Service was lovely, food was just ok, especially for Rome.
Fried artichoke with prosciutto 4/5
Cacio e Pepe 2/5
Roasted lamb with potatoes 3/5
Tiramisu 3/5
The only thing “bad” was the cacio e Pepe which was extremely salty, I couldn’t finish it, and it’s one of my favorite pasta dishes. There also was no wine menu, I was only asked if I wanted red or white, but the red they brought was “fine” which is my overall sentiment of this restaurant. Just…fine.
In fairness, I’d wanted to eat next door at Jole, but Jole told me they had no room for a table of 1 even though they had plenty of empty tables outside, so I went next door to Pecorino.
