This is a typical tavern on top of the hill mostly with meat and local food. The quality is overall good although not vegan friendly. Some vegetarian options are available. Recommend.

What a wonderful place to dine in the mountains in NE Italy. Ristorante Locanda Cacciatori is located a very miles East of Ponte del'Olio, IT. We arrived shortly before dinner and enjoyed wonderful wine and hors d'oeuvres before dinner. The staff was amazing, the food even better. Even though we were with a large group, service was spot on for the 3+ hours we dined. Between courses we stepped out onto to the patio to enjoy the beautiful mountain scenery and, of course, the air! LOL Dessert and coffee were also divine, served individually from a tray of selections. We all tried bites of a very desserts! Yum! The restaurant was packed for a weekday evening, a testament to how good it is... highly recommend Ristorante Locanda Cacciatori!

One of the best restaurants in all of Italy! Authentic food of Emilia-Romagna. Laura, the grand daughter of the founder served us and gave us an excellent experience! She gave us a sample of everything. Plus, everything is made fresh in-house — the wine, meat, cheese, pasta and everything. Spend your romantic night here. Lots of parking space too. Price is very reasonable.

Some of the best food you an possibly find in Italy. I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough - everything is 5 stars. If it is slightly out of your way change your plans to incorporate it. You won’t regret it.

Cold cuts, salami and pasta are off the charts. Try the panzerotti and you'll be going back for more. Great outdoor location as well.
