The food was delicious, and the atmosphere along with the service from the waitstaff was absolutely fantastic

Incredibly good seafood... One of the best branzino we've ever had (the truffle sauce had something to do it, but the fish itself was exceptional...) The cannoli we had for desert was well executed but not the best. Overall though, great dining experience and membership in the Michelin guide well deserved.

The Appetizer plate of all seafood was amazing. It's one of the Michelin guided recommendation, in a hidden valley. Recommend it if you like seafood Dog friendly restaurant

I always try to eat here when I stay in Parma as I have found it is the best for seafood and it a nice alternative to the gnocchi fritto and crudo ham you find everywhere!! The quality of the food is excellent and the dishes inventive and varied. The service is very good and the restaurant is located in a quiet square in the town center with a nice outside seating area. Advisable to book. Highly recommended.

Meltemi focuses purely on fish dishes with an outstanding level of creativity and taste. I have rarely seen such a fantastic composition of ingredients, not only providing a great dinner but also wonderful inspiration if you like to cook fish yourself. We spent a great evening here (great fish tartares) and I strongly recommend Meltemi if you are looking for extra quality. Prices are ok, considering the quality of the fish and the effort preparing such great meals. Complimentary, a set of dessert samples is served with the espresso. That is a great idea and made us want to return soon!

A great place, even for the standards of Parma. The food was good, the atmosphere was cosy, pleasant ambience and comfortable seating outside and inside. Everything is seemingly simple but overall high quality. But honestly, the best part was the service. I don't remember when I had such a professional, pleasant and generous service. The staff are the star of this place. Highly recommended for business, romantic and solo dining, everything was wonderful. Will be back here!

Great Service, very friendly helpful, self- and forward-thinking. Delicious Appetizers and main courses. The pricing is more than fair.

Amazing seafood, great service. I had the platter which was absolutely delightful. We finished with the complementary petit four which was perfect. I do recommend it indeed. Small reminder - if you are after the locally brewed beer, they have one but very expensive (do check the price) !
