La Conchiglia

"This small restaurant with a vaulted ceiling provides the setting for dishes that have by now become classics thanks to their focus on top-quality ingredients. The cuisine is light and simple rather than bold and elaborate, with a focus on bringing out the full flavour of the fish (a few meat dishes are also available). If you’re keen to learn more about Ligurian gastronomic specialities, take time between courses to chat with the friendly owner, who has an impressive knowledge of the region." - Michelin Inspector

Had 5 courses of heaven here this evening. Italian food done to perfection with first class service. An absolute must visit.

The staff was great for accommodating our 5 last-minute parties. They have a great selection of wines, I have personally enjoyed the variety of reds given to them. The Casio e Pepe was cooked perfectly and the portion size was very generous in terms of price. We topped our meals with a dessert and a complimentary digestive liqueur. Overall an amazing experience and highly recommended if you are in London.I would recommend having lunch at Restaurant Bar Ristorante Clipper. This is a high-quality restaurant.

While the food was very good, we were shocked in December, 2009, when the bill came, as we had not been informed what a high supplement there was for the "specials." We were mistakingly thinking that fresh seafood would not have a huge premium at the seashore. Price per person WITHOUT WINE was 75 Euro! While it is not uncommon not to mention the prices for specials, I do believe that the owner has a responsibility to inform his clientele when the premium is significantly higher than other principal plates, especially when the waiter is promoting those plates as particularly good. We wrote a letter as well as complaining on the spot, but received no response, which tends to leave a 'bad taste' in our mouths from the experience.

Good food ... nothing else. But the service is awful !!! I do not know how they rating well for it ... waiter takes about 30 minutes to take the first order and drink drinks. Thalas is another 40 minutes and the bill bound 20. I was astonishing to believe and very negatively surprised.

Staff was extremely rude. After reading good reviews of Tiromisu, we were off as it rushed in a cab. If we can go to Tariomisu, we recepted and he refused. We agreed to wait for a long time before we agreed to dine and got the table. Just as we ordered, they denied; Saying that we can not only order the dessert. We increase the amount of order, they do not agree. However, the staff has gone rudely away. We went to talk to shift head and she could barely

Of course, portion size is good but food is salty and oily. There are lots of Italian restaurants nearby but if you like touristy restaurants and you live between Frankie and Beni you will have no problem. Don't order Lambrusco by accident 1

Typical pizzeria for tourists. Hard pizza dough, little grown, expensive prices, better one of the many trattorias that are in the area. It is one of those places where you happen to be once and never go back, the customer knows it and the owner knows.

Nearby restaurants, plain, plastic chairs, no set menu, wine from the fridge served in regular glasses, delicious pasta (Carbonaras) but don't expect anything more, those who are not really close - not suitable for travel. Reasonable price, no difference here is a culinary experience
