness, innovative mix of ingredients and flavors, besides the artsy presentation and top notch service . THE CHEFF, SARA PRECERUTI, came to our table to gather our opinion! We felt honored with such gracious gesture. She earned the Michelin Star for a reason that is completely obvious when one visits her restaurant, ACQUADA. GRAZIE mile Ms. Preceruti and all the wonderful , knowledgeable and courteous staff that waited on us!!! We shall be back on our next trip to Milan, Italy.

Wow, wow, wow!! Don’t miss an opportunity to visit this newly transplanted establishment from Porlezza to Milan. Opened in February right before the unfortunate pandemic shut down this restaurant was open for mere few weeks before being asked to close it’s doors for COVID-19 precautions. They just recently reopened, and in my opinion delivering stellar service and cuisine in the heart of Milan Italy. Being in the wine & hospitality Industry I greatly look forward to my travels abroad to visit some of the most highly acclaimed restaurants wherever I go. Dragging my husband with me. LOL. Chef Sarah and her team were just incredible. Bouncing back from some thing like we have experienced in the past year cannot be easy and they’ve handled it with fortitude and grace. Every step of service, every course, every replaced piece of silverware demonstrated extra attention to detail. We know it is not easy delivering this say after day with reduced covers as everyone gets back on their feet and we appreciate it so much! Now on-to dinner: I am one of those foodies that doesn’t LOVE sweet with my savory but all the fruits Chef Sarah introduced to our experience was amazing. The thought put into these dishes you feel as you enjoy every course is something I have never experienced. As if We were almost in chefs shoes. I was asking my husband what he thought chef wanted us to get out of that particular course. The poached egg dish was amazing as well as the trout & the risotto. The never-ending dessert course was delectable (don’t miss out on the house specialty that includes goat cheese ice cream! 😋) along with the late harvest Grillo our server offered as accompaniment. Side note: I think restaurants of this caliber discount the value of having the chef “touch a table” even if for moment to say thank you. Chef Sarah came by to be sure everything was perfect and we had the opportunity to tell her how talented she really is. Great job! If you are interested in a chic-yet-cozy location for your next romantic dinner in Milan, look no more. I promise you won’t be disappointed! Best wishes for many successful years to come Chef Sarah & Staff. We will be back!! Service was a stellar 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Well Done.

We loved everything about our visit. We had the tasting menu (my friend took the fish, I took the meat) which allowed us to taste a large variety of dishes. Each of them was prepared with a lot of care and was an interesting combination of flavours. We enjoyed every last bite! The staff was also very welcoming and friendly and offered great advice on wine and dishes. It was a very pleasant experience and we highly recommend a visit!

The restaurant is a bit upperish in the spirit but not in the plates. Our main course was cold and a bit chewy. The desert was very minimalistic.

Was a bit underwhelming after reading about the chef and the Michelin star. Execution was pretty good but the exotic and unusual ingredient combinations seemed to be reaching.
