Ristorante Il Fuoco Sacro

We had a great experience during last night’s dinner. I chose the icons 4 courses menu and I was delighted, it was very rich in flavour. The service was great, we particularly enjoyed chatting with Omar, he was well prepared, passionate and easy going. Great atmosphere, the dining rooms are quiet and have nice art exposed. Perhaps the only downside was the fact that there was no curated non-alcoholic pairing, which is something we expect in 2025.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely unforgettable. This was not only the best meal I had in Sardinia, but easily the best I’ve had all year. Every dish was a perfect balance of innovation and tradition, showcasing exceptionally fresh ingredients with a creative twist that never felt overdone. The service was flawless—attentive without being intrusive, warm, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and wine pairings. The staff made the entire evening feel special from start to finish. And the views… stunning. Watching the sunset over the coast while enjoying such a beautifully crafted meal elevated the entire experience to something truly magical. If you’re looking for a Michelin-star experience that delivers on every front, do not miss this place. I’ll be dreaming about this meal for a long time.

One of the best if not the best meal we had in Sardinia. Met the Michelin star chef, the managers, everyone was kind and friendly. Had a multi course meal with wine pairing while overlooking the sunset, mountains and sea from the rooftop. Could not have been lovelier. Ok could have if the bees had left us alone but we won’t fault the restaurant. Definitely won’t regret coming here.

The evening we spent dining at Fuoco Sacro was like none other I have ever experienced. From the moment we were shown to our table, the service, the charm, the sophistication, words are simply insufficient in the English language to adequately describe the combination of astonishingly delicious food, the wonderful view of the Sardinian coast, and the truly wonderful service from the delightful Omar. This was a night we will not only never forget but one we will forever treasure. Thank you Fuoco Sacro for the true culinary mastery and divine hospitality. A truly heavenly experience and the perfect way to celebrate our honeymoon.

Stellar diner at Il Fuoco Sacro. We had the signature dish tasting menu which is actually the perfect amount. Very good and innovative food, superb location (view and decor) and lovely service (Pietro - you’re the best ☺️). First time we found butter on this island 🙏🏼 Slightly disappointed by the wine.

The Michelin star restaurant dinner experience was devine. Every course is beautiful and so delicious as very well balanced. We had a beautiful evening. The stuff is very attentive and super friendly.

A great and wonderful location with a breathtaking view. The restaurant is suitable for large groups but I find it more intimate and romantic. As a Michellin-starred restaurant the food is presented in a great way. The service is professional and kind. We experienced a delicious main fish course but pity about the meat main course which was not at the same level.

Stunning view, exquisite food. Very expensive, but exceptional nonetheless. Had to wait quite a bit for the aperitive to start but from there only upward trend. Lemon pasta with shrimp tartare blew my mind. Also very considerate and friendly staff.
