Ristorante Consorzio

Visited Consorzio while on a business trip an we welcomed warmly on arrival. We had no booking but that was no trouble. The service was really excellent and the food was pretty special. Genuinely loved the we were treated in this place and therefore giving a full 5 stars. Would highly recommend.

Highly recommended. We came for lunch, the food and wine were better than our expectations. A unique gem. The staff were could not have been better and there knowledge and passion for food and drink really showed.

Beautiful and cozy place, with traditional Piemontese dishes and a creative twist that I really appreciated. Antipasti and first courses were very good, but prices are quite high for the overall experience, and the meat in the second course, especially the lamb, did not taste fresh and was difficult to eat.

The food was gorgeous. Lovedddd the natural wine too. Only thing is I felt a little ignored by the staff, however you’re not going here for the service, youre here for the fooood

I want to preface this review by saying this is an offal restaurant, meaning they use the internal organs to cook with. Such a unique experience! They had natural wines by the glass on a board in the front of the restaurant. The drinks menu was for bottles only. For appetizers we ordered the bacon dish with egg and the fried anchovies. The anchovies three ways was SO GOOD. I felt the bacon dish was a bit heavy, but still great. For my main I ordered the tagliatelle with beef heart, it was so creamy and delicious. I cannot express how delicious this was ! And for dessert we had the pane cotta, again, a creamy explosion of flavor. I left very full!! It was a bit heavy on the cream side, as I’m lactose intolerant. But well worth the stomach ache.

First of all, I want to say that Piedmont is, for me, one of the most delicious regions on Earth — everything comes together here: nature, people, produce, wine, aesthetics, culture, and art! I always feel joy returning to this region, but one thing has consistently puzzled me — why was it so hard to eat well in Turin? How could the capital of such an incredibly rich region lack a place where flavor, atmosphere, and service all come together in harmony? Tomorrow is the World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2025 awards, and it brought me back once again to this beautiful city. I asked all my Italian and Georgian friends who are familiar with Turin for recommendations, but most of them, unfortunately, shared the same impression — finding truly great food here is not that easy… But this time, I was lucky! My friends recommended this incredible place, where the philosophy of Slow Food truly comes to life. You can feel the focus on quality ingredients from the very first bite. The design is cozy, the music is just right, the service is warm and unintrusive — which is rare. The wine list is outstanding. And most importantly — the food is absolutely delicious! I’m impressed and inspired. You’ve gained another loyal guest in me. I come from a small country — Georgia, the birthplace of wine — where we not only appreciate places like this, but carry them in our hearts. Wishing you great success!

Well this place deserves its reputation, and Michelin star. I really enjoyed my 2 hours there, and had some fascinating and interesting dishes. As did the mem-sahib. Offally good food, yes, of course, but that is the nature of the beast. If you don't like it, try McDonalds (delighted if all Yankees chose that). The overall meal was superb, and about 200 Euros for the two of us. We did not stint ourselves.

Well, the food we chose definitely it didn’t meet our expectations. If there’s a next time i’d try another dish, not the risotto or lamb belly

We are visiting Torino and decided to try some of the traditional food and dishes. This restaurant is a great experience! Their traditional dishes are executed in a creative style with well balanced flavors and ingredients. We had the agnolotti and the risotto as a first course and they were both exquisite with the agnolotti made with fresh hand made pasta. Ad a second dish we had the brasato and it was just delicious. The meat was very flavorful and tender. The torta alle nocciole is the perfect dessert for a really good meal. Service is very friendly and the wine list includes several types of barolo and barbera, red wines typical of the region. The atmosphere is casual with a traditional mountainous feel to the restaurant decor.

Michelin quality for the normal person's budget. Let me start by saying I ate menu items I have never liked before . This Italian chef knows what he is doing and each dish surprised me in taste, texture and even how it is cooked . I can now say I have had beef tartare and cheek! The crunchy egg was delicious and surprise .... Deep fried but yolk was soft boiled inside . The bread was delicious too. The presentations are like art . Heard it's hard to get reservations so plan way in advance . Only down side was it was really dark In the restaurant .... I like to see my food .

Uovo croccante was delicious for antipasti and Agnolotto gobbo was the best I've had in Turin so far. The meat filling was very tasty, light sauce and cooked perfectly. Enjoyable atmosphere during lunch time. Portions are not over the top-- just right for lunch.
