This restaurant deserves a Michelin star.
I chose à la carte, since I felt compelled by the selection of dishes. I was not disappointed.
The beef tartare was amazing, and I'm usually very picky about it, as you can find the dish pretty much everywhere nowadays. However, the seasoning was absolutely perfect.
Their seafood carbonara was splendid, nothing could have made it taste better. The chef recommended it himself, and it was spot on.
The sole cannolo was another true highlight, as the dish was balanced to perfection with the sauce.
The wine recommendations were spot on, the service impeccable and welcoming.
They could use 1 or 2 more waiters in the room that are trusted with orders and the bill, but that's only a very slight discomfort.
