We came to this restaurant with high expectations, it turns out the money was not worth it at all. The service was quite slow. The quantities were too small and all dishes lacked salt. The bread was low quality and not fresh (see picture). Not up to a gastronomic restaurant’s standards. Absolutely disappointing!

My fiancé and I got a reservation via recommendation from the Michelin Guide and we were not disappointed!! The food was awesome (foie gras, chateaubriand), but the real standout was the service. We were treated like family, the host (Matti (?)) came over and welcomed us, and the whole evening just felt super warm, friendly, and very professional. Great last night meal in Corvara.

Portions are small, taste is average. Service is slow. They bring the bread from the day before or maybe more. If prices are that much high everything should be near to perfect. Such an upset....

Its almost as if they are catering to the review parameters because their food and service and atmosphere was all 5 star. Their wine is also the ultimate.I could even bring my clean quiet little poodle!

We came here on Monday 18th and the atmosphere was excellent: great music (piano and violin), excellent bar and a very attentive service. Food was OK’sh: Risotto with oysters, in my view, had a quiet unbalanced taste. Ever though i really like oysters, the dish was not for me. Pumpkin pasta was a little plain. Tiramisu was all cream and a tiny biscuit in the middle. You might get all expected layers in one spoon a couple of times and the rest will be just cream. We were back for cocktails and great atmosphere.

The lively Bistrot Music Club, helmed by head bartender Antonio Virili. The Bistrot Music Club features a spectacular circular bar counter and backbar as a centerpiece. There are five bar stools along with three cozy banquettes which wrap around the counter, allowing guests to get a great view not only of Antonio Virili and his talented team of bartenders. At the Bistrot, the dominant color is red, which is complimented by the soft lighting and the artisanal wooden walls and ceiling. The red color of the Bistrot makes one immediately think of the Negroni, which happens to be one of the most requested classics at the bar. There is also the Negroni Aged, a barrel-aged negroni with London dry gin, Barolo Chinato, Campari bitter and four artisanal sweet vermouths that has been aged for 2 months in a Chestnut wood barrel. Because of its popularity with guests of the Bistrot, it has been a signature “fuori menù” since 2019. The focus for Virili and his team is delivering perfectly executed classics as well as artful reinterpretations of timeless recipes. Other popular classics at the Bistrot, perhaps of no surprise given the wintery surroundings, include whiskey-based Boulevardier, Manhattan, Old Fashioned and Sazerac cocktails. The team prides itself on reproducibly executing their cocktails, as exemplified by their house Martini cocktail, which includes Tanqueray 10 gin pre-mixed 3:1:1 with Noilly Prat dry vermouth and water in the same bottle. In this way, the Tanqueray bottle can be removed from the freezer at -10˚C with the liquid poured directly into a chilled coupette from the same compartment, to ensure the same ice cold and crisp Martini each and every time.

Frequentiamo La Perla da tempo, veniamo ogni anno e la cena al ristorante o al bistrot è un punto fermo. Ma la cena di ieri merita di essere menzionata perché è stata una vera delusione. Non solo il servizio è stato lento e disorganizzato – abbiamo aspettato 40 minuti prima che arrivassero semplicemente il pane e il vino – ma la qualità e soprattutto la quantità del cibo erano assolutamente inaccettabili. L’“Insalata delle Dolomiti” a 25€ era composta da una manciata di foglioline verdi, neanche condite. A malapena 10 grammi di insalata, misticanza dalle nostre parti, scondita e tristemente presentata. Le fettuccine al tartufo, Una porzione minuscola, consistevano in due fettuccine arrotolate con 4 scaglie di tartufo. Ci siamo sentiti sinceramente presi in giro. Siamo ben disponibili a pagare caro un certo livello di servizio e di qualità ma non siamo disponibili ad essere presi in giro! Ci dispiace dirlo, ma se questo è il nuovo standard, non torneremo presto. Peccato.
