Entering the restaurant, I was immediately captivated by its elegant and cozy atmosphere. The friendly staff led us to a nice table.Each dish was a culinary masterpiece, perfectly balancing traditional and modern flavors. Michaela and Marco have created an exquisite culinary experience in Badia Hill. As fine dining enthusiasts, we found the PORCHINO restaurant to be one of its kind dinning experience in Italy and South Tirol in particular. Marco’s unique interpretation of local dishes is both surprising to the palate to and to the eye. The entire dinning experience is accompanied by a team of professionals who are warm and welcoming. Along side that, one is escorted by the leading sommelier, Michaela who pairs each dish to its finest wine. A perfect match, truly one of a kind experience. We will return again.

We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The food was excellent, with every dish prepared to perfection. They also offer an impressive selection of wines that pairs beautifully with the menu. The service was attentive and very friendly, making the evening even more enjoyable. I will be more than happy to come back here again.

A wonderful experience and a very sophisticated evening at Porcino restaurant. We chose the Autumn menu and surrendered to the magic of this new place, where we felt truly welcomed thanks to the lovely staff, especially Enrico, who described each dish with such care and passion. One delightful delicacy after another appeared before us, and we had plenty of time to savor them all. An abundance of flavors and surprises. Just when we thought the dinning experiance was over, new treats arrived, demanding our attention. There were so many tastes and sensations that we jealously had to take the last sweets with us, so we could enjoy them again the next day. Sorry for my bad review among so many good reviews. But my chef's set menu wasn't delicious today. Only two dishes were worthy: steak and foie gras. The wagyu barbecue was brought burnt on the outside and dry on the inside. I returned it and asked to show it to the boss. There was no reaction. There are no questions about the service, everything was fine.
