"Within the Nuvola complex of Lavazza, alongside recommending a visit to the Coffee Museum, Condividere springs from an idea and the consultancy of famed Spanish chef Ferran Adrià. It's the precise and extraordinary style of Chef Federico Zanasi that pampers its patrons. The dining room itself is unique, colourful, and vibrant, where music seems as prominent as the decor. Two tasting menus are offered: Festival and the longer Gran Festival, featuring a series of dishes and sometimes tastings that highlight the quality of raw materials, crafting recipes from few ingredients, occasionally technical and simpler at times, always brimming with flavour and often storytelling about the great Italian cuisine. For desserts, diners relocate to the lounge veranda, where they will smile at a sequence of small sweet delights. Since their opening, they've made a mark on the hearts of Turin residents—booking well in advance is highly advised." - Michelin Inspector

It’s hard to get a reservation but if you know someone it’s possible and takes planning. Once in though the suite of dishes is highly impressive in terms of inventiveness with some truly outstanding items and makes you thjno about how to recreate them. Some techniques they use will need more research. The only downside is the wine list in that it is a little limited and could do more justice especially to Italian as opposed to French wine producers. It’s a little expensive but as one would expect.

A blend of avantgarde technique and Italian cuisine, it's a very playful experience, but most importantly, the food tastes great! Some of the dishes were stunning, like the tomato gnocchi and the beef variation. The service is very "high touch" and you receive a lot of personal attention throughout the evening. Being relocated to a lounge area for the desserts is also a nice touch. I'm not a fan of the reservation system, but it helps elevate the exclusivity and prestige of the experience for the guests.

Such a treat. The restaurant is situated next to the Lavazza Museum, with a beautifully decorated interior. The food was delightful, with each course bringing a new experience. For dessert and coffee, you are moved to a separate room, which has more of a lounge vibe and is a nice way to cap off the evening. Reservations are hard to come by, but it was a very memorable experience to our visit to Turin. Highly recommended!

Wine service was very poor, the wine waiter was not up to the standard for a Michelin star restaurant. The food arrived before the wine was served , I asked twice to pour me some wine , no sort of any engagement with the client and with the bill I was charged a wrong bottle of wine costing 50 euro more. (luckily I checked the bill...). Regarding the menu the amount of food was very little , we went for the Grand Festival menu and we only filled at the end with the desserts (none of them were very exciting) Overall food quality is good but the portions are wrong and the wine service was poor almost no existed. For the money paid I will not return fir sure.

As suggested by its name, it is about sharing great food in a classy and original setting. Obvious inspiration from Spain and Ferran Adrià, applied to typical Italian dishes. Moving to another room for dessert adds to the experience. No wonder it’s difficult to book a table… start queuing!

Everything at Condividere is perfect. The experience is amazing and the opportunity to taste different dishes from a wide range of countries has made me speechless. From the starters to the dessert & coffee 1895 by Lavazza the service is excellent. I am really impressed about how many things are shared in a unique experience.

Amazing, amazing restaurant! What an experience this place is. Some of the best food you will eat and brilliant wine selection. Large menu selection the is tapas based for sharing. You can pick a degustation to make it easier too. Definitely worth a visit and the place to impress someone if you want to. Do yourself a favour.
