We found this place purely by accident as we left our hotel and walked around. I'm gluten-free so we had to look at the menus rather carefully to see if there were options. By the time we got there, the place was busy but not super-crowded -- we were seated right away. The waiter didn't know any English and while I knew some Italian, we were able to make ourselves understood and even exhibit some humor about it all! The waiter patiently pointed out which menu items I could eat. My dad ordered a mixed grill of fish and I ordered the Risotto with Scampi Sauce.
Best Dinner in a LONG time!! We got dessert which wasn't the greatest, and then we got to sample some Limoncello, Grappa, and some liquor that was local to Sardinia. Strong stuff for me, but my dad enjoyed it.
This place had it all! Amazing food, friendly service, and a local's atmosphere! I can't recommend it enough!
