Ristorante con camere La Meridiana

Had a very nice meal in the restaurant. Offers several Spanish dishes. I had mussels Castilian style. Very nice. Staff very friendly and pleasant atmosphere.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel and lunch at the restaurant. The room was clean and nicely decorated. Owners are very friendly. Tip: WhatsApp/call owner when you arrive, the room is above the restaurant The pastry shop next door was very convenient, coffee in the morning and wine in the afternoon. If you have a chance to stop by this village I highly recommend it. I don’t speak Italian but had no issues because google translate did a great job with menus. I was surprised by the quality of the food (Michelin level) and the hospitality of everyone in the town (I can tell they know each other, so they know when you’re a visitor).

We had such a pleasant dining experience at this lovely restaurant. We had the set lunch menu and it was an incredible value for the quality of food served. All dishes were nicely presented, delicious and the service was excellent, very prompt and attentive. We will definitely return to dine again whenever we are in Domodossola.

We didn’t have a reservation but they were kind enough to allow us seating. Although there was a language barrier we managed to order and the friendly staff was helpful. The food was delicious as well. I’d recommend this family run business.

Absolutely stunning, service is exceptional best food we have had in Europe so far and priced very fair. Do yourself a favour and treat yourself to a night out.

I write this from the restaurant. We are currently waiting for 25 minutes the antipasti and they brought us sparkling water instead of still. At this point, I don’t care how good the food is, the coordination is disastrous. I just told them. They apologized saying that our “order was brought to another table, upstairs”. And nobody said anything!? The antipasti they just brought us are good, but not over the top. If you’re in a rush and you don’t want errors with your order, avoid this restaurant. We are beginning the (presumably) long wait for the main dish. It’s been more than 45 minutes in this basement…

We had a very pleasant dinner, with calm music and an incredible raw fish starter. Everything was so fresh, I wish I was hungry enough to eat it again. I'm coming back next time I'm in Domodossola! PS: They even sold us a bottle of their homemade Gentiana, which was really tasty and super balanced in flavour

We had a wonderful experience - with great food, great service and great wine. With our limited grasp of Italian the staff helped us at every opportunity and were just wonderful people. We highly recommend to all. Thankyou for a wonderful time with you and your staff.
