Ristorante Il Desco

We had a wonderful dinner at Il Desco during our visit to Verona. From the moment we walked in, we felt warmly welcomed by the staff, who were not only very attentive but also radiated genuine hospitality and professionalism. The dishes were everything you’d expect from a fine dining experience – beautifully presented, creatively composed, and incredibly well balanced in flavor. Each course felt like a small journey through the culinary world, reflecting both precision and imagination.

One of the best Michelin-starred restaurants. The service, atmosphere, and especially the food were outstanding, with every flavor standing out beautifully. Usually, desserts leave me disappointed, but not this time, the final course was flawless. This is the restaurant I’ve been recommending to friends visiting Verona over the past year. Complimenti!

Brilliant. Just great, especially the private room. 7 mins walk to opera so eat at 18:30.

We loved the food, everything was amazing, also the service.We had a very nice waiter, who knew his way with wines and tasting.Nice manners also.Compliments to the chef and the staff, who really know their job. The table was not very comfortable, as it had a middle block foot and i could not stretch my legs especially as a woman wearing high heels, so i had to sit sideways all the time.Also, it was a little chill inside, but i noticed that's how it is everywhere, in every restaurant.If you wear sweater and winter boots, you're safe.But if you wear a dress with high heels be ready to shiver. The prices are actually cheap.We payed for 2 people around 500 euro 2 menus, a bottle of white wine, 2 grappas and a bottle of still water.In Romania, the same type of food but without the Michelin star, exceeds 500 euro for 2 people.Overall, if you like this type of food, you will love this restaurant. 100% recommend it!

Spectacular culinary experience! From the moment you walk in, they greet you with a warm, welcoming smile. The restaurant setting is elegant and rich in culture. Each dish is a pleasure for the taste buds. This was a great choice, and we will surely be back.

Truly magnificent experience. From dish to dish, wine selection, aperitivos, and - most of all - chef and the entire team and their exceptional hospitality- this was a wonderful and delicious evening out. Cannot wait to return! Also, there were so many vegetarian options! They called in advance to ensure that proper care was taken for all dietary restrictions, which showed they go the extra mile with their guests. A fantastic place.

Stunning experience. From the minute you enter the location, you are embraced by very friendly and attentive service. Food is above all expectations, I highly recommend to get a wine pairing - I promise you won’t regret it. We had tickets to Arena on the same evening, and the crew did everything to ensure we have a great evening and leave on time for the show. Can’t wait to be back and come here again without any hurry - because the place is absolutely worth to be the show on its own!

When planning our trips to Italy I look for dining experiences. We booked a reservation for this dining room months in advance (party of 3). We arrived at the designated time for our reservation and were warmly greeted and seated. Reservations with this establishment are recommended. Three set menus for the table are offered and if none of them are deemed suitable, you can choose 3, 4 or 5 course tasting options from the ala carte menu. For this evening we built a custom 5 course tasting menu option from the ala carte menu. Each course was plated fabulously and described passionately by our servers. All servers made a point of highlighting the preparation and inspiration when presenting the courses. Every course presented was exquisite and they were consumed as passionately as they were presented. All were excellent. Our menu selections had not included "the Egg". When the course arrived at our table it came compliments of the Chef. They wanted us to experience one of the house specialties. Happy they did as it turned out to be one of my favourites of the evening. Everyone was absolutely fabulous at this dining room. The staff was busy but was always attentive and extremely accommodating. This was an excellent evening. Thank you to all. We recommend this dining room
