Ristorante Casa Bertini

I have been here for my birthday having served two tasting menus. The location is warm and welcoming, in the fabulous Italian region of Marche. The serving and the food was excellent, prepared by an experienced kitchen team - the Chef, Andrea, attended the table for the birthday cake, it was a pleasant surprise and thank you for the effort. The food was prepared nicely, the tastes were balanced and surprising in a good way, no wine pairing but the options were many to choose from if needed. Italian cuisine is about simplicity, and I think Andrea made a perfect blend of products and recipes to well reflect the local region. We will be back whenever possible.

A very unique experience of Italian food caught from a different point of view. I appreciated the delicious taste of dishes and the whole experience of dining at Casa Bertini but just one dish. It was not a lucky one for me. The chef was so kind to talk with me about that and I was surprised by his amazing availability. Thank you so much, see you soon!

During our holiday in Recanati we had dinner in Casa Bertini twice. The first time we tried the tasting menu, the second visit we ordered à la carte. A second visit is often dissapointing, but in Casa Bertini this certainly was not the case. You feel welcome from the moment you arrive until you leave, Sandra and Matteo are very attentive, kind and knowledgeable. The dishes are beautifully presented, very well balanced and very tasteful. Chef Andrea mainly uses local products and inventively combines them with various herbs and spices. The only suggestion we have regards the music. The playlist could be a little lighter and jazzier, but of course this is very personal. Anyway, don't hesitate to make a reservation in Casa Bertini if you're in for a special experience.

By far the best restaurant in Recanati. Very tasteful interior design. Attentive and polite service. You can tell that the chef learned at Uliassi. The only area to improve was the music playlist. We will be back very soon!

Esperienza suggestiva, abbiamo fatto chiaramente menù degustazione. Ho richiesto di inserire nel menu a sorpresa il risotto e sono stato accontentato pienamente! Piatti con ingredienti km 0 Staff molto preparato e lo chef molto bravo e gentile. Ci sono state molte portate, anche molte sorprese! Consigliato!

Esperienza davvero splendida! Tutto è stato semplicemente perfetto: il servizio attento e gentile, i piatti curati in ogni dettaglio e ricchi, e un’atmosfera accogliente che fa sentire subito a proprio agio. Abbiamo avuto anche il piacere di parlare con lo chef per una decina di minuti, e si percepisce immediatamente la sua umanità, la genuinità e soprattutto la grande passione che mette nel suo lavoro. È raro incontrare persone così dedicate e autentiche (ed educate!!) Una cena speciale. Tutto veramente delizioso . Qualità della materia prima altissima. Si percepisce tutta la passione e lo studio degli abbinamenti in ogni singolo piatto . Location elegante con atmosfera romantica . Servizio impeccabile. Meriterebbe la stella Michelin senza alcun dubbio.

Siamo stati a cena in questo ristorante in occasione del mio compleanno. L’ambiente è minimal ma elegante e raffinato, attento ai particolari. Il personale di sala è estremamente gentile e discreto. Abbiamo optato per il menù degustazione composto da sette portate a sorpresa scelte dallo chef. È stato più un viaggio che una cena: piatti presentati in maniera impeccabile, con il giusto equilibrio tra una portata e l’altra a livello di sapori o odori tempistiche, accostamenti. È stato tutto perfetto. A fine pasto è arrivato lo chef a salutarci e parlarci della sua storia, cosa che abbiamo apprezzato molto. È stata la nostra prima esperienza in un locale così meritevole, non vediamo l’ora di tornarci. Grazie di cuore allo chef e a tutto lo staff.
