"A small, minimalist restaurant in the town centre, where both the ambience and the cuisine are contemporary in style with a hint of Sardinian influence (the chef is originally from the island). Some of the dishes features fermented ingredients prepared on site." - Michelin Inspector

We wanted to try the tasting menu but had to get one main dish each instead because we needed to catch a train. The staff gave us something that felt like a full experience despite the rush. A complementary starter (see pic) and quite a full selection of bread before the main dishes. We ordered the fish and the Iberico. The fish was really quite good but the pork blew us away. The plum sauce had nuance and complexity almost beyond anything we have ever had. The chef really has a great deal of passion. As we ran to the train station still chewing on a leftover breadstick, my wife and I agreed that if we were ever back to Verona we would try their tasting menu.

First time in Verona and very happy with the experience here. Food is really good, service is excellent, very detailed oriented (gave me an English menu, explained everything in English and remembered about gluten intolerance and allergy with cheese to offer us an alternate dish). Husband is Italian but I am grateful that the staff that served us did not take the easy way out to explain everything in Italian and expect my husband to explain it to me in English like many other restaurants that we have been, including the starred Michelin. Water was refilled consistently and they noticed that our water needed refill almost immediately, not that we can’t refill our water on our own but this goes to show that they really paid attention! We think that for the food quality and service quality, this restaurant is priced fairly and reasonably! It’s 130€ per person excluding wine. We will definitely be back again whenever we are in Verona :)

Had a lovely meal here, but it isn't cheap. The food was all beautifully presented and tasty with great service. Every dish was explained by the waiter and excellent advice on wines. However, the food came very fast, we felt very rushed. Some of the dishes were a bit odd, it was like they were trying too hard to make things different. There was some foccacia bread with some white slime on the top, which apparently was big fat soaked in wine for months - it wasn't nice. Had the trout, which came with a seafood sauce that had been reduced, but the flavour was far too strong, completely obliterating the taste of the trout. Pork belly was tasty but very fatty and had some strange leaves with it, maybe nettles, very bitter. The deserts were the best, the deconstructed tiiramisu and apple strudel were amazing, completely different and great taste. Had a good evening but had better for the price.

The restaurant provided a private experience with well-trained friendly staff. The quality and taste of food was superb especially scallops, red shrimps and squid. They also gave us a complimentary of sparkling, starters and desert. Ps. Don't order dumpling :P it is not good compared to other dishes.

What an incredible experience🤩 For all the people who love to feel something more than just simple food! Brilliant chef who will take you for a journey that you won’t forget. The manager will help you with wine pairing in a way that you would never expect. This place is worth every penny and staff is very professional.

Should be an inspiring destination for foodies who are not afraid to test culinary boundaries. In a region and country with fantastic food everywhere, this team still manages to truly stand out with innovative and thought provoking dishes. The chef and his team focus on telling a story with familiar mediterranean tastes delivered in a provocative way. Best example of this is backblne of a small fish made edible and garnished with selected sauces. The objective? Create doubt in the guest's mind over our societie's relationship with food and fine dining.
