Ristorante Kro

Food was average as well as the service. Price definitely too high for what I have eaten. The inside of the restaurant is very nice, covered in wooden walls and with stones ceiling. However, the food is noting special, I would say average if not below average. I had the snails and the risotto, the snails were definitely too fatty with too much Gorgonzola cheese and too much lard (you could not even taste the snails). The risotto with mushrooms had barely few mushrooms in… and tasted only of smoky flavor. Overall not impressed with the food.

We saw quite a lot of places, but this expierience we won`t forget. The service was not able to explain us the menu in english or any other language, so we had to guess. Unluckily i got three dishes with completely raw fish and meat, a main course consisting of completely raw meat combined with one leaf of lettuce. I returned it to the kitchen and was given the menu to choose something else, but refused to order a new dish. In the end we had to pay 63,36 % of the main dish, which is not understandable at all. Also my complaints to the manager were not understood in english at all. Don´t go there unless you don´t speak itialian and are prepared to eat a complete meal consisting of raw animals.

We had the privilege to eat at Ristorante Kro in February 2023. The vibes were warm and welcoming, the food- unforgettable!

Good food. Really cool cave like table seating. Nice atmosphere.
