"In a narrow and elongated dining room, amidst subdued lighting and modern furnishings, Chef Patron Luca Floris champions a truly convincing culinary line. Whether dealing with meat or fish, his recipes reflect contemporary trends whereby the harmonious blend of ingredients is easily and delightfully discernible. Occasionally, the touch is more creative, such as with raw tuna carpaccio drizzled with the renowned Japanese teriyaki sauce, wherein soya’s savoury essence shines, enhanced by sweet chutney of Sardinian camoni tomatoes; at times it’s more classic, as with the Saint-Pierre scalopp atop varying vegetable textures." - Michelin Inspector

Good experience but rather too expensive for what it is. The flavor combinations in the food are innovative and surprise your mouth at most times but some of them fall short. They have nothing to drink other than bottled water and wine, and as a person who cannot drink alcohol medically, the lack of consideration to have some alcohol free options felt strange for a nicer restaurant that should consider limitations of diners. As well as the 4 course tasting menu took well over 2:30 hours to be finished. They offered us a free aperitivo and after my second clarification of not being able to drink alcohol just said “okay” and we waited. The sardines and ravioli were okay, the beef carpaccio was outstanding and so was the marshmallow/plum combination. The braised beef was also delicious. The service was strange. Maybe due to a language barrier so I cannot comment, but the whole experience in itself felt not quite up to the prices.

Best food on the island. If you’re going to Sardinia and don’t go here, you’re doing it wrong. Their home made bread deserves an extra mention, the best we’ve had in the Mediterranean.

One of the best meals of my life—if not the best. Chef Luca and his incredible team (shoutout to Barbara and Francesco) create such a unique and unforgettable dining experience. Every dish was a masterpiece, and the care and passion that goes into each detail truly sets this place apart. The atmosphere, the service, and the flavors were all outstanding. I can’t wait to come back and experience it again!

What an absolutely gem in Cagliari ! Waiters were attentive, polite and were very open. Food tasted great, my orders included: tuna tartar was great, Squid with seasonal veggies (my fav), Prawn ravioli and a divine dessert. Also received a few more tasters curtesy of waiter / chef. Keep it up, and no doubt why they are on the Michelin guide.

One of the best meals we had in Sardinia! I can still dream of the tempura and the sashimi dish!! The homemade breadsticks were also so good. The service was excellent! The waiter was very friendly and helpful and it was nice to speak with the chef. We've ate a lot more, but did not take a picture of every dish. I think that we got a lot more quality than the price that we've paid that night. The chef really likes to explore and we really appreciated the diversity in every dish. Highly recommended restaurant and i would consider flying to Cagliari sometime to enjoy their food again! Will be back in June :D Edit: unfortunately the location in the city is temporarily closed. I will visit the Poetto location and leave a review there.

Came after an Internet search for best restaurants in Sardinia sent me down after recommendations from several foodie blogs! Was not disappointmented. Had 5 course chef’s choice degustation (gluten and lactose free). Was amazing! Best meal in Sardinia hands down…. Chatted with chef after meal. Extensive Michelin Star experience in London, Paris and Spain. Highly recommended and worth if it you are coming to Cagliari!

Blown away by the food here. Truly impeccable, taste and presentation. Tried the barracuda with feta, mushroom ravioli, sting ray with spicy rice, and pear with malaga icecream for dessert. Service was highly attentive. Concept is inspired by the local market. Cannot recommend enough!
