Ristorante Aqua

I checked it and it was delicious! Everyone writes about some rats at the entrance, but the hotel is renovated and everything is fine here, if you don't like rats, you need to go to Dubai:))), yes, I waited a long time for the order to be accepted, 30 minutes, and even expressed my dissatisfaction, but they heard my wishes and started taking the order after 30 minutes, I tried it and that's it! and it was high quality, but you shouldn't expect everything to be fast! but the fact that it's delicious is true! and yes, I chose the wine 🍷 myself and they agreed with my opinion that Velpolichella is an excellent wine always ....:🤫 P.S. Thank you to the chef and the team for what you do! I think this place is definitely worth visiting and be simpler in your reviews, no matter what kind of interior furniture and what animals greeted you at the entrance, the team and the CHEF are trying to cook something new for you. Italy 🇮🇹 is one of the countries at the top in gastronomy!

Updated in response to reply: If all this is the case, it would have been appropriate to communicate this to the customer. If it is such fine dining why did no one come check on us at all throughout our dining or come to refill our when glasses? You can tell from their reply that there is a defensive attitude. I’ve been to many fine dining gourmet places with far better service and food. Original review below: Before ordering the 39 euro zucchini florets I asked the waiter: “Is this big enough as a main course,” specifying I was looking for something filling for dinner. He ensured me it was. When it came (see photo) I was shocked to find just three small florets, hardly a dinner. When I complained to the manager he said, “Perhaps I didn’t understand you before my English is not good.” Meanwhile, when I had questions about the wine we ordered I found his English vocabulary to be the best I’ve encountered on my entire trip across Italy. Rather than offering me another dish as a courtesy I was encouraged to order another. And to top it off he said “Perhaps you didn’t understand this place is gourmet.”

One of the best restaurants I have ever been to. Everything was perfect and up to expectations. From the reservation to the restaurant, welcoming, food, atmosphere and staff. The food was delicious and well served and presented. The atmosphere was very pleasant and romantic. The staff were very friendly and polite. They were really experienced and helpful. They explained every detail of the food we had ordered. We went for tasting menu ( meat based ). Every dish was served in a different style and they were very delicious. It worthed every single euro we paid. The restaurant deserved to have a michelin star. Highly recommended and surely worth visiting again.

Aqua serves a delectable 5 course tasting experience for 85 euro. We ordered 1 dry aged fish menu and one meat menu so we could try both. Very nice, pure flavours! Nice, polite service willing to help you with special request (like wine pairing). Recommended!

We had a phenomenal dinner at Aqua. We decided to let the chef surprise us with a fish based menu. It was a great meal that we will not forget. The starter with fresh scallops was our highlight. The service was impeccable. 12 out of 10. Cannot wait to return!

The best foodie experience on this Italian holiday! Amazing food. Everything we had was absolutely delicious. Interesting fusions, very nicely presented food. Superb staff. Lovely seating with great views of the lake! Go for the Michelin star! You deserve it.

The view is impeccable. The restaurant was clean and they even sat us by a door to crack open during our meal since it was warm inside. The food was truly very good. However, I would not consider this a foreigner friendly restaurant. There was definitely a bit of snark in regard to our attempted choices and some giggling. There was also quite a bit of noise inside the restaurant.

Absolutely amazing experience, presentation and taste was top-notch. Clean, warm, beautiful atmosphere. Each dish has it's own story and it was a pleasant experience trying their tasting menu. Highly recommend
