Superb cooking, easily at a Michelin star level and better than several starred restaurants I've been to. I had the spaghettone with sea urchin/crab, the morone fish fillet with prawn sauce and the peach tarte tatin. All were cooked to perfection, artfully combining Italian ingredients with French techniques. The service was also top-notched: gentle, friendly but not intrusive. Mr. Max also gave nice recommendations for wines and places to visit. I cannot wait to return.
