The moment I walked into this restaurant and saw the head chef personally curating each dish, I knew we were in for a memorable experience. The level of detail and care they dedicate to the palate is truly remarkable. Every dish served had such a bold and thoughtful combination of flavors, showcasing undeniable culinary craftsmanship. While I thoroughly enjoyed most of the dishes, I recognize that some of it simply comes down to personal taste and preference – but the quality and creativity behind every plate cannot be denied. The only downside for me was the longer waiting time between courses, but the exceptional food made it well worth the wait.

One of my favourite restaurants in Turin, a proper fine dining restaurant in a beautiful historical building with a large à la carte selection and some of the best service I've received in Turin. Some highlights from their cuisine: Both times I had the scallops as an entrée, served in a beautiful table-side presentation, before which I was served five beautiful little bites and a lovely bread service. The desserts are the focus for me, varied, sumptuous and tasty, from the Golden Apple (their signature dessert) to more seasonal desserts featuring fruit or chocolate. Highly recommended, go there before they're given a Michelin star.

The most incredible vegetarian tasting menu. They change their tasting seasonally and theme it around one particular vegetable. We had a tomato-themed menu for the summer season and it was the best meal we ate in Piedmont. Service was impeccable, restaurant has AC which is essential in the summer, and they were very accommodating of kids. Gave them a pomodoro pasta each. Very reasonable for such an elaborate tasting menu too - €80 each Must visit when in Turin

The restaurant showcases the flavors of local premium ingredients beautifully, both in presentation and taste. The seasonal menu design is truly inspired. The wine pairing complements the dishes perfectly, enhancing their flavors without overpowering them. It's a restaurant with soul and intelligence. Carlo and Federico are incredibly dedicated, passionate, and knowledgeable, greatly enriching my understanding of local cuisine.

Having eaten at many Michelin starred restaurants, it is beyond comprehension how come Opera doesn't have a star or two. We went for the Opera tasting menu - which was incredible. The presentation was a real delight, and the taste - divine. But the most amazing thing was that the chef's focus on vegetables and roots and his very limited use of butter and fats, made it an overall pleasant experience, without the bloated feeling that often times accompany such meals. Highly highly recommended!

It was a fantastic experience! It's not just the food, the atmosphere is excellent! They brought lots of pieces of surprises for us to taste. Everything was well explained, ingredients origins preparation mode, etc., which makes the food further interesting.
