Entering Angiolina's is not a mystical experience like in other restaurants of this level. the restaurant is very simple but Brigida's smile that welcomes you is genuine and inviting. Once seated, each dish, strictly seafood, is spectacular. the unstructured Frisa in the glass or the tuna bresaola and the immeasurable fried anchovies meatballs... would have eaten 8 kilos of them. sublime. How they recommend the courses, the pairings, the wine and how they succeed…because they succeed trust me, to delight you with dessert deserves only a prolonged applause.
