Had a fantastic experience at dinner here.
The area has quite a high concentration of restaurants, so you might miss this one.
The inside is elegant and full of atmosphere.
While there's a diverse offering in the menu, they're best known for marine food.
The appetizers with a type of shark was very particular, something I never tasted before.
Then I also tried the conchiglie del giorno gratinate, which were excellent.
Pasta all'uovo fresca con gamberi was top notch, but cannot go wrong with the spaghetti alle vongole.
To finish It all, a classic fritto misto to enjoy whatever marine food Trieste has to offer.
Extremely appreciated was a glass of Prosecco, offered by the restaurant.
Aside of the excellent culinary experience, I want to commend Nicolò for the SUPERB service he did.
Not only his suggestions were perfect, but he helped immensely some japanese guests with his impressive japanese speaking skills (not surprising since he's a wine export manager to Japan and also a sommelier).
I recommend this restaurant for sure, it's been added in my favorites already.
