Great dishes with a focus on local ingredients. The staff (especially the main waiter) was very helpful in explaining all the options. Our kids usually eat more than we do, but the starter with focaccia and prosciutto was really large. I'd recommend to serve a portion that is only about half the size, especially for a starter. Reservations are recommended, although it was relatively quiet on a week day. We didn't stay in the hotel, but definitely will consider that for another visit. It looks amazing and really nice to wind down after a long day in the mountains.

One of the best meal we had in Italy. So good we came back twice during our short stay in Corvara! Every dish was perfectly executed. We enjoyed the service from David and Massimo. Would not be surprised if this place gets a Michelin star - well deserving and much better than many places we have dined with star.

Solid if a bit "safe" tasting menu cuisine with a couple misses along the way. This would be fine if the meal wasn't marred by largely cold and apathetic service delivered slowly. The wine list was missing vintage and other important descriptive information which made it a bit hard to navigate and was surprising in a restaurant of this caliber, with no patience or assistance from the server. The restaurant was uncomfortably warm having us shedding garments in hopes of not sweating too much in a dining room that included only one other table all night. Also worth noting that tipping here is very much expected and it was made clear that service was not included. Our party felt pressured into leaving a much larger tip than we would have as the server had us run a new check simply to leave him a gratuity. Our experience felt thoroughly out of step with the very warm hospitality of the rest of the dining establishments in town and we were surprised with our experience considering the largely positive reviews. Keeping in mind we had an early reservation that they pushed back for us to accommodate our family that arrived off an international flight later than expected, which was very much appreciated. However, the service reflected massive irritation from our later reservation from the host stand to the service team.

Superb cooking, easily at a Michelin star level and better than several starred restaurants I've been to. I had the spaghettone with sea urchin/crab, the morone fish fillet with prawn sauce and the peach tarte tatin. All were cooked to perfection, artfully combining Italian ingredients with French techniques. The service was also top-notched: gentle, friendly but not intrusive. Mr. Max also gave nice recommendations for wines and places to visit. I cannot wait to return.

Outstanding service and food. Can't thank enough to Massimo and Alexandra for the wonderful experience. The tagliatelle, the veal and the millefeuille desert were absolutely delicious. We will be back for sure!

Absolutely fabulous restaurant. Impeccable service and the food is 10/10. I also really liked the atmosphere and table setting, very private even when there are many guests. Highlights of the menu for me were the mountain egg starter, and the roe deer secondo.
