Ristorante Burje 1968

One of the best meal we had in Italy. So good we came back twice during our short stay in Corvara! Every dish was perfectly executed. We enjoyed the service from David and Massimo. Would not be surprised if this place gets a Michelin star - well deserving and much better than many places we have dined with star.

Superb cooking, easily at a Michelin star level and better than several starred restaurants I've been to. I had the spaghettone with sea urchin/crab, the morone fish fillet with prawn sauce and the peach tarte tatin. All were cooked to perfection, artfully combining Italian ingredients with French techniques. The service was also top-notched: gentle, friendly but not intrusive. Mr. Max also gave nice recommendations for wines and places to visit. I cannot wait to return.

Outstanding service and food. Can't thank enough to Massimo and Alexandra for the wonderful experience. The tagliatelle, the veal and the millefeuille desert were absolutely delicious. We will be back for sure!

Absolutely fabulous restaurant. Impeccable service and the food is 10/10. I also really liked the atmosphere and table setting, very private even when there are many guests. Highlights of the menu for me were the mountain egg starter, and the roe deer secondo.

3.5 stars. Surprised that our meal wasn’t better given the nearly 5-star reviews. Food was good, not amazing. The first course was served while one of us was away from the table. Only bottled water available at 5€. Fish was prepared fine but overall lacking depth of flavor expected. Service was perfunctory. We have dined from Michelin stars to pizza all over the EU. Maybe an off night?

Food was good. Out of 7 dishes 5 were really tasty. Service was a bit slow, especially after ordering the bill - the wait was much too long. When guests need to leave, the check needs to be delivered immediately. Desert wine was just OK, we expected better experience. Otherwise I would recommend but not for this price. Paying premium you’d expect impeccable and swift service.
